Excellent Nursery!
Both my girls attend and they are very settled, happy and thriving. The staff are amazing they get to know all the children individually and provide the best possible care. They provide daily updates on what the children have been doing, eating, sleeping etc and regular in-depth
progress reports. I couldn't imagine sending my girls anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Since the first initial visit to the nursery, we have had nothing but positive praise.
From the settling-in session to his first week, the communication has been excellent. The environment is so warming and comforting knowing my son is very well looked after. The app is always updated. The staff from
management to key workers are always polite, warming, knowledgeable and supportive.
I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

My daughter has been coming here for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with everything. The staff are all lovely and the reception staff are very helpful.
She eats more food at nursery than at home and they always prove great meals.
They regularly send photos and updates on the app which
keeps your mind at ease. They are regularly out in the garden playing and exploring which my daughter loves. In nicer weather, they go on little trips to the park or local farm.
My daughter loves it here and makes great connections with the staff and other children.

Great staff, great reception team who make an effort with your child. Very helpful with any questions that you may have.
Activities held for children are good and they’ve been great with supporting us to potty train our child.

My daughter has been attending five days a week since August and absolutely loves it. Her days have so much variety, and she’s frequently going on trips out into the community. The ladies working in the room always give such a detailed handover, along with updating throughout the day of photos of her
day. We couldn’t be happier with the love and care she receives each day.

Absolutely outstanding nursery! Staff always happy to greet me and my child with a smile, always on hand with great advice and support through all aspects of parenting. My son has moved to the preschool room recently and he was a little reluctant. With the support, care, and patience of the staff this
transition went fairly easily. They are always happy to help and give the best “huggles” as my son calls them and he always comes home with a big smile telling me he had so much fun today!

Really lovely nursery for all of my children and accommodating with their needs and with settling them in!
Staff are all lovely as well and helpful.
And the food is *chef's kiss*.
Lots of activities going on throughout each room.

My son has been attending nursery for 18 months and choosing this one was the best decision we have made. All the staff took the time and care to help settle him in when he started and every morning he is excited to go and play. He recently moved rooms and again the staff were great in helping him transition
to the new room. Every time I pick him up he says he’s had a great day and has the biggest smile on his face.

Our son started here in November 2022 when he was 1 year old. Since starting he has absolutely thrived. His speech has improved massively and the nursery do regular reviews on his development and adjusts his learning experiences accordingly. He absolutely loves going in and every member of staff is
friendly, caring and knowledgable. Would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery!

My child has just graduated in/from preschool from this nursery. I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at Kids Planet Carr Head for their kindness and patience in nurturing our child whilst he has been in their care. Thank you for encouraging and expanding my child’s inquisitive,
adventurous nature and for going along with his creative imaginative play ideas. Our child would not be the same without the input of Kids Planet Carr Head and we wouldn’t wish him any different!

Poulton Carr Head is an amazing nursery, where my daughter loves to go and gets excited every morning when we get there. All of the staff are absolutely fantastic, from the friendly ladies at the front desk, to the lovely and caring ladies that take care of all the babies and children. I couldn't imagine
sending my daughter anywhere else. She has learnt so much and always comes home happy after a day of fun and learning.

My 4-year-old has loved her time at nursery. She has made a lot of lovely friends there and comes home very happy. The staff are warm and welcoming and nothing seems too much trouble. Though it has changed names/hands a couple of times during our time there, it has not been unsettling for our daughter
at all. We will miss everyone when she leaves in a couple of weeks!

My wife and I have been delighted with the standard of care, support and teaching provided by the many different members of staff that our son has engaged with in the nearly two years he was there. All of the staff took a personal interest in him and his development, understanding well his interests
and needs. They helped our son to increase his self-confidence and develop all his essential skills, such as literacy, numeracy, social, personal and independence. Whenever he was upset about arriving, the staff were quick to help him settle and get into the groove of activities. He enjoyed the wide range of activities each day, both indoor and outdoor. Generally, we are happy with the variety and standard of the meals which were provided. The details and photos regularly provided on the website helped us to observe from his afar. Thanks to everyone involved.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet for around four months now and she has really settled in well. This is thanks to the amazing staff that have nurtured and guided my child into feeling safe and happy in a beautiful environment. Language and social skills have come on so far since she started and she
is really flourishing. The parent zone app is a really good idea that let's me know what she has been doing during her day on her exciting adventures. She absolutely loves going on their daily walks with the great team and I haven't looked back since switching nurseries.

This week, my child has commenced their settling-in period at Kids Planet Carr Head Nursery. I am extremely pleased with the warm and comforting reception provided by the receptionist and all the nursery personnel towards both my child and me. It has alleviated much of the stress I initially anticipated.
I am eagerly anticipating my child's growth and success in this nurturing environment.

My daughter attends this amazing nursery and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to send her to Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head, she loves every minute of it.
From the moment I am welcomed into the nursery by the lovely reception staff to the moment I have left my daughter with the fabulous ‘rising
three's room’ team I couldn’t feel any more at ease about daughter's safety.
I have no complaints about this nursery. My daughter has learnt and grown so much and it is all thanks to everyone at this nursery!
Her key worker is so special and has made an impact on my daughter that will last forever.
I am so grateful to this nursery and would highly recommend.
After having my daughter attend another nursery in the area prior for a short time, I can say Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head is the best nursery in Poulton Le Fylde.

My little one started here in September 2020, each keyworker has taken the time to get to know them, using techniques to allow their confidence to grow and they are always encouraged. Each day is completely different, the activities are varied and the outdoor learning is fabulous. All staff are friendly
and always available to discuss any matters raised. My little one loves attending and I have been very happy with the setting.

Our experience with Kids Planet Carr Head has been amazing. As a first time mum going back to work and putting my little boy in nursery felt a little scary and daunting, but everyone at Carr Head has been so supportive and caring, it’s really helped put my mind at ease. Our little boy is really enjoying
nursery and after only three weeks already has a great bond with his key worker. I feel really lucky that we were able to find a nursery like Carr Head and can’t wait to see how he develops.

Highly recommend this nursery. All the staff are lovely, and very supportive.
Both my boys love it and they have so much fun. My eldest was very shy, and barely spoke when he first started but now his confidence has grown so much, and it’s all down to everyone there who literally go above and beyond
for all the kids.
