Busy Bees Wirral Beechwood

I highly recommend this nursery, it has been a relief to see him settle in from day one with the lovely staff.

My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery. Everyone is so welcoming to him every single time he goes in, whoever it is that comes to the door always welcome him with open arms to cuddle him if he’s a bit unsettled going in, although the manager is his favourite. Everyone I’ve ever come across in this nursery is really lovely and I feel so comfortable with my little boy being there. He always talks about all the staff in bumbles room, I can never get a name of any of his friends but he always the names of the teachers.

My son absolutely loves going here and has been coming here since 2018. The staff are friendly, approachable and have a real passion for what they do. They are always enthusiastic, energetic and know how to engage with the children. They have managed to cater to his dietary requirements with no issue and have found suitable alternatives when required, the cook even makes her own oat based yogurt which my son enjoys. If issues have arrived I have felt that they have been dealt with quickly and have felt satisfied with the outcome.

My son started in October after I'd had a years maternity, we had been locked down since March and he was quite clingy to my husband and I. The team at Busy Bees at Wirral Beechwood have been amazing, so attentive, welcoming and making him feel safe, he has settled in very well and looks forward to nursery. He loves his key workers and has quite a bond with them. They really do entertain them well and get them trying new things and I really appreciate that. I feel like he's come home having had a good day. Its also taught him to be independent, he is much better at feeding himself. The facilities are spot on, the food is great and the team are all lovely and supportive. I will be sending our second here too.

My son joined this nursery in March 2020, at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, when my maternity leave had come to an end. He was eight months old and with mixed emotions, I was completely put at ease by the nursery manager and the lovely hard-working staff team at Busy Bees at Wirral Beechwood. My son loves his morning sessions here and has built amazing relationships with the staff team in each room that he has been in. The staff keep me informed of what my son eats and how much, the activities he does and any other issues. Having the online access now to see how my son is progressing with the observations carried out and recorded is also a great way that I can keep an eye on how well my son is doing and what areas that he may need improving on. The nursery manager is absolutely fantastic, she is passionate, caring and a lovely person who greets my son, other children and their parents with a warm welcome everyday. I highly recommend this nursery!

My little girl is twenty months old and loves going to nursery. She gets excited at home when I tell her she is going and walks in without any problems and full of smiles for all the staff. She has developed so much, her speech has improved and her emotional and social development is fantastic. I love the app, seeing what she is eating and photos of her day, it's great. I highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

My little boy has been attending Busy Bees at Wirral Beechwood since June 2020, starting during the pandemic. The staff are lovely and my boy enjoys his days at nursery. We are kept up to date with photos of his day and his progress on the app and during handovers. He does a range of activities and always seems to be having fun! The staff have been great supporting with our requests for naps which I had huge concerns about before he started! Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they really do care about the children.

My children have attended this nursery since they were nine months old. Each room meets their learning needs. Staff are great and always happy to talk about my children’s development. The parent app allows me to see how they are enjoying their day.

My daughter went to this nursery for three years and now is my two year old boy. Very professional and friendly staff, I know my son is in good hands. I always recommend this nursery to all my friends and family.

They’ve taken advantage of any opportunity to get outside and enjoy the seasons.

My little boy started at this nursery last month after being at home with just his family for the majority of the last year due to COVID. I was apprehensive about how he would manage such a change but the manager and her staff were so helpful and supportive (to us both) that it has been amazing. He has gone from being so very upset to actually wanting to go into nursery in just a few short weeks. He thoroughly enjoys every aspect of it and it is such a relief to know how happy he is whilst there. This is all down to the care and commitment of the staff and we are truly thankful. I chose this nursery due to the high standards of care shown to my older children when they went there and can confidently say the nursery is still amazing 8 years on! Thank you xxx

My second child has started with the nursery this month and as with my first, the staff have made sure they do all they can to make the settling-in process go smoothly. Both my girls enjoy their time at the nursery, are well cared for and engage in plenty of stimulating activities. The staff are always very friendly and easy to talk to and I am confident that they do their best to provide excellent quality care and education for my girls.

It feels safe and secure for my son in this nursery as all the staff are so great with babies and kids. My son loves it there.

The only negative would be the availability for extra days, as I work shift work. Each week is different and if he doesn't attend the cost is still taken for day use which can become expensive.

I absolutely love this nursery. It feels so homely when you walk in. My Son has gone from the baby that would not leave my side to the boy who likes to be a little bit independent now. It took him a little bit to adjust to me not being with him but with recommendations from the girls, we now have a routine he is happy with and he no longer screams when I leave him. Highly recommend this nursery, all the staff are genuinely lovely people.

I was nervous leaving my little boy at nursery for the first time but all the staff are amazing and made it so easy for me. My little boy's key worker is very thorough and got to know him so quick which makes me feel confident leaving him in their care. I can always tell he's had so much fun which is my main priority!

My older child came to this nursery 2 years ago and now my 2 year does. I have moved since too, but I still travel the extra miles as it really is well worth it. The staff are lovely and very approachable and the layout of the rooms are fabulous. My now 5 year old has happy memories from this brilliant nursery and now my 2 year old is making hers. I would give it 5 stars.

My child loves the nursery and I feel we are a big family unit. They have had a lovely new refurb as well as a garden one. Just beautiful.

Well, what can I say as soon I walked into Treetops I knew that it was the right place for my daughter. All of the staff have been amazing! And she has come on so much since she's been here! Highly recommend it to anybody. They made me feel so comfortable when I first let her go to nursery! Thanks ladies!
