Kids Planet Clarence

Love this nursery so much, my daughter's nursery unexpectedly closed so we had to find a new nursery ASAP & this has been such a blessing in disguise! My daughter loves it here the staff are amazing with her and so patient. You can really tell they care about the children & it's not just a job for them. I really do recommend this nursery. It takes so much to put trust in strangers to look after your babies but they make it so much easier here. Thank you.

The first child came from 1-4 3 days a week and loved it here. The second child is 2 and also loves it here. Love the open-plan downstairs space. Love they go on trips sometimes to the beach, pond and library. Would like more of this. Love the app. Both kids happy to attend from day 1!

Fantastic staff, nothing is ever too much trouble. My child loves being here and it's helped so much with his confidence. Great team.

My son thrives at this nursery, the staff go above and beyond. They are so approachable and nothing is ever too much for them. They are always out for walks in the community and learning lots of new skills.

There is a lovely atmosphere when you enter the nursery and the manager is always willing to help. You can tell how much she loves all the children.

They have given my little boy the best start in life.

My little girl has recently started here and she absolutely loves it. The staff are incredible and her key worker is very involved which is lovely to see. I get regular updates and moments throughout the day which makes me happy to see that she is having the best time at nursery. The only thing I could say is that it is very pricey but the care you receive is phenomenal. It would just be nice to see more value for money, like going out on more trips/outings, etc.

I feel confident leaving my child in their care knowing they are being treated well.

My children are very happy at Kids Planet Clarence, they are well looked after and cared for daily. They are stimulated and educated appropriately for their age and stage. I am very pleased that I chose this setting for my children's early years!

This is a lovely nursery, the staff go above and beyond for the children in their care and they have been brilliant with my son and daughter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you.

My son has been in the baby room for over a year now he loved it, he is downstairs now so hopefully he will love it just as much as upstairs. My big issue is monthly invoices are mainly wrong. Plus why we still had to pay for the week the nursery was closed I still don't understand it, when it was your choice to close the nursery over the festive period.

Can't fault the staff for all they do for my son. Management are excellent, the only downfall is head office and trying to sort invoice issues with them. The nursery themselves are brilliant and my son thrives so much under their care.

My hope is that now the nursery has been taken over it doesn't become too corporate, as the family feel to Squirrel Nutkins is what makes it so special.

Having used the nursery for nearly 12 months, I am very happy with the level of care and professionalism. The team seem to be enthusiastic and take pride in the care of the children, they are organised and have a fantastic relationship with my child.

From them starting at the nursery they have supported us with our child who has needed additional support. They communicate with us all the time about both boys. Having the use of the parent app to be able to see the boys progress is amazing. We definitely made the correct choice putting the boys at Squirrel Nutkins Nursery.

Squirrel Nutkins Nursery is amazing! My child absolutely loves going to nursery and I love that each parent can view what their child has been doing personally, via the parent app. The staff are fantastic, this is what really makes our child want to keep coming back for more. He is always coming home with exciting things to tell us. We had originally been to another local nursery, which sadly had to close its doors permanently due to the pandemic. It was the nursery my older boy had been to, so I was nervous about moving to a new one, however, if I am really honest, Squirrel Nutkins is far, far better. We were happy with the old nursery but was very much “daycare” rather than lots and lots of fun, learning and caring which is what we get from Squirrel Nutkins. Thank you to all the staff, we would 100% recommend this nursery to other parents.

At Squirrel Nutkins nothing is too much trouble. The staff are so friendly, kind and warm and go above and beyond every day in the care which they provide for my boys. I am so happy with the choice I made and grateful to each and every one of the staff members who allow me to go to work, safe in the knowledge that my children will receive the highest quality of care possible. I would highly recommend Squirrel Nutkins to any new parent.

A fantastic nursery that provides endless support, activities and care from the beginning. My son has been attending since he was 7 months old and Squirrel Nutkins has been a huge factor in his progression. We could not have found a better place to start his learning and the staff are also wonderful.

My boy has been here since he was 9 months old. He is now 4 and going to school this year. The amount he has learnt from going here is amazing. My 9 month old will be starting here soon too. Staff are great and it's a nice, clean place.

Outstanding nursery. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They really have been my saving grace since covid commenced. My child has grown and developed so much since attending Squirrel Nutkins. Such a positive environment for any child to thrive in which is why I wouldn't think of anywhere else to send my 2nd child.
