Fred has settled really well at nursery and is always keen to come and asks for 'more nursery days' . The staff are amazing, we always have a warm and friendly welcome . The app is really useful and great for updates. A big thank you to everyone.

All staff have been incredibly supportive and have really helped with the whole settling in process. They are working with me on things I have put in place for my son which is a massive support as a single parent. All the staff are great with him and I am very pleased I chose this nursery.

I was a little nervous about my son starting nursery, but the staff in the toddler room have been absolutely amazing with him. Since joining, my little one has tried so many new foods - things he wouldn't usually eat at home, he happily wolfs down at nursery! I really appreciate the regular updates through the app, which lets me know about his meals, naps, nappy changes, and even upcoming events. I love seeing the photos of him enjoying his day. The staff are always so lovely, and my little one has really settled in - he even gets excited to "go to school to see his friends." I honestly couldn't have picked a better nursery.

My son started Kidsplanet in September and the girls are always so lovely with him. He always enjoys his day runs in and plays with the toys, it's a worry off my shoulders knowing he is safe and happy every day he goes to nursery.

My child has been attending Kids Planet for 3 years now and he has absolutely loved single day there. He's worked his way throughout the nursery, being a term time only child and I cannot fault anything. The staff are amazing and work above and beyond to support your child in any way possible. I have had no issues throughout and I feel that if I did have a concern, I would be confident to approach the staff if needed. The staff do so much throughout their day and I really enjoy knowing the updates of what my child has been doing and eaten throughout the day. They have recently had a new manager who is really lovely too!! I can't wait for my little girl start in September and would highly recommend Kids Planet to any parent!

My child has been attending Kids Planet since June 2022. He really enjoys going there and the staff over the years in each room have been amazing with him. They have been so supportive and have encouraged him with everything he does. The staff are very patient and take the time out to listen to the children. I feel like my child has been given some key skills from the staff there to take him through into primary school.

Recently moved to the area and needed a new child care facility. My little boy has settled in very well in his new environment and enjoys his time at nursery. The staff are very friendly and I feel very comfortable leaving my child in their care.

My children have attended this nursery from babies through to preschool and I can say that the support the team gives to each other and you to make the children settled in each phase, makes all the little changes that are needed such an easy transition. They have grown in confidence as well as abilities. The staff are keen to work with you and your child on their individual needs, are very caring and nurturing and keep you fully updated on activities and mealtimes. Time is dedicated to outdoor play on a daily basis, as well as creative time indoors, which fulfils what the children love. They have made some good friendships and are developing their independence as their personalities grow and are encouraged at the nursery. I am very happy with the choice of childcare made and would recommend to anyone in the area.

What can I say! My daughter started at Kids Planet this year and she has settled in so much better than I could have anticipated! So much so that she cries because she doesn't want to leave! The nursery has gone above and beyond from the moment we had our first settle session, and the little bag and personalised blanket is such a wonderful touch! Since attending the nursery, my daughter's social skills have improved massively! Not to mention her development in almost all areas! Very very happy with Kids Planet!

We are thrilled to have found such a caring and supportive environment for our little one. The staff in the Tots room consistently go above and beyond to ensure that our child feels welcomed and included. We especially appreciate the regular updates on their activities throughout the day and the staff's support for children from multicultural families. We could not recommend this nursery more.

My son attends the Congleton setting. I am very pleased with the care we receive for our son, he always seems to have a good time, and the updates on the app inform me of his day as I don't always get to collect him. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The manager is also very helpful, she communicates well with the girls in the rooms.

I can't express how grateful I am for the incredible staff at the nursery. From the moment my child started, they have been nothing short of amazing. The staff are not only professional but also incredibly caring and attentive. They took the time to understand my child's needs and helped them settle in smoothly, making the transition so much easier for both of us. I've seen such positive changes in my child since starting at the nursery. They are happy, engaged, and eager to learn, which I attribute to the nurturing environment created by the wonderful staff. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. I feel so fortunate to have found such a supportive place for my child to grow and thrive. Thank you to everyone at the nursery for your hard work and dedication!

My daughter who is nearly 3 loves attending Kids Planet, she cried the first few times at drop-off but the staff gave her cuddles and she was fine 10 minutes after I left. She is my third child to attend Kids Planet.

Our relationship with the team at Kids Planet is fantastic. We feel extremely grateful for what they do and we are seeing consistent changes in our daughter, as she moves on age group to age group.
