Busy Bees Thurstaston

It has been so easy for my daughter to settle at this nursery and the staff have been so kind, caring, and thoughtful with her time there. They keep us updated throughout the day and form genuine connections with the children in their care. All the children seem to enjoy their time there, and the staff are always planning new activities to help them learn.

The communication is excellent and we really appreciate the updates and photos we receive. It's so nice knowing she's happy and seeing what she's upto.

We feel so happy with everything they do to obviously ensure our little one is safe and happy but also bringing her on developmentally.

We can't thank the staff enough for all that they do.

My daughter attends the baby room, her care is overseen by two members of staff, in particular. I cannot praise these two staff members enough. My daughter is attentively supported by the team and has so much fun at nursery. She is able to take part in so many creative, sensory experiences. Meanwhile, she has been supported in becoming independent in her dressing, loves to play and engage with books and gets plenty of time outdoors. The two members of staff are so gentle, kind and very professional - Busy Bees Nursery should be proud of their hard work.

Since the day my boy stepped into this nursery, we have been welcomed with open arms and smiley faces. Nothing is ever too much for the staff or managers, very thoughtful and professional group of staff that listen to your every need. My little boy smiles every day arriving and leaving and has built an amazing connection with his key worker. Thank you to 5 staff members in particular, for all of your help with settling my little boy into his new setting, all of your efforts do not go missed.

Our little boy has loved going to nursery here. He is well looked after and cared for by the staff, especially his key worker. He really loves the range of activities he can do and they also do theme related things such as the King's Coronation. There is a wide range of food provided and our son loves and eats it all. There is an app where you are updated throughout the day on his sleeps, food and photos.

My daughter loves going to nursery here. The staff are friendly and attentive. She is in the baby room still and the room manager is fantastic; professional, respectful and takes time to chat to us at the start and end of each day. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds from attending this nursery.

We love to see the updates during her day, especially the photos. All the team are so helpful and kind, but I have to say a special mention to one staff member in particular. You are so wonderful to our daughter and have an amazing bond with her. You show how much you care and we are immensely grateful to you.

I was so anxious starting nursery, but my son has really settled in the baby room and that is down to the amazing staff. Two of the staff members have both made so much effort to get to know him and make the transition as easy as it can be. My son is developing so much and growing in confidence each week. He has such a great relationship with his key worker, which is great and puts me at ease. They keep me well informed on his day and I love the photo updates and the artwork that comes home! If I ever have any questions, the manager is always really helpful and responds quickly. I couldn't fault our experience so far. Thank you!

Both my children attend at this nursery and they love it so much, as do we! Staff always welcome them both in and they literally run in, as they are happy to be there. Our daughter is in the babies/toddler room, her key worker is fantastic, as are three other staff members and the room leader. Although we miss her, we know she is having lots of fun and is very well looked after. We get a full rundown of activities and how she has eaten and drank. Our son is in the tweenies room and loves nursery and talks about it constantly at home! Four staff members, in particular, are all we hear about at home. Our son never wants to leave to come home and loves being in nursery. Again, he is greeted warmly and we always get a full rundown of his time spent there. Special mention to the chef, our kids love all the food that is served. I can't thank all the staff enough. We feel very reassured, knowing they are in such good hands.

Lovely nursery. The staff in preschool always welcome the boy I care for with big smiles and he is happy to go in of a morning and is always smiling at the end of the day, telling me about his day. He has built lovely relationships with his key worker, staff and children in the room. There are always lovely activities going on and they cater for his food needs.

My daughter attends this nursery and loves it. She has a fantastic relationship with her key worker, other staff are also enthusiastic and show lots of interest in what we have been up to at the weekends. The management team are also very friendly and approachable, they are always on hand to help with any queries. I love the updates through the app and seeing my daughter happily exploring the many wonderful activities is such a lovely thing for us to see. Couldn't recommend the nursery enough!

We have been with Busy Bees, Thurstaton for just over a year and have been very happy with our son's time there. He loves his nursery days and has thrived. All the staff are lovely and do the best they can for the children in their care. He adores his current key worker and so do we.

Thanks to all the staff at Busy Bees, Thurstaston for the care, support and guidance you've given my son since he started, two years ago. All the staff take a special interest in how my son is getting on and the things he has been up to, outside of nursery too. He is always greeted with a big smile and warm welcome in the morning at drop-off. He is animated when talking about the things he's done throughout the day. Special mention to all the staff in the preschool room, but three in particular. You have all supported my son's transition to preschool and he loves all the activities you do. When we've had a tough morning, you're all always there to support my son to have a positive day and two other staff members who always make me and my family feel so welcome in the nursery. Their excitement and bubbly personalities are infectious. The enthusiasm and care they have for the children they look after, is evident.

Amazing, friendly staff, who are great with my little boy. They always engage him in lots of fun activities and he has developed massively since joining Busy Bees. The app is always kept up to date by staff, which is great, so I can see what my child has eaten, what he's done etc. This app is amazing, as it allows me to see just how much my little boy enjoys being there!

Could not ask for more from the nursery. Friendly staff and my daughter loves coming here. With my daughter having a food allergy, myself and her mum are very careful with what we give her and when we told the nursery, they were very understanding and have been so helpful and careful, ensuring that she can have a healthy and varied diet without myself and her mum worrying that she will have a reaction.

The whole team is wonderful makes us feel welcome and at ease. I know my son is well looked after and has a great time, once he settles in. Our key worker is just fantastic! Thank you!

Our daughter started in the baby room and quickly settled in. We felt very secure in the fact she was happy and enjoying nursery. As she was a lockdown baby, her interactions had been somewhat limited. When moving to bombos room, she very quickly grew strong attachments to two members of staff in particular, which we loved. One member of staff has since moved to the preschool room, but always makes the effort to see our daughter and chats with us still. Our daughter's key worker now is lovely, she relays the day and keeps us updated with what our daughter has been up to and always has a smile. She makes references to our other children, which is lovely. We're very happy with the progress she's making and can't thank the girls enough! It's a tough job and we appreciate them greatly.

One of the staff members at Thurstaston, is always so warm and it feels like she loves being around the children. I love her handover, as she always tells you what my child has been doing that day and funny stories, which gives me a lovely picture of how his day has gone.

The staff are all excellent with our daughter. She is so happy at the nursery everyone is so friendly, calm & patient. Our daughter has really progressed recently with the words and actions that have been taught at nursery. We are thrilled she is there.

My son currently attends Busy Bees in Thurstaston, and my daughter before him. I love the warm and inviting atmosphere, the professionalism and the genuine love for the children. Both the staff, who look after him, are always friendly, professional and caring and I feel safe in the knowledge he is getting the best care. He is developing all the time!
