Partou Brimstage Village Day Nursery & Pre-school

My son loves going to nursery. The staff in the baby room are extremely kind to the children (and the parents!) and go out of their way to make sure that everyone is happy. All of the staff seem to genuinely enjoy spending time with our little people and I go to work every morning knowing that my son is in good hands and will have a lovely day. I felt exactly the same when my daughter attended Brimstage and would highly recommend the setting to everyone.

Only negative is the app is not updated weekly.

The staff are extremely friendly, informative and, above all, caring. The children genuinely enjoy their time at nursery, coming home with lots of stories about their day and experiences. Management is engaged with the parents, regularly offering information and seeking feedback. The school menu is displayed for parents to see and special events are advertised and communicated.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! It is such a lovely, warm nursery where they really treat each and every child like they are so special to them. Both my children have attended/attend this nursery and I would always recommend it to people. It has such a lovely feel as soon as you step inside and all the staff are so welcoming and amazing.

Brimstage Day Nursery is brilliant and our 2-year-old son absolutely loves it. Every night as we walk to the car, he announces that he's had a nice day. The staff are friendly, welcoming and organised. He always comes home well-fed, tired from the imaginative activities he's been doing all day and excited to go back, the next. He adores the staff who work with him. The nursery is making a huge contribution to his development and we couldn't be more pleased with his experience there.

All the staff are super friendly and they know my little boy very well. The nursery has such a lovely feel to it and I am very happy with everything they do to support and play with my 1-year-old. Any queries I have, or information I need, is dealt with quickly, which is much appreciated. Overall, we are very happy.

Brimstage is a great nursery. Our son has flourished since attending. He loves going in the mornings and walks through the door with a smile and excitement. He never seems to want to come home, which is great, because it shows he's really happy. He's such a chatterbox and his personality has started to shine through with confidence, strength and individuality since he started here. Brimstage has aided his development wonderfully and helped him find his feet with his personal and educational journey. His key workers are absolutely fabulous, he loves them. They know my son and as a mother, that is so very important, that the staff who are caring for a child, understand that child and truly care about their needs. It's lovely to see the relationship my son has with the staff here. We're really happy with Brimstage and would highly recommend it to parents. The review would have been 5* excellent, but we feel communication from the senior team could be improved somewhat.

Our twins have been attending Brimstage since July 2022 and what I loved about Brimstage as opposed to other care providers, was that the girls would have consistent care from a handful of staff, who we have grown to really know and trust. I was incredibly apprehensive about the girls going to nursery. In the nine months prior, there had been very few occasions where they had been left with anyone other than me or their dad. They took it in their stride and have settled really well. The nursery staff also took great care to be very sensitive to how I was feeling too and I'll forever be grateful for that. The girls love nursery, they smile when we drop them off and they smile when we pick them up. It's a relief to know that I can go to work and not have to worry about them. They are in good hands, making new friends and in the care of adults who clearly adore them too. Thank you, team Brimstage!

Really happy with Brimstage Day Nursery. They took an individual approach to baby settling and adapted successful alternatives to aid settling. Staff seem happy and most are long-term here and my baby is happy and developmentally thriving, with time spent here, they love their carers. The food menu is lovely and baby always eats most/all of their meals. Good, outdoor time, daily, whenever possible with the weather (outdoor play importance is prioritised at Brimstage). Some outdoor toys/facilities could be updated, but that's a minor remark. Really happy we chose Brimstage. The staff work so hard and are always busily maintaining a caring, calm and fun environment and the children seem very happy here.

I love looking at photos on tapestry and seeing the children having a great time doing different tasks. I can honestly say I know my child is in very safe hands when he’s at Jack and Jills. Thank you, team.

I am exceptionally pleased with this nursery - ever since my son started, his development has been outstanding. The staff are always so friendly and have so much time for me and my son. It is such a welcoming environment with brilliant facilities to give my son the best time when he goes to nursery. The management caters to all my needs and are very flexible. I would recommend this nursery to everyone I know with children.

Literally cannot fault Jack and Jill and looking forward to my baby daughter starting there too at the end of the year.

The app they have is great shows all the different activities they take part in throughout the day, he is always happy and content.

We are so lucky to have such a wonderful setting.

Jack and Jill’s Day Nursery Brimstage has proved to be a great choice for us. Our little girl started there at 13 months of age and has come on leaps and bounds in the past few months. The team are brilliant with her and even managed her in a hip cast for 4 months. They took real care of her and we couldn’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend this nursery. The company also offers a term time contract which is hard to find nowadays and as my husband is a teacher makes perfect financial sense for us. Great nursery, great staff!

My 3rd little girl attends this wonderful nursery and my biggest regret is that my other two daughters didn’t have the opportunity to go there. My little girl (20 months) gets so excited to go to nursery. It’s always calm and the children always seem well engaged in activities. I’ve always been amazed by how well the children talk and I constantly hear the staff engaging in conversation with them. She always takes part in lovely activities, despite only attending two mornings she is always included in what they do. It’s in a beautiful rural spot but near to the motorway for commuters. The nursery are as flexible as they can be and always try to give me another session if any fall on bank holidays. I think it’s very difficult to recommend a nursery as trusting people with your child is so hard - however I couldn’t recommend Jack And Jill Brimstage any more highly.

The building is set in a lovely rural location and part of the appeal was knowing she would be able to get outside each day to have fun, learn and play outdoors.

Our son has been at your nursery for over a year now and has been so settled and enjoys going each week. The staff are friendly and all so welcoming. I love that everyone knows who my son is, even in the different room. It’s a fun and happy environment and our son has come on so much since joining. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our son has been attending this lovely nursery for over 12 months. He absolutely loves the time he spends here and he loves the staff who work with him. It is a perfect place for our child to learn and develop within a nurturing, caring environment. We cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. Special thanks go to the staff for making our child's experience a real joy. Since he has moved into the big room in the last few weeks, we have noticed such a big difference in his development, which is just great. Thank you all for continuing to provide a great place for our child to flourish.

The facilities are fantastic and the setting is a really lovely place for children to grow. The visits in preschool to the local care home are a really fantastic addition and something my son looked forward too immensely. I have found the management change within the nursery fantastic and the difference has really been felt from a parental point of view. I literally have nothing bad to say and I am immensely thankful that such lovely nurturing staff are looking after my children when I am working. A big thank you is well deserved.
