Partou Buttercups Day Nursery & Pre-school

A lovely little nursery where the staff care so much for their children and everyone knows the kid's names. The activities are tailored to not only the needs of the kids in the room but also the time of year they are in keeping a wide variety of activities going on for the children. The staff are very informative when they do drop off as to what has happened that day and the online journal is great to see. I would highly recommend. They also have an on-site chef who prepares the meals and menus!

It is a home from home environment where they treat children like their own. I would highly recommend Buttercups to any parent.

As a parent it is hard to leave your child and go back to work, but the staff at Buttercups Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Ellesmere Port made it so much easier to do that. From the first visit they were warm and welcoming, they answered all my questions and engaged with my son on his settling in sessions. They gave him time to adjust and worked around his needs, he even gives a wave now when I leave which is so lovely. The best part of the day is picking him up and seeing a great big smile on his face and hearing all the things he has been doing. The Learning Journey is great as we can see pictures of him playing with other children and just having fun.

My daughter first started at Buttercups Private Day Nursery and Preschool, Ellesmere Port, in January 2019. Initially, for the social aspect, it was for 1 day a week. My daughter loved going to nursery as she met so many new friends and her confidence grew. She has learnt so much and is very good with her words, numbers, colours an shapes. My daughter has an understanding of words that go together. I would highly recommend the nursery, the staff are lovely with my daughter and us parents. The staff are very helpful if I have a question and they fully update us on how her day has been from diet to leaning curves. I feel very reassured that my daughter enjoys nursery and the staff are very caring towards her. I would highly recommend Buttercups and am happy we chose the right nursery for our 3-year-old. My daughter has been going to Buttercups Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Ellesmere Port, since 7 months of age and is now nearly 2. Such a brilliant setting, from the amazing staff to the delicious homemade food. I was hesitant of putting my little one into nursery at first, but Buttercups just made me feel at ease straight away. Thank you to all the staff at Buttercups, especially for your dedicated care throughout this difficult year!

My son has been coming to Buttercups Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Ellesmere Port, since September. He has made a strong connection with his key worker and his face lights up when we say her name. Since starting the nursery he has come on so much. He is so much more confident. He comes home often with lovely art work. The food is fantastic, a different meal every day, nothing is ever the same. Would highly recommend Buttercups

If we had any more children and were still local they would most definitely be going to Buttercups.

My little boy settled into nursery within two days of being there. The girls are absolutely wonderful with him and he really enjoys his time here. The nursery keeps you updated with the children's activities and learning skills and I would highly recommend this nursery.

Brilliant nursery, my daughter has been here since baby room and she's now in her final year of preschool and loves it. She is excited every morning to go and has turned into a beautiful clever little girl, and that's down to the care and support she has recieved for the last three years from Buttercups. Highly, highly recommend.

Staff are a real credit to the nursery and the manager and deputy manager always go above and beyond.

We can't recommend Buttercups enough, our son was shy and nervous around new people when he first attended the nursery, but since attending and graduating to preschool class he has come on leaps and bounds. His vocabulary has improved, his writing, his counting and social skills have all improved massively. He loves coming on his days in and comes home excited to tell us what he has been up to. Thank you Buttercups for all you do for him!

He is now in preschool and he loves it. Throughout this difficult time nursery has been the one normal thing for him and I can not thank all the staff enough for all they have done! Keep up the good work, it’ll be a sad day when leaves for school!

My child attends Preschool three days a week. He absolutely loves it and everyone there! He has come on leaps and bounds since he has attended Buttercups, it was the best decision I made. The staff are all very friendly and approachable. They are amazing with my little one. I would highly recommend the nursery to people, which I have and now one of my friend's little ones has recently started attending the nursery. Very high praise for all.

My son has been going here for over a year now and it's absolutely wonderful. Such a warm inviting nursery, I had seen others prior and this definitely felt more like a home. The girls are absolutely wonderful, my son is so happy when I pick him up. I have already recommended for another little boy starting next year.

I’m really happy with Buttercups and would highly recommend.

The care and attention all the staff have shown our son over the last 2 years have been incredible. We will always be so grateful how they have helped him develop into the polite and friendly little boy that he is now. His confidence has come on leaps and bounds since starting buttercups and he is always so excited to tell us what he has been doing in the nursery and who has been reading books with him and what he did with his friends. We would struggle to pick out individuals as the Manager and the whole team are brilliant. Thank you.

We can't speak highly enough of Buttercups. They are wonderful with the children and our son has truly benefited from being there. The staff are both caring and professional and now we have a new addition to the family and he will definitely be going to Buttercups as well.
