Kids Planet Fulwood

We feel like Kids Planet attempted to con us out of money, along with all of the other parents. Each month, they would include a £50 charge on our invoice. We paid thinking the pupil premium was part of the payment.

I've been with Kids Planet Fulwood since before it changed hands and the standards/level of care has been excellent throughout. The staff are friendly and so understanding, and my son always comes home happy and content with a full day of activities. The app has been extremely helpful and the communication via it has been great however face to face communication could be improved as sometimes it does feel like all I do is find out about things from the app. However, I and my son could not be happier with Kids Planet and the staff.

Poppy and Jacks is just fabulous, our little girl loves it and always has a big smile on her face when she goes to nursery. The staff are outstanding. They are so friendly and caring towards everyone. The food - it just perfect.

Our little one has been attending this nursery for over 12 months now, and we're so glad as he's come on leaps and bounds in this time. He always looks forward to going; enjoying the wide range of activities, great food, and is very fond of the staff too. The nursery manager and her team work tirelessly to provide such a quality learning environment for the youngsters. They've been of great support to us too, as we're caring for vulnerable children; going out of their way to support and guide us through our early days. I am very impressed with the level of experience, commitment and enthusiasm of all the staff, which shines through. They've had to adapt quickly to the issues that come with dealing with COVID. We've been kept well informed of any measures being introduced. The way in which they've dealt with COVID has been very clever, as the measures that they've put in place protect the children, but don't in any way impinge on the "having fun whilst learning" ethics. Highly recommended

Poppy & Jacks has been a great place to send our daughter, she loves every day she’s at pre-school. Every day is different and full of adventure and learning. Thank you Poppy & Jacks for all the support, care and love our little lady has had since starting as a baby all the way to pre-school. I know she will remember this as she starts big school and beyond Sept 2021.

The staff have been great especially during the whole lockdown and COVID, we couldn't have asked for more. My daughter loves the nursery and she’s always loving the activities and the learning which she gets from the environment/staff here. Thank you, Poppy & Jacks for being so amazing.

My son has been at Poppy & Jacks since he was 1. They have truly helped to raise him to be the kind, confident and quirky little boy that he is. He has been so well prepared for school. I can not recommend this nursery highly enough.

My son attends the nursery and couldn't recommend enough. Firstly the staff are all friendly and approachable and clearly put a lot of effort in creating a fun, engaging and safe place for the children. The nursery grounds are fab and give the children lots to keep them busy in both the inside and outdoor areas. The food served there always sounds wonderful and much effort is put in to make a variety of meals. Overall a fantastic nursery.

The team somehow manage to tick all the boxes and more, and still have loads of energy to make it super fun! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I can’t recommend Poppy & Jacks highly enough! The staff are fantastic as is the amazing range of sensory activities they do with my daughter. She gets so excited to see the ladies, who are so welcoming to both my daughter and I, in the morning which is lovely. Being constantly kept updated through the app on what my daughter is doing throughout the day is great and very reassuring when I’m at work. She comes home absolutely exhausted which shows how much they stimulate her and her learning. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Poppy & Jacks.

Firstly I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone. Having a daughter with special needs meant finding the right nursery was crucial, I visited a few local nurseries to find the right one from shiny new all singing and dancing nurseries to the small setting nursery. When I visited Poppy & Jacks, everyone was so warm and welcoming, and it was a lovely relaxed setting. They seemed to have more staff per child, and everyone was busy playing and entertaining the children in the open-plan rooms and outdoors. They had everything the big new nurseries had, but I found that because this was a smaller setting, that they were more involved with the children. Very good and understanding of her needs. They are great and focused on all the children, and teach them the key skills and more, and have lots and lots of fun. All the staff are amazing, and the food is unbeatable. They go the extra mile with everything, especially getting involved with her educational specialists. Very highly recommended.

My little boy went here for around 2 years, I have never had any issues. The staff are all really friendly and supporting to his needs and mine. I am proud and grateful to say they helped grow my little one to the clever little boy he is today.

Both our daughters attend Poppy & Jacks Nursery Fulwood and we can’t rate it highly enough! The facilities and activity schedules are fantastic, but what really sets this nursery apart is their team. We can’t praise the girls enough for their support with our daughter's development both in and out of nursery. My son absolutely loves Poppy and Jack's Nursery after starting at 9 months old last year. We looked around half a dozen nurseries in the area and we were struck straight away by the friendly and enthusiastic staff.

The staff are amazing, so kind and nurturing yet also encourage the children's develop at their speed. Everybody smiles and says hello to my son and us, from the chef to the Pre-School staff. My son loves to go and looks forward to seeing the staff in the baby room. He's made some lovely friends.

I highly recommend Poppy and Jack's Nursery, I don't think I could have found a better nursery for my son.

Poppy & Jacks Fulwood is fantastic. The staff are amazing. Open, friendly and very easy to communicate with. My daughter is so happy at the nursery and is developing at a rate of knots. The facility itself is warm and even as a grown up I want to explore it so I can only imagine how the children feel. Wonderful nursery, brilliant staff, excellent communication.

Poppy & Jacks is a brilliant nursery. Staff are friendly, approachable and 100% have the kids best interest at heart. My son has developed wonderfully since starting.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, the staff are second to none. Always friendly and informative. My child has come on leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery. Lovely and clean with a vast amount of activities for the children.
