Mulberry House Day Nursery

Mulberry House is tucked away and I hadn't heard much about the nursery from friends but came across it online when searching for a nursery place. I visited in Summer 2019 and was impressed by what I saw. It was also the nursery my child seemed to feel most at home at during visits. Since starting nursery my child has settled in quickly, thanks to the care and attention the staff show to each individual child. The frequent updates and pictures on the online learning journal are great and my child is so happy to be there. The kids get involved in loads of activities and they never get a chance to be bored. For my child, this has followed through with huge progress, over the last year, in speech, confidence and social skills. There is a great balance between having fun, learning and meeting the kids' emotional needs. The team's professionalism during COVID has been amazing and I am glad to have the nursery up and running again. Would highly recommend.

My son joined the nursery in January 2020. After the change/switch to this nursery, he has developed in so many ways. He is better behaved, has lots of fun, vocab is increasing and is thriving in his new environment. The change to this nursery has been a very positive experience for both my son and I and this is due to the staff, the food, the other children/parents and the nursery environment. The carers are very good and professional, supportive and nurturing. My experience of this nursery is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Mulberry House Day Nursery enough for looking after my son. I was very nervous at first, leaving my son there at such a young age. But his key worker has taken great care of him and he adores her and everyone else. Everyone there is lovely and they are fantastic with the kids. Also, their chef is great and makes wonderful food choices.

In Mulberry, there is always a variety, always a new activity or celebration or something new for the children to learn and explore! What I love most, is their creations and handcrafts. I would definitely suggest Mulberry as they are doing a great job. They make my daughter happy and as a parent, I have to say, this is my priority. Thank you, Mulberry!

An OUTSTANDING well deserved! Mulberry house is absolutely fantastic from the moment my daughter started here at 6mths old to now at nearly 3yrs old it has been an amazing journey! The staff are friendly, caring and dedicated to their job. My daughter adores nursery and this clearly shows when she constantly talks about it at home and what she has been doing, she is always excited to go back the following day! The nursery has a homely feel, small group sizes, well equipped outdoor area, all staff are first aid trained and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the care and education of the children. They provide lovely fresh cooked meals, it is based in a great location and it shows a happy, caring atmosphere. I am so glad I chose Mulberry House and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

This nursery is awesome! As a teacher myself, I have been really impressed with the way that the staff have developed a curriculum that is play-based but challenging and developmental. I also love how clean, tidy and organised the nursery is - the toys and other resources are all in great condition. The food is excellent too! The staff work hard to meet the needs of children with dietary requirements or allergies, whilst providing a varied and interesting menu. I am so incredibly pleased that we found this nursery - I can't imagine sending my child anywhere else!
