Partou Brimstage Village Day Nursery & Pre-School is spread across two beautifully converted buildings in the heart of Brimstage village, providing high-quality early years care and education to families across Brimstage, Higher Bebington and the surrounding areas.

The nursery is housed in a converted listed church, with the pre-school just across the road in a characterful converted barn. Two separate buildings means smaller room sizes and a genuinely warm, homely feel that families really value.

My son loves going to nursery. The staff in the baby room are extremely kind to the children (and the parents!) and go out of their way to make sure that everyone is happy. All of the staff seem to genuinely enjoy spending time with our little people and I go to work every morning knowing that my son
is in good hands and will have a lovely day. I felt exactly the same when my daughter attended Brimstage and would highly recommend the setting to everyone.

My child loves coming to nursery and loves all the staff. As a parent, it is good to see the same familiar faces at pick up and drop off. It is great to have a daily update at what has happened in the day and what food he has eaten. All the staff are really caring and it is great to see how much they
love the children they work with.
Only negative is the app is not updated weekly.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! It is such a lovely, warm nursery where they really treat each and every child like they are so special to them. Both my children have attended/attend this nursery and I would always recommend it to people. It has such a lovely feel as soon as you step inside
and all the staff are so welcoming and amazing.

The staff are extremely friendly, informative and, above all, caring. The children genuinely enjoy their time at nursery, coming home with lots of stories about their day and experiences. Management is engaged with the parents, regularly offering information and seeking feedback. The school menu is

Brimstage Day Nursery is brilliant and our 2-year-old son absolutely loves it. Every night as we walk to the car, he announces that he's had a nice day. The staff are friendly, welcoming and organised. He always comes home well-fed, tired from the imaginative activities he's been doing all day and excited

Brimstage is a great nursery. Our son has flourished since attending. He loves going in the mornings and walks through the door with a smile and excitement. He never seems to want to come home, which is great, because it shows he's really happy. He's such a chatterbox and his personality has started
to shine through with confidence, strength and individuality since he started here. Brimstage has aided his development wonderfully and helped him find his feet with his personal and educational journey. His key workers are absolutely fabulous, he loves them. They know my son and as a mother, that is so very important, that the staff who are caring for a child, understand that child and truly care about their needs. It's lovely to see the relationship my son has with the staff here. We're really happy with Brimstage and would highly recommend it to parents. The review would have been 5* excellent, but we feel communication from the senior team could be improved somewhat.

Our twins have been attending Brimstage since July 2022 and what I loved about Brimstage as opposed to other care providers, was that the girls would have consistent care from a handful of staff, who we have grown to really know and trust. I was incredibly apprehensive about the girls going to nursery.
In the nine months prior, there had been very few occasions where they had been left with anyone other than me or their dad. They took it in their stride and have settled really well. The nursery staff also took great care to be very sensitive to how I was feeling too and I'll forever be grateful for that. The girls love nursery, they smile when we drop them off and they smile when we pick them up. It's a relief to know that I can go to work and not have to worry about them. They are in good hands, making new friends and in the care of adults who clearly adore them too. Thank you, team Brimstage!

Really happy with Brimstage Day Nursery. They took an individual approach to baby settling and adapted successful alternatives to aid settling. Staff seem happy and most are long-term here and my baby is happy and developmentally thriving, with time spent here, they love their carers. The food menu
is lovely and baby always eats most/all of their meals. Good, outdoor time, daily, whenever possible with the weather (outdoor play importance is prioritised at Brimstage). Some outdoor toys/facilities could be updated, but that's a minor remark. Really happy we chose Brimstage. The staff work so hard and are always busily maintaining a caring, calm and fun environment and the children seem very happy here.

I absolutely love this nursery, my eldest went here about seven years ago and the level of care, courtesy, and desire to look after every single child as if they were their own is still there seven years on. My youngest started here in 2017 and has now graduated to the preschool, he can’t wait to go
in the morning and often when I come to pick him up he doesn’t want to come home. If that doesn’t describe a happy child I don’t know what does. Also, on an educational note, we are astounded at how much my son understands about colours, words, shapes, maths, thank you Jack and Jill, you make learning fun.
I love looking at photos on tapestry and seeing the children having a great time doing different tasks. I can honestly say I know my child is in very safe hands when he’s at Jack and Jills. Thank you, team.

