We were very nervous about our daughter starting at Kids Planet Carr Head, especially as we had only just moved into the area and weren't sure how well she would settle. From day one, the staff were absolutely amazing. They made the transition so smooth, not just for our daughter but for us as parents too. She now loves going every single day, and the difference in her confidence and development has been incredible. Everything has improved beyond recognition, and that's ultimately down to the fantastic team who put so much care and effort into what they do. We're so grateful for the support, warmth, and professionalism shown by everyone at Kids Planet. Truly outstanding!

We moved my daughter to Carr lane nursery from another one, ive said from the start my biggest regret is i didnt send her here earlier, the staff are fantastic and even in classes my daughter has never been in they know her name and acknowledge her, she certainly loves DJ, the updates on the app are daily which is brilliant to see what they have been up to in the day. She's always excited to go, fantastic nursery and great with the kids! cant recommend enough

Our son is thriving at Kids Planet! The staff are experts in what they do and are so warm and welcoming. I love the app the nursery use to provide updates and photos throughout the day. It really made the transition from my son being with me every day to being in nursery so much easier knowing he was eating, sleeping and having lots of fun! Can't recommend kids planet on carr head lane enough!

My twins have been attending this nursery since Sept 2024 and have absolutely loved their time there. They still have a year left, they will be starting pre school with them Sept 2025 and they are very excited. They ask if they can go into pre school every time we are on our way there, meaning they have had a number of taster sessions which I feel is essential. They've had a chance to meet the staff in that room, and start to build a bond. The children get such an amazing experience everytime they go, and by far this nursery takes them out on day trips more then any nursery I have even seen, each day is different. The onsite facilities are great too. The children are so lucky to have such a brilliant outdoor space, it's very unique and I love that my children get to play outside come rain or shine. I feel lucky that I can trust my children with the staff there, something that wasn't easy for me at first having one child who really didn't like strangers. Couldn't recommend enough! 5*

Our daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 9 months old. In that time she has been given excellent care by all the practitioners in the setting. All the staff who work here are friendly and passionate about the children in their care. Our daughter has made amazing progress in this setting and always come home filled with of stories about her day. She looks forward to going.

Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head is an outstanding nursery that truly feels like a second home. The staff are incredibly welcoming and build wonderful relationships with the children, who are always happy and engaged in new activities. I'm particularly impressed with the focus on outdoor learning. The children spend a significant amount of time in their forest garden, which is a fantastic space for exploration and developing new skills. They also make frequent trips out into the local community, which really helps to broaden their experiences. It's a joy to see how much my child has grown in confidence and independence since starting here. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head now for 2.5 years. Any expectations I had of what the nursery would be like have been far surpassed - I have honestly been so happy with the care she has received. All of the staff in the rooms my little girl has been in are simply amazing - professional, happy, proficient and they very clearly enjoy their jobs. I always feel safe and happy dropping her off, knowing she is in the best hands. Her key worker for the past 2 years has been nothing short of outstanding - the personalised care and nurturing she receives, the learning she gets exposed to and the day trips she is lucky enough to go on are simply incredible, as an example, the Zoo, Museums and local parks - often with a picnic are all regular trips. There is even a sports coach, who is so skilled and engaging with the children - my little girl has learned so much from him. I would have no hesitation at all to recommend this nursery to anyone, it really is superb.

I couldn't recommend this nursery enough my daughter has been attending here since she was 2yrs old and right from the off they've been amazing I had so many reservation about put her in nursery as you hear so many mix reviews but the minute we looked round here we knew it was the right choice for our little one it felt so homely and welcoming. The staff do such a good job and you can tell they really care about the kids they look after both the girls and the managers go above and beyond for the kids if it's not trips out to the zoo, sea life centre, play area's it's putting on nursery graduations or events for the parents. I know when I drop my little one off in the morning she will be safe, well cared and all her needs met. My daughter loves it here she speak's fondly of all the staff. We will be sad for my daughters nursery journey at kids planet Carr head to end this year as she leaves to star school.

