Just wanted to give all the team a big Thank you for making our LB so welcome in to your your lovely ladybirds family . it has been a massive and different transition for us as a family and we didn't know what to expect moving from his childminder he had been with since 6 months old ,but we did
know it was time and he was more that ready for a preschool setting , The environment is just perfect , warm ,welcoming and a great classroom setting for getting kids ready for starting school .The team have made it so easy and smooth to transition him. Offering lots of kindness and patience ,we've felt so at ease leaving our little pride and joy with you and its says it all when your LB is coming home after a fun filled day telling us how much of a nice day he's had with his new little friends . We just wish we would have done it sooner , you all so deserve a 10 on your reviews , for all your hardwork & care you give to these precious little ones . Love from Mum & Dad

The whole setting itself is great, key worker and other members of staff are fantastic with children in a setting which is comfortable and welcoming. My child has come on so much since he started and as a mum this really is reassuring. Best choice I made putting him in here :)

My Daughter Layla has enjoyed going to Nursery for the last few weeks and she come home very happy and excited to do new things and she is a great little girl who is love to learn new skills like helping her sister playing together. I would like to a big thanks for all of us

Both my kids absolutely adore it at this nursery, and get excited to get ready, pack their bags and leave. Since being here, both kids have been welcomed with open arms, and have gotten close to their teachers who they adore. Often saying "(this teachers name) will love my pants! Or my
top!". The staff show amazing respect, boundaries and affection to the children, and you can easily tell they're all considered a big ladybird family,
Staff have helped my girl overcome some speech struggles, encouraged counting when she was confused and encouraged her to use the toilet. Can't recommend this nursery enough!

Lady Birds Nursery is absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly caring, compassionate, and supportive, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care my son receives.
My son only started in January, but the difference has been amazing. We had a lot of issues trying to settle him into other
nurseries as he is very attached to me, and it was such a difficult experience. From the very beginning, Lady Birds Nursery understood our situation and worked patiently and lovingly to help him settle.
Now, he's excited to go to nursery and comes home happily telling me all about his day, which means everything to me as a parent.
A special thank you to Olivia and Nicole - they have been absolutely amazing, and I truly can't thank them enough for everything they've done. I would highly recommend Lady Birds Nursery to any parent.

My child has been at this nursery since September 2024 and is thriving in all aspects! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for the children. My child has built amazing bonds with the staff and speaks very fondly of them! I would highly recommend this nursery.

As my daughter prepares to start school in September, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible team at Ladybirds Neighbourhood Nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been nothing short of fantastic-kind, nurturing, and dedicated to creating a warm and
supportive environment. She has absolutely loved her time here, growing in confidence, making friends, and learning so much along the way. The care and attention given by the team have been outstanding, and I always felt reassured knowing she was in the best hands. We will be sad to say goodbye, but I'm forever grateful for the wonderful start Ladybirds Neighbourhood Nursery has given to her. I would highly recommend this nursery, the staff are trained to excellent standard and have helped my son come on leaps and bounds. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I will be sad when my son leaves for school but looking forward to my daughter coming to this wonderful nursery.

My boy is in his final few months attending Ladybirds Neighbourhood Nursery as he is ready for big school, and I can't thank the staff enough for their dedication, commitment and support towards my boy. He has been a huge part of this nursery family and has thrived and learnt so much over his
journey there. The staff are amazing in every aspect of his learning. They do such an outstanding job with every child in their care. I'll be sad to leave them in the summer. They are an amazing team, and forever grateful to each and every one of them. Thank you Ladybirds.

Ladybirds is such a wonderful nursery, the management team and staff always go above and beyond for the children and their days are always filled with fun activities. My children always look forward to going in and come home happy. The only improvement would be for the meal provision. We provide a
lunchbox for lunch and often the evening meal is just a light snack like cheese on toast. Wondering if this is something that is going to be looked at in the near future. Everything else is 5-star.

Where do I start. The best nursery in Runcorn. All the staff are fun, welcoming, kind, caring and treat our kids like their own. The love and care we see on a daily basis is beyond what any parent could wish for. Knowing are children are safe and looked after is half the battle, at Ladybirds you
don't have to worry about that! Every day is fun day! Couldn't recommend them enough!

We're so glad we picked Ladybirds. After looking at several nurseries, I knew Ladybirds was the one for us, baby room sold it for me. I loved that we could have multiple settling-in sessions until everyone was comfortable with my child being in their care for a full day, it made it so much easier
for me.
I've loved seeing the learning journey in pre school room, delving into a topic/subject and building knowledge around it.
The staff and management are an absolute credit to the nursery. They genuinely care and support my child.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. All the staff are so invested in each and every one of the children. Both of mine enjoyed every day there, never had any complaints. Sad to see my daughter leave this year, thank you for everything.

Absolutely amazing, my son went, my daughter went and my youngest daughter will be starting at Easter. Couldn't have chosen a better setting. Everyone's always on hand to help, to listen and to go out there way for the children.

My daughter came to this nursery after a bad experience from a previous. My daughter has loved coming to this nursery and the staff have been amazing. I honestly can't say a bad word from drop off to pick up my child has always been happy and can't wait to get in or return. I can't thank the nursery
enough. I will miss it and would definitely recommend this nursery.

From the age of 9 months, my little boy had been in a nursery local to a town we used to live. Just before September 2023, my son moved to Ladybirds Nursery. Within days he was so comfortable in his new environment.
The amazing staff have fed his little imagination with the most wonderful stories
and experiences, which he has such joy in telling me about at home time.
The best nursery I could have ever put my child in. Would 1000 percent recommend it to anybody looking for a local nursery.
Caring and devoted staff, always putting all their effort into making the nursery a fabulous place for the children.

This nursery is outstanding, my little girl absolutely loves it here and has come on so much since attending Ladybirds Nursery, she was a preemie baby so I was scared of her being behind but the staff's teamwork and support has ensured that my child is up to speed with the rest of the children and
isn’t being left out or made to feel different. She absolutely loves it there, staff are so friendly and welcoming and the nursery in general is a clean calm environment, making me feel secure and a sense of relief when drooping her off as I know she is safe and well looked after, can’t praise this nursery enough!

My daughter is in the preschool room and absolutely loves it, she goes in every day so happy to be there, when she’s not in nursery she’s counting down the days to when she is back in. When I pick her up she says she’s had the best day ever, she’s come on so much with her speech and things since
attending this nursery. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming and go above and beyond, my little boy is also in the baby room sometimes and again couldn’t thank the staff enough, very loving and caring towards my little boy and also make sure he’s okay when he gets upset because he’s not with me. Lovely environment and lots to do for the children.

This is my second time around with my child going from toddlers to preschool in this setting done, and both times I could not thank the staff enough for how amazing they have been with my children. My two children are completely different, one outgoing very loud and quite difficult, the other quite
shy, social but only on their ques, after coming here they both were and are ready for school. Amazing nursery, amazing staff and incredibly friendly too. Thank you for everything you have all done for my children.

My son has been attending Ladybirds since he was 1.5 years old; he's now 2.5 and absolutely loves it. He has learned so much with the support of the staff. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and the children love them. The rooms are great, and the staff change the themes every few weeks
so the children have something new and fresh to learn about. They get plenty of fruit and veg at snack time, which I love, and it's helped my son explore foods, and now he is not a fussy eater.
