Partou Little Manor Day Nursery & Pre-school is an Ofsted 'Outstanding' (February 2020) setting providing exceptional care and education for babies and children up to the age of 5 in Sandymoor, Runcorn.

The nursery near Norton provides children with a fun, supportive learning environment where they can play in an exciting mini-woodland and adventure playground every day. Children at the nursery enjoy a wide range of learning activities from foreign languages and baking, to numeracy, ICT and literacy.

Little Manor’s long-serving team are experienced and hold childcare qualifications, paediatric first aid certificates and safeguarding training. Every team member has enhanced DBS checks and the nursery has CCTV and secure door entry systems for added security.

The chef at Little Manor prepares the nursery’s fresh and nutritionally balanced meals and snacks in the nursery kitchen, providing children with healthy and delicious homemade food every day. The nursery’s seasonal menu is prepared with quality, locally sourced ingredients and can be altered to meet any special dietary requirements.

Meals and snacks are included in the nursery’s fees, as well as nappies, wipes and sun cream. 15 and 30 hours free childcare places are available for eligible families.

Little Manor has been such a wonderful nursery for my two children. My eldest attended in 2015-2018 and my youngest is currently attending the nursery. Even though both children were never "full time", we are always included in events that take place there. They have a good outdoor area with a woodland
garden and I love the fact that the weather doesn't stop the children from enjoying the outdoors.
Meals are served fresh and homemade and I was so pleased that my very fussy eater was always catered for.
Both children were rather anxious and took time to settle in the nursery, but we always felt supported and encouraged by all staff members. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and caring to the children which shows when my kids talk about everyone with such fondness. This includes everyone from the different rooms, the kitchen and management, they all seem so involved and caring to each child. I would recommend Little Manor to friends and family.

Our 3 year old has been attending Little Manor since he was 9 months old. The team in all the rooms have been fantastic and he loves Nursery. His speech was delayed and Nursery developed activities around his interests to encourage him and celebrated the development of his speech and vocabulary as much
as we did.
Little Manor is a lovely Nursery and I can't recommend it enough.

My son really enjoys attending Little Manor. There is lots of outside space which the children are always using. The staff are lovely, friendly and approachable and have shown nothing but kindness and patience to my son. He has learnt so much since being there and there always seems to be a great variety
of activities. Great communication in person and through online observations. Would highly recommend.

I can’t thank the nursery enough. They provide so much support, not only my son but me too. The relationship he has with his keyworker is fantastic, she is so attentive and he’s so excited to see her. It’s fantastic knowing that my son is in fantastic hands when I’m working. He has observations daily,
which we can see on learning book. It’s wonderful to see what he’s doing while he’s in nursery!

My son has been attending Little Manor since he was around 9 months old, he is now 3 and has moved into preschool. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care and love the children in their care. I can say that confidently for each room my son has been in from babies, through to toddlers, and now preschool.
Great activities, and lots of outdoor time which I personally love. The staff are keen to encourage and work with each child’s interests. People always comment on how confident and bright my little boy is for his age, and I genuinely think a lot of it has come from the interaction and encouragement from the team at Little Manor. A fantastic team, who I can’t fault.

Both of our girls love Little Manor, as do we. Every member of staff knows every child by name. Communication between the nursery and home is excellent both by verbal contact on drop off/pick up and via the app where we can view reviews and see photos and videos of our girls enjoying their learning
experiences.
My eldest will be more than ready for primary school in September thanks to the hard work of the staff making learning fun.

My son is 3 in May and has been going to Little Manor since he was about 18 months old. He loves going and he learns a lot there and has made friends. The staff are all lovely and he talks about them at home. I can drop him off there and know that he is safe and happy, having fun. The 'learning book'
app that they use is great because I can see photos/videos of him enjoying himself. I would not hesitate to recommend Little Manor to anyone.

Little Manor Day Nursery is excellent and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nursery in the local area to place their child here. I cannot fault this nursery. Our son has been going to Little Manor since January 2018 and he has progressed greatly since.
He is a much more confident little
boy and his language and numeracy skills have rapidly improved. The staff are so attentive to all the children and nothing is too much trouble. The children all look so happy. There is a wonderful outdoor area where the children can explore and play under supervision.
We are so grateful to everyone at Little Manor for the care and attention they have given our son.

Brilliant Nursery!
Really helped my little boy to settle into the routine and he’s now confidently become a member of the preschool classroom. Of a morning he can’t wait to go to see and 'see his friends'.
He is learning to do more things independently now and I’m so proud of how the girls have helped
him to grow.

Since day one the staff have always been friendly and supportive of any requests made. The care provided is outstanding. My son is always happy, healthy and loved. The staff are always doing activities with the children and also use the outdoor space when possible (even to play in puddles!).


I would

recommend to anyone looking for childcare they can rely on and feel safe the child is getting the best care.

We could not be happier with our choice of nursery. The Manager and staff are fantastic, always there for us as a family, very friendly and supportive. It doesn't matter the time of the day you go, you always find a nice and peaceful environment. Our son has thrived there, becoming a more confident

We absolutely love this nursery. Our son is in the toddlers room, and he loves it there. He's coming from another nursery that we thought was very good, until we discovered with Little Manor how much better a nursery could be.
Staff are the main asset of this nursery, they are so professional and
caring. Activities are fantastic, and communications with parents couldn't be better. We have access to a system where we can see on our phones photos and comments of some of the activities they do. They also promote learning other languages, and you can see the children learning numbers and colours in Spanish, parents reading books in different languages. Overall, an amazing nursery.

This nursery is excellent. Our son's key person has improved his speech, fine motor skills etc and far passed our expectations. This nursery promotes an excellent food offering of which we are extremely healthy and diverse. Our son actively participates in the activities derived by the children as they
have an input of what they wish to learn about which then the nursery expand on in a safe and secure environment. 100% reocmmended.

I love Little Manor. My son went to Little Manor in the pre-school room and he really enjoyed it. He came out of his shell and learnt so much. The Manager and key worker always looked after him like he was one of their own. He still wants to come back and visit now. My daughter will be starting in September
and I wouldn't have chosen any other nursery for her to go. It's a lovely, friendly atmosphere and the staff are amazing.

I'm so glad I chose Little Manor. The staff and manager are fantastic and can be approached about anything- they have been extremely supportive through some different issues. My child has come on leaps and bounds since starting here and he loves it.

This is my second child at this nursery and I can't recommend it enough! Great staff, great atmosphere. Days planned out really well with a variety fo activities. My daughter loves coming in and especially loves the food. Overall, great!!!

Lots of activities going on from reading to cooking. I love the way they arrange events such as visits from the fire brigade. We especially love the fact that the children get lots of fresh air and time to play outside. It is amazing how they manage to get my son to eat so many different foods.
