Kids Planet Warrington is rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in Dec 2018 and is also Udeskole accredited. It is based in a converted 19th century chapel only two minutes' walk from Warrington town centre.

One of the many benefits of being close to the town centre is that the team are able to take children out on frequent trips into town, to the library, the museum or to the park which is located just next to the nursery. All children have their development supported with age specific learning and are able to discover and explore through play.

The whole service approach is based upon preserving the magic of childhood, at the same time as adhering to the key areas of the EYFS. Safeguarding the children in the nursery is one of their utmost priorities and the nursery offers state of the art security systems. Complete with CCTV in every room, intercom systems are standard in all rooms ensuring that the children’s safety is paramount at all times.

I can’t recommend this nursery/preschool highly enough. They are child-centred and focus on them as individuals with different personalities and learning needs. The staff are kind, approachable and professional.

I picked a random date as my review is based on my whole experience. My little one has been in this nursery since they were 8/9 months old. They have just started reception.
Every parent gets to cry on their child’s first day of school, I never cried when she started at Kids Planet as I knew they
were in great hands. Through Kids Planet my child is bubbly, outgoing, intelligent, and polite, it was like co-parenting as they were with me as much as them. The day they started reception they were a little upset as their teachers from Kids Planet were not going to be there but excited to make new friends and start the next chapter. I can’t rate the nursery enough, I don’t think any words could justify just how amazing they have been.

An amazing nursery wonderful staff, our little loved nursery and became a very confident little girl. They filled her with confidence and made who she is today.
Pre-school staff did wonders with her.

My daughter has been with the nursery for 18 months (toddler and preschool room) having switched from another Kids Planet branch after the lockdowns due to working from home. It was great to see how consistent the ethos is between the different sites, she settled in really fast and has formed strong
bonds with the staff and children. She thoroughly enjoyed her time there. As parents, we always felt well-informed about her day and planned activities. The staff were very gentle towards her food challenges and over time she started trying new flavours and textures. We also really appreciated the support with toilet training. Our wider family noticed her learnings and independence which I fully relate back to the amazing staff at the nursery. It’s been a great experience and we will miss everyone.

My daughter joined the preschool room on March 2022, exactly when we moved into the country, she didnt know a single word or letter of English and now she is such a confident kid overall. All the staff have worked on her individually considering her growth, adaptation to new country, language difference
and everything else was taken care very closely. The teachers are so patient to address parents fear too, I have always been told dont look at what your kid should know by now, but focus on what she knows.
Kids planet has been our best decision while moving and I thank you all for all the individual attention you give to each child.

My son has come on leaps and bounds with his learning and confidence since transferring to this setting. I wish I’d enrolled him here sooner. The staff are all lovely. My son loves the trips to forest school too.

It’s a great nursery, both my boys go/went there. The staff are outstanding and so friendly it’s more like an extended family. I feel confident leaving my boys there. And when I have a parent wobble the staff reassure me.

Our baby started at Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Warrington when she was 9 months old, I was worried about starting her so early but I need not have been. She is always happy going into the nursery and happy when we collect her at the end of the day. We’ve found the staff to be very attentive and caring
and we get lots of updates throughout the day about how our baby is doing. She has continued to be a very confident, curious and happy baby since starting at Beamont and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone. She has far more social contact than we would be able to provide given the circumstances, and they do way more activities with our baby than I would have the equipment or knowledge to do. Finally, our baby has a lovely bond with her key worker and the other staff in the baby room.

Overall an excellent place for your kid. Staff are very friendly and nice. My daughter has improved immensely since the start of the nursery. My daughter loves it here. Management is the best, and they try to help out with any issues relating to your child. My daughter's key teacher is the best.

My child has attended this nursery for over 3 months now and since the first time she went in, she settled immediately. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and my child goes in and out each visit with a big smile on her face. She learns something new each day she is in and is always involved

My two-year-old triplets absolutely love coming to nursery.
I have seen such an improvement in their speech and their interactive skills.
The staff are amazing! And they really enjoy going and seeing there friends and staff.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone, my other little boy came here
who is now 6 and now the triplets attend.

