Kids Planet Warrington is rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in Dec 2018 and is also Udeskole accredited. It is based in a converted 19th century chapel only two minutes' walk from Warrington town centre.

One of the many benefits of being close to the town centre is that the team are able to take children out on frequent trips into town, to the library, the museum or to the park which is located just next to the nursery. All children have their development supported with age specific learning and are able to discover and explore through play.

The whole service approach is based upon preserving the magic of childhood, at the same time as adhering to the key areas of the EYFS. Safeguarding the children in the nursery is one of their utmost priorities and the nursery offers state of the art security systems. Complete with CCTV in every room, intercom systems are standard in all rooms ensuring that the children’s safety is paramount at all times.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They have all been and continue to be amazing and have done a fantastic job with my daughter. She has been there since she was a baby and is now nearly 3. The staff genuinely take an interest in your child and have helped to nurture my little girl with her speech, counting,
toilet training, coordination of movement to name but a few things. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery to anyone.

Kids Planet is an absolutely outstanding nursery. I have taken both of my children to Kids Planet in Warrington (even though we now live four miles away, we still make that journey in). You cannot get a better one in Warrington.
The girls that look after my daughter have been wonderful, always happy
and friendly and have worked so hard with my daughter who has had developmental difficulties. They have given us and her so much support, especially her key worker, who we couldn't thank enough. The nursery environment is always stimulating and pleasant and the care is exceptional.
The nursery manager is lovely, very approachable and there isn't anything she wouldn't do to help and support. I would recommend this nursery to anyone in the Warrington area, it simply is outstanding.

The staff are brilliant with all the children, they do varied activities and outside time. Since my son has started going his speech has improved massively and from day 1 he has never cried or looked back when I have taken him as loves going.

I can't praise Kids Planet enough - it's brilliant. It's a great nursery with dedicated, caring and passionate staff, and I wouldn't entrust my daughters to any other setting. The Kids Planet team has gone above and beyond with my children and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Creative and
supportive; Kids Planet has been a part of our extended family and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends, family and anyone looking for a setting with much more.

My daughter recently started this nursery. She has additional needs and the staff have amazing in making sure all her needs are met. They keep me updated daily and do activities specifically to help her development. I am really impressed. The staff are always polite, professional and always willing
to help. 10/10!

My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery 8 months ago. These last few weeks. I have noticed that his understanding and speech have improved dramatically. He is a very happy, loving and enjoyable child to be around, and in my opinion that is due to the staff and the teaching
of the nursery. Myself and my husband are thrilled with his progress and with all the staff that look after him.

Kids Planet is the perfect place to let your child grow up. As a parent, I feel at peace to know my child is being taken care of by the most loving and warm staff who go the extra mile to attend to all the kids. The nursery has got several engaging activities for the children planned throughout the
week. It has got an outstanding OFTSED rating and the best standards in food and safety.
All the special food preferences are taken into considerations and any special request as well. Outside of the regular activities, the nursery offers some very engaging programs such as zumba, dance et al where external trainers come to engage the kids at a very nominal fee. The children are also involved in social causes/walks and fund raising events to make them socially conscious at a ripe young age.
Childrens' activities are carefully recorded and duly shared with parents on just on a daily 'update' basis but also on special parents' evening where parents and keyperson of each child discuss them over freely at length.

Rebecca Gee

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2019

I started my journey here at Kids Planet Warrington in December 2019 when I became the Pre-School teacher, before becoming Nursery Manager in June 2024. In that time, I have been lucky enough to complete my Level 3 Forest School Leader training and have helped the setting to achieve its Udeskole accreditation.


I am a big advocate for outdoor learning and believe the benefits are fantastic for the children and their holistic well-being.


I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in English Language with QTS and previously worked in a primary school for ten years.
