Partou Brimstage Village Day Nursery & Pre-School is spread across two beautifully converted buildings in the heart of Brimstage village, providing high-quality early years care and education to families across Brimstage, Higher Bebington and the surrounding areas.

The nursery is housed in a converted listed church, with the pre-school just across the road in a characterful converted barn. Two separate buildings means smaller room sizes and a genuinely warm, homely feel that families really value.

We are so so happy we chose to send our son here, where he has thrived and grown, supported by a wonderfully loving, friendly, responsive team of people. The setting is amazing, really welcoming for little ones, and the staff run excellent activities. They’re so obviously fond of the kids they look
after and their enthusiasm is very clear to parents.
From a practical perspective, the nursery is very accommodating and always tries to help wherever they can. They’re available, approachable and friendly.

This is the best nursery by far in the area. The staff are simply amazing and both my children have really excelled in both nursery and preschool. They have encouraged my children in all areas, most noticeably in preschool where my son was more than ready for reception due to their outstanding work.
The facilities are fantastic and the setting is a really lovely place for children to grow. The visits in preschool to the local care home are a really fantastic addition and something my son looked forward too immensely. I have found the management change within the nursery fantastic and the difference has really been felt from a parental point of view. I literally have nothing bad to say and I am immensely thankful that such lovely nurturing staff are looking after my children when I am working. A big thank you is well deserved.

What a wonderful setting in a beautiful location filled with enthusiastic staff that care for the children who they so actively encourage. My son has been attending for almost one year, he has developed rapidly under the encouragement of the staff and in his engagement in many activities. He enjoys
garden time, messy play, stories and has an array of songs and rhymes with actions that he loves to perform. This nursery delivers a professional approach to child development and care, whilst keeping a homely and personal feel to my child’s journey. He enjoys a variety of food that’s prepared and I enjoy the regular electronic updates of daily activities and accounts of his personal development. Despite this great system staff are always willing to offer a verbal update of the day or discuss any development milestones. My mind is at ease leaving my son in such capable hands and I am truly grateful for the hard work that all of the staff put into my sons day.

Excellent. Very friendly staff and always update the progress of your child. My daughter and son have only been here for approx 2 weeks but they have settled in extremely well due to the staff. We have had NO tears when dropping them off which is a massive bonus! This tells me one thing - they love

Alexandra moved to this preschool in September 2017 and I can honestly say since that time she has absolutely thrived here.
I would say that every aspect of her has changed. She is more confident, happy and has really started to be challenged more in her learning.
She loves the staff, her new friends
and all the activities the preschool organises. She loves the trips to the local care home and her absolute favourite was the school play at Christmas.
Thanks so much for everything you have done and making Alexandra's time in preschool so happy.

Jack and Jill Day Nursery Brimstage have been an extremely flexible nursery for my son. There is clear communication at all times and Tapestry is a great feature. We enjoy logging in and seeing what he is up to every day. His key worker has been a great support during his transition into the nursery.

In just a few months we have seen a dramatic difference in his speech, development and overall happiness when going in and learning. The staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and guiding. This is the second time I have brought my child to Jack and Jill Day Nursery Brimstage and recommend it to friends. My daughter has settled extremely well and I cannot fault her her key worker and the manager. We are always greeted very warmly by the other staff too. Play and learning is always very
varied and fun.


I only wish my daughter could spend a little longer here (she only goes on average half a day a week) to help progress as well as she already has.

My child has been attending the toddler room at this setting for about 6 months now and is really happy there. We feel confident knowing our child is safe, well looked after and having lots of fun. From the minute I walked into this nursery I felt completely at ease and very welcome. My 11 month old son attends this nursery and has been here for just under three months, the staff cannot do anything more for you. They are such a friendly staff and more than happy to help you with anything you need.
My son loves it and puts out his arms to all the staff when I drop him off, even the ones that don't work closely with him. As a first time mum I couldn't be happier and would never have thought I would be at ease about leaving my child in the care of other people. I am more than comfortable to wave goodbye and know that he is very well cared for. You can see the staff treat each and every child like their own. Fantastic nursery, strongly recommend, 5*

The nursery has a very warm and friendly feel to it. Staff are very lovely and were very welcoming to my child. They have lots of fun activities and my child loves coming home to tell me all about their day.
The gardens are nice and spacious and they also visit the local areas around the nursery.
They have lots to offer children and can also do extra sessions at very short notice. I am very happy that we picked Jack and Jill Brimstage.

Our 2 and a 1/2 year old twins attend the nursery and LOVE going. They walk in freely, rushing to see the girls and their friends. They are happy and that's the most important thing. The nursery and staff are very accommodating and extremely supportive. The staff are lovely

My son enjoys going to nursery every time. The team are fabulous and friendly and have supported his learning. They have helped us with potty training, the online journal is always up to date and we can see our son's progression. The team are always happy to help if we need to change times or dates
whenever possible. The nursery is safe and the days are full with my son undertaking various different activities every time he visits. My son always eats well and tries lots more foods than he does at home. Magic!

My daughter has attended this nursery since before she was one year old. She enjoys the interaction with all staff. Friendly and helpful with child's interests firstly above all. Will be hard to leave to go to full time school as she enjoys it here so much. Would recommend to anyone to come to.

My little boy has been attending the Nursery for 9 months. Since attending Nursery the staff have helped bring on his personality and character.
