My first child has graduated this year from Evolution Childcare @ The Stables nursery. In the care of The Stables, she has grown in confidence and has found the transition into school very easy. At The Stables, they cherished her as an individual, often catering directly to her personal interests and
every member of staff showed an interest in and an affection for her. She made amazing friends, and I miss her little crew. She learned to work as a group, share, be creative and eat a very varied diet made by the excellent chef! They make time for every child at The Stables and I have always been confident in the kindness and ability of the staff there, which makes my working day that much easier knowing she is in such a brilliant environment with such caring people.
My overall feeling when she graduated was one of relief that I have another child in Toddlers, also being very much cherished as the individual she is, and I don’t have to say goodbye to the manager and the team just yet.

I absolutely love this nursery and so does my little girl, I love where it is situated, the layout and every single wonderful person who works there.


I have changed jobs whilst Mm daughter has been here and the Evolution Childcare @ The
Stables have been so accommodating to my new shift pattern.


My daughter really struggled at first being away from me at first but soon settled with all the extra support from the girls.

My little boy loves this nursery, they have made him feel so welcome and already in such a short amount of time he has come on leaps and bounds! The staff are so friendly and are all amazing with the children. The facilities are set in a gorgeous building with so much outdoor space for the children
to play, my boy loves playing outside so this was a must for us. I couldn’t recommend Evolution Childcare @ The Stables enough to any parents looking for a nursery for their little one.

My grandson moved to this Nursery and has been here for over a year now, I cannot believe the difference in him. Each time I have been to collect him, I have always been made to feel very welcome by the staff and cannot praise them enough. When I collect my grandson he doesn't always want to leave as
he is having so much fun. The things he comes home and tells me about his day is unbelievable and makes me so proud. This is all down to the time and effort each staff member puts into their role. I would highly recommend this Nursery its the best.

The Stables Nursery makes you feel part of their family. It's a fantastic facility and I'm very fussy. The staff always put my mind at rest and I love them all. My son really enjoys every day and learns so much. I would recommend this nursery to anybody that wants fantastic care for their child, it's

My little girl has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old, she is nearly 3 and loves her 2 days a week here. The staff are all brilliant, can't do enough to help with any questions and my little girl always leaves excited to tell me about her adventures throughout the day. I would 100%
recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

Both my children have attended The Stables nursery in Whitley and I can't praise the nursery and staff highly enough. My children have loved being there and I have felt comfortable leaving my children in their hands, even from when they started in the baby room. The level of care and interest each child
is shown is wonderful. My eldest still talks about his time at the nursery and has very fond memories of both staff and his little friends. I feel that the Reception Room team prepare the children for starting school very well with regular small group phonics sessions, practising sitting and listening, social skills and I love that the children also do yoga and are introduced to mindfulness and educated not just on phonics and maths, but also how to be kind, polite and a good friend. The meals are excellently prepared and the activity calendar is always packed with lovely outings, craft sessions, dress up days and sporting activities. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Since starting at The Stables at 10 months old, my daughter has grown from a baby into a little girl with bags of character - she learns something new every day and beams from ear to ear when I tell her where we are going each morning.
The staff take the time to bond with your child, even if they
aren't your key worker. Every member of staff knows every child's name and greets them like their own.
The facilities are great, a beautiful setting in the heart of the countryside surrounded by greenery and animals. I couldn't wish for more.

The Stables Nursery have provided excellent care to our 2 children. It really does feel like we are trusting our children to friends. They have always understood both our needs as a family but have got to grips with our children very quickly. They have always been hugely accommodating with changes in
childcare requirements and respond efficiently to requests. They make great steps to prepare children for transition to school with small group work in phonics and numbers.
Our only critique would be that there are many staff room changes.

The Stables Nursey is just what I had hoped for, for my daughter. It's happy and she is happy. She's definitely learning new things every day she attends.
The food menu is great too and healthy with lots of variety.
The staff are all very focused and knowledgeable about my child.

We have used The stables Nursery school for both our daughters and they absolutely love it. The staff are amazing, the care is exceptional and it's very comforting to know your children are in such goods hands. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Our daughter loves her days at The stables Nursery and we are so pleased we made the decision to start her here. The staff are lovely, friendly and genuinely caring, the days are well structured and varied with lots of activities and crafts. The areas outside and in are well maintained and clean. Learning
and development wise our daughter has come on leaps and bounds. I would definitely recommend The Stables Nursery.

We are into our 5th year and our second child at the Stables, over the past 5 years the level of care given to our boys has been exceptional. I feel that the team really know and understand what both my boys have needed and it’s clear to see that they genuinely care for each and every one of the children
they look after.


Our youngest child has Down's Syndrome, which does bring some additional needs and challenges, however, this doesn't phase the team they focus and celebrate on what he can do whilst working with us as parents and a variety of other healthcare professionals to nurture and support him to develop new skills. The Stables is very much about Inclusion, they have made such a positive impact in both our boys lives.

Danielle Mason

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2007

I have worked at the Stables Nursery School since 2007 working between two rooms, Reception and Early Learners. I received my National B-Tec Diploma in Early Years in 2006 and started at the Stables a year later. I have received extensive in-house training and have gained valuable training certificates that have supported my progress and my personal development. In addition, I have been a Stables Events and Equal Opportunities officer. This means I take control of organising events each month for the children, parents and staff, documenting these events and ensuring the children are aware of differences and cultures.in 2016 I received my first promotion and became the Early Years Room Manager and in 2017 I was promoted to 3rd In Charge which has helped to develop my knowledge of the operations of the nursery and given me the opportunity to work alongside the manager during training exercises. In 2019 I was then given a further promotion and became the assistant manager at the Stables. In 2020 my journey continued and I became the Nursery Manager at our sister nursery Blackbrook. During my time at Blackbrook I continued to develop my skills and knowledge working alongside an amazing team, with children and families from a variety of backgrounds I gained valuable skills and gained valuable experience working with children with SEND and ASD. I then returned back to my roots at The Stables in early 2024 to continue with my journey and to support the amazing team. I am really excited to see what we can achieve together!