I am exceptionally pleased with this nursery - ever since my son started, his development has been outstanding. The staff are always so friendly and have so much time for me and my son. It is such a welcoming environment with brilliant facilities to give my son the best time when he goes to nursery.
The management caters to all my needs and are very flexible. I would recommend this nursery to everyone I know with children.

Jack and Jill are absolutely brilliant. We moved our little boy here at 13 months (now 2.5 years) after being unhappy with another nursery. It is a lovely warm environment where you always feel welcome and it always looks like lots of fun is going on. All of the staff are fantastic, they really care
about the children and I always get a detailed account about what my boy’s been up to and how he’s developing which is lovely. His development and confidence have grown so much, especially since he’s quite a shy character.
I love that they invite special guests in every now and again to talk to the children, recently there’s been the police and a builder! Such a good idea.
The nursery manager is excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble, no matter how big or small.
Literally cannot fault Jack and Jill and looking forward to my baby daughter starting there too at the end of the year.

My son really enjoys attending this setting, he is in preschool.
The staff are all welcoming and take an active roll in ensuring my child is learning through play.

My daughter has been attending for a few months now, she started when she was 10-months-old.
First child and leaving her was extremely hard but the staff in the nursery have been wonderful! So reassuring and I'm always fully informed about how she's been and what activities she has been taking part
in, both in person and by tapestry.
On the odd occasion when I've really missed her and resorted to ringing up, they've always welcomed my call and put my mind at ease.
My daughter has allergies and the nursery has handled them well, replying promptly to any queries about her food diary.
Every staff member I've dealt with has been really friendly and the manager is very approachable.
My daughter has started getting excited when she sees the building and loves spending time with her nursery friends, which helps ease the mum guilt a bit!
She has developed so much since she started there, it's incredible.
We are so lucky to have such a wonderful setting.

Jack and Jill’s Day Nursery Brimstage has proved to be a great choice for us. Our little girl started there at 13 months of age and has come on leaps and bounds in the past few months. The team are brilliant with her and even managed her in a hip cast for 4 months. They took real care of her and we
couldn’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend this nursery. The company also offers a term time contract which is hard to find nowadays and as my husband is a teacher makes perfect financial sense for us. Great nursery, great staff!

My 3rd little girl attends this wonderful nursery and my biggest regret is that my other two daughters didn’t have the opportunity to go there. My little girl (20 months) gets so excited to go to nursery. It’s always calm and the children always seem well engaged in activities. I’ve always been amazed
by how well the children talk and I constantly hear the staff engaging in conversation with them. She always takes part in lovely activities, despite only attending two mornings she is always included in what they do. It’s in a beautiful rural spot but near to the motorway for commuters. The nursery are as flexible as they can be and always try to give me another session if any fall on bank holidays. I think it’s very difficult to recommend a nursery as trusting people with your child is so hard - however I couldn’t recommend Jack And Jill Brimstage any more highly.

Our daughter has attended for over 12 months now and it has been such a positive, enriching experience for her. The staff are always nurturing, positive, friendly and warm. A wide variety of stimulating activities is provided each day and it is clear how well our daughter is doing and enjoys being there
as all she talks about is the nursery and her friends and the staff!
The building is set in a lovely rural location and part of the appeal was knowing she would be able to get outside each day to have fun, learn and play outdoors.

Our son has been attending this lovely nursery for over 12 months. He absolutely loves the time he spends here and he loves the staff who work with him. Our son has been at your nursery for over a year now and has been so settled and enjoys going each week. The staff are friendly and all so welcoming. I love that everyone knows who my son is, even in the different room. It’s a fun and happy environment and our son has come on so much since joining.

Jack and Jill, Brimstage is a fantastic nursery. My little girl has been going here since ten months for almost two years and has been in three different rooms. All of which I have been very pleased with her care and her level of learning. She comes out singing songs they’ve sung that day and tells
me all about what she’s been up to. She loves going and playing with ‘her friends’. The things she learns and comes home saying after attending only one day a week is brilliant.
All the staff are great especially my little girl's key workers in the baby room and toddler room.
My six month old will soon be joining and I’ll be sad when my eldest has to leave for school.