All the staff are friendly from the moment you walk in every morning. This continues in to every room. All the children are happy and smiling as you walk in each room. The staff are great with the children. They are happy and encouraging in all aspects off learning and play. My child has progressed massively in speech, play and making friends. The children go on days out to exciting places for play and learning.

From our very first visit, we were blown away, the manager sold it for us. The fact she knew every child's name and their individual needs spoke volumes about the level of care and attention you give. We knew from that moment that we'd made the right choice. Thank you for always being so accommodating with extra days and changes-it made a real difference. The member of staffs sports and skills sessions were a real highlight too. Teaching the importance of physical activity from such a young age is invaluable, and it's clear the children loved every minute. The whole pre-school team, your warmth and the way you make learning fun is something really special. I'll admit I was a little sceptical when our son walked into pre-school and staff asked him to find his name. I thought, surely that's something for 'big school'! But what a brilliant approach. Every child mastered it, and our son has picked up so many school-ready skills that we didn't expect him to have at this age.

An amazing adventure for my daughter every day at the Nursery. Fantastic Staff and Management that go above and beyond to ensure that she has the best time in a nurturing environment where she feels happy and safe. They have lots of fun activities, daily walks, messy play, stories, singing and dancing which my daughter enjoys. She is so excited and is looking forward to playing in the magical new TeePee. Their Forest garden is just enchanting where she can have lots of fun outdoor play. The Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head, Outstanding recognition is definitely well deserved.

My little boy absolutely loves coming to nursery, I can't thank the staff enough for providing such a safe, fun, educational space for him. I feel reassured dropping him off in the morning knowing he is going to have the best day and knowing he is safe and surrounded by lovely staff. I love seeing the updates of him with his activities, he has made so much progress since starting here! Thank you so much to the caring staff x

The team at Carr Head are so lovely and friendly! The kids are always busy with new activities and they build such good relationships with their carers and peers. My son has come on leaps and bounds since going to nursery!

I have twins that go to this nursery four days a week and they absolutely love it. The staff are all amazing, they interact with the children really well and my girls have come on so much since starting this nursery. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

We couldn't be any happier with Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head and all its staff! Our little boy started last October at just 10 months old and he settled in very, quickly thanks to the care, attention and warmth of the staff in the baby room. He enjoys the activities, trips to the local area, meal times and the outdoor area. We're so glad we picked this nursery!

Very happy with Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head Nursery. My son loves going to the nursery, he learned a lot of new things there. The staff are very nice and they helped him with his speaking skills. I can see his evolution since going to the nursery, he’s more friendly with other kids and he got attached to the practitioners who are so nice and helpful. I could say only good things about it. Very satisfied.

Our little girl transferred to this setting last August and we are so pleased she did. The facilities are amazing and the children have lots of opportunities for time outside and more importantly, the staff are wonderful with her. She is always happy to go in the morning and we get regular updates on the app throughout the day with all the exciting things she gets up to.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery and as parents we couldn’t be happier with the staff and the nursery setting overall. The staff are honestly amazing. Each keyworker my child has had thus far has made a truly special bond and you just can’t ask for more than that. Staff who care, nurture and value the children’s each and every need, as a group and as individuals. The varied food and meals that they get which differ daily/weekly. The daily activities and experiences that the children are exposed to are all amazing. From day trips and visits to football academies and weekly French lessons. All of which the children love. The setting itself is run to a high standard, kept very clean, has great facilities and the forest garden is used in all weathers.

Amazing nursery, have been great with my child and he loves it. Plenty of support from staff if you have any issues at home. Recommend highly, will be sad when he starts school in September. Worth a visit.

Cannot talk highly enough of this nursery. My little boy has been going there since June 2021 and has loved every second. Staff have always been brilliant, both with our son and with us as parents, keeping us fully informed at all times. Our son loves that he gets to spend time outdoors most days! He has lots of trips out to the local shops and library, which is such a nice treat for him too.