I started sending my daughter to Kids Planet after her preschool had closed due to lockdown in March.
Given the sudden change for her, she settled in so well and quickly. All the staff are wonderful and my daughter speaks highly of them all. They have done such a good job preparing her for big school.
I would highly recommend Kids Planet to any parents looking for childcare. Staff are very approachable, flexible and attentive. My daughter spent only a few months there now she’s at school. It felt much longer and she misses everyone who made it so special x

My daughter has attended the nursery since the age of ten months old and I can’t fault the nursery, they are very accommodating and provide great childcare.
My daughter has come on amazingly since being in the nursery and truly loves attending and I find the staff very supportive.

Having not attended preschool during the lockdown period from March 2020, as parents, we had numerous questions and concerns prior to sending our daughter back to preschool. With a quick call and discussion with the nursery manager, all questions and concerns were resolved and answered straight away
and felt so much more at ease to send our daughter back to preschool and gain a bit more normality back to ours and our daughters lives. Since returning in June our daughter has enjoyed every moment and all the precautions and policies put in place by the nursery have clearly paid off. Brilliant nursery and would recommend to anyone. My daughter has attended this venue since being nine months old and it is like her second family. Always happy to help. Nothing you ask is ever too much. Thank you Kids Planet.

I can't speak highly enough of all of the team at Kids Planet Warrington. My child absolutely loves going and is really happy there. All the girls are really helpful and lovely and really do care. Like any parent, it's worrying leaving your little one but I genuinely feel at ease knowing how much fun
he has when he's there. The manager always goes out of her way to help, I'm forever asking for this and that and nothing is ever a problem and she is always so efficient. I love the nursery and all of the girls who I've dealt with and would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, my son got on with them very quickly. Their menu is amazingly yummy too.
I love that they provide hot food for tea which I know not a lot of nurseries do that.
We are there for only one term and the manager/deputy manager are extremely helpful to help. We wish
we can be there longer.

My daughter is about to turn 1 and has been with Kids Planet nursery for 2 months and I couldn't be happier. She loves the staff and activities, she always comes home so happy. The food is outstanding and my daughter always seems to eat very well. They always get the parents involved and they have activities
all the time. What makes the nursery extra special is attention to detail, my daughter helped make a Father's Day card with her hand prints and foot prints and they put it in her bag which was such a lovely surprise for my husband to find it. I fully intend my daughter to stay there as long as they will let me.

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Day Nurseries enough. The staff within the whole nursery are welcoming at all times throughout the day. No problem is too big, no problem is too small. The girls are amazing and my daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery. The girls and chef
have been very helpful and very supportive with myself and my little girl's dietary requirements, always asking about appointments and asking if there are any new foods she will eat. The manager has been amazing since she joined the Warrington team and has also been very helpful and supportive with me and my daughter, she is always there to offer a listening ear and advice that is personal to mine and my daughter's needs. I would definitely recommend the nursery to anybody who is looking for a nursery setting.

My daughter attends nursery and is in the tots room. She has been at Kids Planet since being six-months-old and I couldn’t have chosen a better nursery! She does so many different things and I get updates through an app. It’s amazing to see what she’s up to and pictures of her having fun! As a parent
working full time and being away from your child, it is hard and upsetting but Kids Planet put your mind at ease and go above and beyond to ensure your child is happy as well as yourself. Couldn’t have chosen a better nursery!

Rebecca Gee

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2019

I started my journey here at Kids Planet Warrington in December 2019 when I became the Pre-School teacher, before becoming Nursery Manager in June 2024. In that time, I have been lucky enough to complete my Level 3 Forest School Leader training and have helped the setting to achieve its Udeskole accreditation.


I am a big advocate for outdoor learning and believe the benefits are fantastic for the children and their holistic well-being.


I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in English Language with QTS and previously worked in a primary school for ten years.
