My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Congleton since February 2022 and absolutely loves it. The staff are so attentive and everyone in the building knows her name and greets her in the morning, including the chefs and the cleaners. We have received detailed and individual developmental reviews
every month and every day we get updates about things she has been doing that day, meals she has eaten, nappy changes and sleep etc. It's very safe, clean and engaging and our daughter is very happy there.

I'm so happy I placed my son at this nursery. He's blossomed since starting there just before his 1st birthday, and he's continuing to do so through tots and now in the toddler room.
Not a week goes by where he doesn't learn something new or pick up a new skill. I love they encourage him to follow
his interests by designing little activities just for him. For example, he's a huge fan of cooking so they had him mix "potions" with herbs and tea, then encouraged him to smell the ingredients and say what he was doing. But they also create activities that push him to try new things too.
I like the updates during the day on the app on what he's been up to including what he's eaten, how long he's slept, if I've managed to avoid having to change a dirty nappy etc. And the "moments" on the app with photos of the fun he's having make my day.
They've also been great with his dairy intolerance. He loves the food there, sometimes has seconds and thirds... unheard of at home. Kudos to the chef!

Our decision was based on the logistics of juggling 3 children in 3 places, but I can honestly say we could not be more pleased with Kids Planet Congleton.
Since he started nursery this year, the change in him has been amazing, and I have no doubt that this has been not only enabled, but promoted,
by the fabulous team at Kids Planet. The communication with us and liaison with professionals has been outstanding and they're always a step ahead with any strategies or actions that will help him to develop.
The staff work hard with genuine interest to try and understand home life, likes, comforts and preferences and use this knowledge to support him in nursery.
He's a fussy eater, so often refuses. But alternatives are always offered, without it being too much trouble.
Verbal communication is fab, and the parent app is always updated - sometimes later in the day, which reassures me that interaction with the kids is prioritised.

I cannot tell you how amazing the staff are in the baby room. My son is quickly becoming much more sociable and interactive. He bonded so quickly with all the practitioners. They seem to recognise what he likes and dislikes and are able to make him feel comfortable.
I am so happy with the staff, the
resources, the environment and how everything is set up at Kids Planet. I highly recommend it.

This nursey is honestly outstanding, my son has been here since 6 months old and now is in the toddler room. He loves it here. The meals are nutritional and has a wide variety. Staff are ever so helpful and kind. My child has learnt so many skills. I’ve never had an issue with clothes not being returned
or missing. I’d strongly recommend this nursery. It’s a lovely layout with loads of space for hundreds of different activities. I get updates at least 5 times a day from their app to show the activities, meal times and toilet time, assessment are also done. I couldn’t praise them enough.

Our boy is so happy here. We've always had a mixed response from him to nursery. Now though he loves it. He comes out chattering away about what he has been up to. Today it was creating treasure maps and going exploring.

Kids Planet is a lovely and welcoming nursery. Both of my children have attended from nine months old and both have settled well, always happy to see their keyworkers and the other staff. The activities that the team organise always look so engaging and they're always keen to pick up specific interests
expressed by the children and include this as part of the day. The outside space, although a little small is full of fun activities and the baby area a calm space for the little ones. Special mention also needs to go to the Chef - as well as making tasty nutritious food for the children he's also a friendly face around the nursery.

Kids Planet Congleton are just the most wonderful team - my little boy as been there since he was 11 months old and the team have taken great care of him since day one. The level of development we have seen in him since being at Kid's Planet is exceptional and that's all down to efforts of the team.
The chef makes delicious meals, with my little boy often enjoying multiple servings!
I feel the team have created the perfect balance of professionalism and family friendliness and I really couldn't be happier with the entire team and the care they show my boy - thank you!

When we first started looking around for nurseries for our little girl we were drawn straight away to Kids Planet Congleton, the staff were so friendly and got my little girl involved in playing and making her feel welcome which made us feel really good. So we had to choose this nursery.
Now she’s
been there for a while she is learning new things every week, I love how we get updates throughout the day about what she is getting up to and what she’s eating etc.
All the staff are friendly and are amazing with my little one. Wouldn’t change a thing.

My only suggestion would be that handovers are limited to a minute to speed up the process of collection. Most information can be put on the app so there shouldn't be a need for a lengthy handover process.

I have two children who attend the nursery and we have had a good experience across all rooms from the baby room through to the pre-school room. A wide range of interesting and engaging activities are arranged each day for the children. I particularly like how the activities are tailored and developed
depending upon the interests of that particular child. When my children have shown an interest in a particular activity or theme, they are then encouraged to develop that interest further, by engaging in bespoke activities with members of staff. The staff at the nursery are excellent and you feel reassured that they have a genuine passion for the work that they do and for your child’s development.

We have had a great experience with Kids Planet Congleton. Staff always greet you with a smile and are friendly and supportive. The nursery has lots of lovely resources for the children and often host activities or take the children out into the local area. The meals provided are varied, healthy and

My overall experience with the nursery is good. My daughter has settled well and enjoys all the activities and outdoor play. I feel sometimes the changes of staff in the rooms and change of routine within the nursery unsettles her a little. The management within the nursery is good, however, the finance
team are unhelpful and are poor with parent contact.

Over the past 8 years the staff at Hilltop have cared for both my children, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The nursery offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities, as well as outings to the local park, shops, library, etc to develop life skills. In pre-school my daughter also
enjoys the additional classes such as dance, football, PE and science. The staff are wonderful with the kids, who work hard to provide a caring and safe environment. I'll be sad to say goodbye in September when my daughter starts school!

The staff are so friendly, warm and caring and my daughter loves going there. She always runs straight to staff. She has come on leaps and bounds with language and social skills.

My little one has attended Hilltop Nursery since April 2017. Since the nursery has been taken over it is clear that Kids Planet are developing the nursery for the better. The nursery has been redecorated and the rooms have become one room rather than separate areas. With the introduction of the app,
I can now see pictures of my little one and what they have been up to every day. The team there are great, especially the key workers, and provide feedback at the end of each day and are happy to help with anything.

My son has been to this nursery for 5-6 years. Amazing staff, very helpful. Children are well looked after. My daughter now attends and we have no issues whatsoever. I know if there were they would be resolved.
