Kids Planet Congleton

We are delighted with Kids Planet and the care for our little boy. He loves being in nursery everyday and his development has been fantastic. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much bother, and they take fantastic care of our son. Well done to all the team!

Our daughter has been going here for just over 6 months and loves going to nursery each week. The staff are all very helpful and kind and keep parents updated throughout the day on the app and in person at pickup. Keep up the great work!

Verbal communication is fab, and the parent app is always updated - sometimes later in the day, which reassures me that interaction with the kids is prioritised.

They've also been great with his dairy intolerance. He loves the food there, sometimes has seconds and thirds... unheard of at home. Kudos to the chef!

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Congleton since February 2022 and absolutely loves it. The staff are so attentive and everyone in the building knows her name and greets her in the morning, including the chefs and the cleaners. We have received detailed and individual developmental reviews every month and every day we get updates about things she has been doing that day, meals she has eaten, nappy changes and sleep etc. It's very safe, clean and engaging and our daughter is very happy there.

This nursey is honestly outstanding, my son has been here since 6 months old and now is in the toddler room. He loves it here. The meals are nutritional and has a wide variety. Staff are ever so helpful and kind. My child has learnt so many skills. I’ve never had an issue with clothes not being returned or missing. I’d strongly recommend this nursery. It’s a lovely layout with loads of space for hundreds of different activities. I get updates at least 5 times a day from their app to show the activities, meal times and toilet time, assessment are also done. I couldn’t praise them enough.

Our boy is so happy here. We've always had a mixed response from him to nursery. Now though he loves it. He comes out chattering away about what he has been up to. Today it was creating treasure maps and going exploring.

Kids Planet is a lovely and welcoming nursery. Both of my children have attended from nine months old and both have settled well, always happy to see their keyworkers and the other staff. The activities that the team organise always look so engaging and they're always keen to pick up specific interests expressed by the children and include this as part of the day. The outside space, although a little small is full of fun activities and the baby area a calm space for the little ones. Special mention also needs to go to the Chef - as well as making tasty nutritious food for the children he's also a friendly face around the nursery.

I feel the team have created the perfect balance of professionalism and family friendliness and I really couldn't be happier with the entire team and the care they show my boy - thank you!

My daughter has attended this nursery since three months old and I cannot fault the quality of care she has received throughout her time there. The staff are brilliant and have built up such a good rapport with us.

All the staff are friendly and are amazing with my little one. Wouldn’t change a thing.

My only suggestion would be that handovers are limited to a minute to speed up the process of collection. Most information can be put on the app so there shouldn't be a need for a lengthy handover process.

I have two children who attend the nursery and we have had a good experience across all rooms from the baby room through to the pre-school room. A wide range of interesting and engaging activities are arranged each day for the children. I particularly like how the activities are tailored and developed depending upon the interests of that particular child. When my children have shown an interest in a particular activity or theme, they are then encouraged to develop that interest further, by engaging in bespoke activities with members of staff. The staff at the nursery are excellent and you feel reassured that they have a genuine passion for the work that they do and for your child’s development.

We have had a great experience with Kids Planet Congleton. Staff always greet you with a smile and are friendly and supportive. The nursery has lots of lovely resources for the children and often host activities or take the children out into the local area. The meals provided are varied, healthy and tasty and always go down well with my child.

My overall experience with the nursery is good. My daughter has settled well and enjoys all the activities and outdoor play. I feel sometimes the changes of staff in the rooms and change of routine within the nursery unsettles her a little. The management within the nursery is good, however, the finance team are unhelpful and are poor with parent contact.

Over the past 8 years the staff at Hilltop have cared for both my children, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The nursery offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities, as well as outings to the local park, shops, library, etc to develop life skills. In pre-school my daughter also enjoys the additional classes such as dance, football, PE and science. The staff are wonderful with the kids, who work hard to provide a caring and safe environment. I'll be sad to say goodbye in September when my daughter starts school!

The staff are so friendly, warm and caring and my daughter loves going there. She always runs straight to staff. She has come on leaps and bounds with language and social skills.

My little one has attended Hilltop Nursery since April 2017. Since the nursery has been taken over it is clear that Kids Planet are developing the nursery for the better. The nursery has been redecorated and the rooms have become one room rather than separate areas. With the introduction of the app, I can now see pictures of my little one and what they have been up to every day. The team there are great, especially the key workers, and provide feedback at the end of each day and are happy to help with anything.

My son has been to this nursery for 5-6 years. Amazing staff, very helpful. Children are well looked after. My daughter now attends and we have no issues whatsoever. I know if there were they would be resolved.
