My little one started here in September 2020, each keyworker has taken the time to get to know them, using techniques to allow their confidence to grow and they are always encouraged. Each day is completely different, the activities are varied and the outdoor learning is fabulous. All staff are friendly
and always available to discuss any matters raised. My little one loves attending and I have been very happy with the setting.

Our experience with Kids Planet Carr Head has been amazing. As a first time mum going back to work and putting my little boy in nursery felt a little scary and daunting, but everyone at Carr Head has been so supportive and caring, it’s really helped put my mind at ease. Our little boy is really enjoying
nursery and after only three weeks already has a great bond with his key worker. I feel really lucky that we were able to find a nursery like Carr Head and can’t wait to see how he develops.

Highly recommend this nursery. All the staff are lovely, and very supportive.
Both my boys love it and they have so much fun. My eldest was very shy, and barely spoke when he first started but now his confidence has grown so much, and it’s all down to everyone there who literally go above and beyond
for all the kids.

Amazing nursery, with amazing staff!! Our little boy loves coming here, lots of different activities, with lots of outdoor play which he loves! Lots of different variations on meals which he loves trying! Such a lovely environment for him to learn in!

Such a fabulous nursery with a kind and caring approach to children. The staff throughout the nursery have a great ethos by supporting children to gain confidence and develop through different activities. I cannot recommend the nursery enough.

Both my daughters attend Happy Days nursery with my eldest in pre-school and my youngest in babies. They both love coming to nursery and get so much stimulation and nurturing throughout their days. I feel totally confident leaving them in the care of the staff who have developed genuine connections
with the girls and with me as a parent. It’s a great environment for them to be in. From the staff on reception, who always welcome the girls by name to the key workers in the girls rooms. One member of staff is amazing and my youngest reaches for her every time in handover. And my eldest talks about two staff members even when we are at home and how she can’t wait to tell them what she’s been up to. They also offer flexible days for shift workers which is perfect for our needs as a family. They update me via the app with pictures and comments throughout the day, and I’m always envious of the menu. I’d recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 10 months old and he has absolutely thrived there. All the staff are so wonderful, they do a fabulous array of activities and he is always so happy to see everyone in the morning. I feel completely confident that my child is safe, secure, well-fed,
happy and entertained every day. The communication with parents is brilliant and I love the app where I can see what he's up to and get daily pictures. I couldn't be happier with our nursery experience so far.

My daughter has attend Poulton Nursery and Forest School since she was six months old, she is now nearly two. His knowledge and communication skills are excellent and well above average for her age. Definitely the result of the fantastic care and teaching she has received from the staff. The outdoor
areas which my daughter loves are the best out of anywhere I visited and the fact it is a forest nursery with the outdoor learning is brilliant for learning in the great outdoors. Highly recommended, my son is starting in a week too!

All the staff at the nursery, especially in the baby room, have been amazing, so warm and welcoming towards me and my daughter. I was so anxious and worried when she first started, but my mind was soon put at ease with how good everyone was with her. I can’t recommend the nursery enough.

I was very nervous about my child starting nursery but the ladies in the baby room have really put myself and my husband at ease. They take great care of our little boy, so much so he can't wait to get down and play the minute we get into the baby room. He always seems to have a lovely day and is very
well looked after. We highly recommend this nursery and firmly believe our little boy is in the best hands.

When my little girl first started nursery, I was worried about how she would be however she absolutely loves it! The staff are fantastic and the girls in my daughter's room (the baby room) have been amazing! I never have to worry when I drop her off, as I know she's in great hands! Thank You.
