Ladybirds Neighbourhood Nursery

My son has been attending Ladybirds since he was 1.5 years old; he's now 2.5 and absolutely loves it. He has learned so much with the support of the staff. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and the children love them. The rooms are great, and the staff change the themes every few weeks so the children have something new and fresh to learn about. They get plenty of fruit and veg at snack time, which I love, and it's helped my son explore foods, and now he is not a fussy eater.

The equipment and learning styles, and tools they use are of a high standard. The staff are very friendly and caring, and they cater to all learning needs, making every day fun.

Our little one struggles with being left at nursery sometimes. The staff notice this and come straight over to reassure her. She is then settled within minutes and enjoys the rest of her session without being upset.

Ladybirds Neighbourhood Nursery has been a good experience for my daughter and we will continue to use the nursery as she has become so confident and her keyworker (teacher) has made her feel so comfortable and she's attached so much to her, my daughter absolutely loves her, thank you so much for making her feel so comfortable without Mum or Dad.

My two little boys currently attend Ladybirds Nursery with one leaving for big school soon and I just cannot express how amazing the staff are here. My boys absolutely love going, their confidence has grown so much, they never want to leave! Ladybirds are literally one big family, they care for my boys with all they have, always helping and supporting them, which isn’t easy! I honestly couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, they go above and beyond for everyone and my boys just adore it here.

I highly recommend this nursery. The team is friendly and kind, and the nursery is coordinated and clean all time. My daughter loves to go there every day, She likes it and loves her friends and teachers as well.

Highly recommend ladybirds nursery, my daughter has been going since the age of 1, now 3. They are absolutely amazing, my daughter has progressed so much since being there. The staff are friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I feel at ease everyday knowing I can leave my daughter at nursery knowing she is in a safe environment and well looked after.

Amazing stuff who does a brilliant job. Well done to everyone and each of you. My son learned so many positive things, and enjoyed every minute in the nursery, waiting to see his favourite stuff and activities they do in every session. A huge thank you!

My little boy started in August 2022 when he was eight months old, all staff in the baby room went above and beyond to ensure he had a smooth induction. Since then he adapted really well, made friends and learnt a lot thanks to the amazing carers. We really admire all the work including patience and kindness that the staff at Ladybirds do for our boy. I love the easy communication with staff and all the facilities at the nursery and would highly recommend to anyone!

Highly recommended! Such a lovely, safe nursery and all the staff are lovely and very helpful. They've always got plenty of activities in and outdoors to participate in and they go all out for the kids. My little one started in the toddler room and is now in the preschool room. She's always happy at home time and has made plenty of friends! Always kept updated and connected throughout the day on their app to give you peace of mind, which I love and also get to see your child's progress, via observations and photos!

My daughter currently attends Ladybirds and has done since she was one years old, she is now in the preschool room which is preparing her for school next year. My son also attended from nine months old. Both my children enjoy the nursery and my son still loves to visit and chat to staff when we collect his sister.

I believe their ways of teaching and helping the children learn goes above and beyond, from stay and play to day-to-day activities during the nursery day. My daughter feels safe and happy while attending and I have full confidence in every member of staff they are all very friendly everyone is knowledgeable and always on hand if I have any questions. I love the use of the family app we gain access to as this allows me to see my daughter's journey and also upload my own observations as well as communicate with staff members. Overall Ladybirds has and will remain a big part of my children's life we love it and my new baby will also attend and I wish to work there one day.

I honestly can not recommend this nursery enough.

Highly recommend this nursery, my little boy loves going and for the past two years, all the staff have been amazing with him. They have helped him become the smart, kind, funny and amazing boy he is today and I can’t thank them enough. I’m so grateful to every teacher that has been a part of his journey.

My little girl finishes nursery for good tomorrow and she has been there since she was just two years old and is now almost 5! Both myself and her father find the nursery absolutely brilliant the staff are beyond supportive and caring not just in terms of my daughter but also respective of my daughter's home life and any personal events occurring. My daughter has excelled in her personal development and also developed in her social skills, numeral skills and literature skills and I could not thank the staff enough for all of their hard work these past three years even during a pandemic the support received has been amazing. The facilities that they have and provide are outstanding my daughter always comes home and talks about what she has done, played with and discussed.

What can I say about Ladybirds other than what an absolutely fantastic nursery it is! My little boy started here in September 2019 at just turned two and the first week settled really well, then from nowhere became completely inconsolable as soon as we drove into the car park. The whole team were amazing at trying different things to get him to settle enough on our visits to be left. We even tried him in the baby room but after nine weeks of visits, we decided to try again in the new year. He finally settled back in the toddler room and then successfully moved into the preschool room where he has come on leaps and bounds. The staff have helped us in so many ways with getting his EHCP and things sorted and allowed him to stay on an extra year after I held him back from starting school. It's definitely the end of an era with the last few days of term coming up, we will miss each member of staff and I wouldn't send any child anywhere else

Highly recommend this nursery, the staff are absolutely amazing. Would send my children anywhere else, my daughter was extremely nervous around people when she first started back in January 2021, she’s now completely out of her little shell and her confidence has grown majorly. The staff at ladybirds have played a big part in giving her that confidence boost and I will be forever greatful, my eldest daughter went here too back in 2017/2018 and she absolutely loved it too, I couldn’t fault this nursery in any way shape nor form. The outdoor spaces are amazing for the children too.

My daughter has separation anxiety and really struggled to leave me at first but absolutely loves coming to nursery now. The staff are so friendly welcoming and genuinely caring! By far the best nursery I’ve ever used.

I would fully recommend lady birds nursery. My little boy loves coming to this nursery he runs in so excited and can’t wait to start his day the staff are so amazing and have settled my little boy is so nice and quickly he only started in January and is already comfortable with in the setting the nursery has amazing resources and the out door spaces are amazing and it was one of the things that court my eye about the nursery as my little boy loves being outside and exploring

There isn’t a bad word or point I can make about this nursery with the service we have received so far. My son started in January and has adored going to nursery ever since. They build on his confidence and personality, and the communication we get is brilliant between all staff who interact with him, but especially his key person. I know he is very safe and very happy. I plan on hopefully putting my new baby in when I return to work after the summer, as I know how well they are cared for here. The app is fab too, and I love being updated with pictures and artwork for the fridge.

Ladybirds Nursery has got to be the greatest nursery in the whole of Runcorn. I can testify to this as when selecting a nursery for my boys I extensively researched all the companies in the town. The facilities are second to none, there’s so much space inside and out. There is a vast selection of toys and educational apparatus for the children and the playground is equipped with all kinds of outdoor playing equipment. The staff are fantastic with the children and keep them well engaged. They send you regular updates on your child’s activities throughout the day, what they’ve had to eat etc and there’s always a healthy selection of food available for the children. Our two boys have been so happy at Ladybirds and with our youngest son starting school and saying goodbye last week we can honestly say we’re all going to miss all the staff there. It’s been a pleasure having you look after our boys these last few years and I’m sure we’ll see you all again in the near future.
