Cannot fault this nursery. The development of my 2yr old is fantastic. He has come out of his shell so much in the past 6months. His speech and words have increased 10 fold. He yaps and yaps alllll day. Its brilliant. The variety of food given at nursery is great to see to. He eats pretty much all
of it. Haha. He also must do alot of dancing and singing here, he asks for different songs in the house. We made a very good choice choosing this nursery. He has a great bond with all the keyworkers. Especially Lexi

Busy Bees Wirral Beechwood is a great nursery everyone is so friendly. My son feels very comfortable with his key workers in class. It's nice to see how settled he is now after a rocky start. It settles me having updates on the app.

We have been so pleased with our experience of Busy Bees Beechwood. Our little boy was reserved about separating from us at drop off and the staff have been so nurturing. He is a more confident little boy from the care and support the team have given him and he enjoys exploring and learning through
the activities that are available. The staff know the children so well and posts informative updates on their day. Thank you so much.

Wirral Beechwood Busy Bees is a fantastic nursery. Our son has been there for just over a year and has now spent time in two different rooms. The staff are attentive and caring and provide regular updates on the app throughout the day. They know the children well, know their likes and dislikes and
spend time helping them learn in different ways. They encourage the children to engage in a lot of diverse activities and I have often turned up for pick-up while they're singing or having story time as a group. The food is varied and healthy, too. I'm always comfortable that my child is safe and having a great time - he loves this nursery and so do we!

I remember my first walk around seeing all the children cuddling the staff and for me that was very reassuring knowing they had a trusting relationship.
All the staff are amazing, I have seen my child come on massively since joining.
I love the app and all the updates on how my child's day is
going.

My little boy loves nursery! He happily walks in and loves all the staff. He has been there since he was 1 so experienced three rooms up to now and he loves all of them!
The girls have been so supportive with some of his challenging behaviour and are genuinely happy to share milestones and
funny/proud moments.
They are always there to listen to any concerns I have had and are ready with advice and tips that I can try which, as a first-time mummy, is exactly what I need!
Day to day, there are a variety of activities set up and yes, lots of messy play which my little boy loves.
The nursery is great with communication and I love receiving my updates and photos of his day!

My son started Busy Bees the beginning of this year, it's taken him a little getting settled as it's a completely new experience for him but the staff have been absolutely amazing with him.
I have witnessed my son's close connection with his teachers which I look for the most at who he gravitates
to, his behaviour when in the building because making sure he is happy, settled and safe is what's important to me.
I can completely say I am extremely happy with choosing Beechwood Busy Bees and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything they do for my baby.

My little girl joined Busy Bees Beechwood in October 2023 when she was just 8 months old and since then she has come on so much and I credit this to the staff at the nursery. Every staff member in the nursery are so lovely and they all somehow seem to know every child's name (even the children that
aren't under their care!) which I think shows how passionate they are about the children. We've never had any issues or concerns about the care given, little one loves going in and has a lovely bond with her key workers.

Both my girls have attended Busy Bees Wirral Beechwood and have both thrived in the environment. They were both happy to attend, the staff are all caring and nurturing and I feel happy leaving my children in their care. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

I've been really happy with this nursery. My children both enjoy going in each day and the staff are great with them. The outdoor area is lovely, the meals are varied and it always seems clean and welcoming.

My son has only been coming here for a short time up to now, but so far, I am overall pleased with how it is going. He has been taking a while to settle from being away from me and still goes in with tears, but the staff have been brilliant with allowing me to drop him off later and pick him up
earlier to shorten his sessions just while he is trying to get used to being there. The app is great for keeping me updated with photos and letting me know how he is doing while he is there; the girls will also call to keep me updated if he has settled so that I am comfortable with leaving him there a bit longer. Everyone seems really lovely! The garden space is great; I think this is my little one's favourite part.

My son has attended the Beechwood Nursery since January 2023 and he is very happy here. It was a stressful time to get him settled in when he first started going, but the staff were very supportive and practical and made it as smooth as possible.
I feel happy that my son is well cared for when he's
at Busy Bees. I get regular updates and photos via the app and I'm always called straight away if there is any cause for concern (e.g. a slight temperature). The environment is fun and caring and the staff really show a genuine interest in every child.

My daughter has been at Beechwood since January and she loves going to nursery. The staff are amazing and have really helped her settle in as she came from a different setting and she has enjoyed every moment. The staff always keep me up to date with her day-to-day activities and always have a smile
on their faces. My daughter has been ill a good few times and they always make me feel happy that they look after her so well.

This is the second nursery my child has attended after we moved her from her previous setting due to numerous issues. From day one, the staff have made us feel so welcome, always so positive and kind and seem as though they have a genuine interest in the children they are caring for. My daughter has
thrived here and I’m so pleased that we moved her. The manager, goes above and beyond to help with any queries I have and always makes such a fuss of the children.

Excellent in suiting my child’s individual needs and having his best interests, my child has a close connection with some of the nursery teachers and loves coming into nursery, one nursery teacher still pops in to see how he is getting on after moving up to the next room and I would always recommend
this nursery to others.

My daughter started at Busy Bees, Beechwood two months ago and I can’t believe how well she’s settled so quickly. Being 2.5 years and going to nursery for the first time, I thought she would have been unsettled for a while, but the staff have been unbelievable. So caring, friendly and happy. Always
providing a familiar and fun environment. The garden/outdoor space at Beechwood is fantastic, our daughter loves it. The parent app gives you regular updates throughout the day and I’m just so glad I chose this nursery. Our daughter talks about everyone at nursery regularly and can’t wait to go in. In her words it is a ‘party!’ so I think that sums up perfectly how much she loves the place!

A short summary of issues I have experienced at Busy Bees Beechwood:
Borderline burns from not being changed and sitting in wet nappies for long periods of time. The nappies provided were rough as sandpaper so I sent my own, yet they still were hardly changed.
The staff gave children food that was
not on the menu e.g. corn puff crisps.
On one occasion a child left the preschool by exiting the gate which was not locked. Not only did the child escape, but none of the staff noticed. The child was only returned by a member of the public when they found the child walking down a busy road.
Toilets are revolting. Concerns over hygiene standards.
Incidents of children being attacked by a SEND child. The nursery provided no support and refused to safeguard other children. Busy Bees did nothing to prevent harm and expected us all to accept the distress caused to our children. Reported to Ofsted and the council. The area manager ignores the parents. Toxic staff culture. Turnover is high.

My son started at Beechwood when he was 7 months old. As a first-time parent, I found it incredibly difficult leaving him for the first time, but the staff made it so easy for me. He has a great relationship with his key worker and the difference we have seen in him over the last 7 months is
amazing! The app is fantastic, allowing me to see pictures of him throughout the day and also what he has been doing that day. He eats so well at nursery and the chef makes the most amazing food! He has recently been doing cook-with-chef sessions with her too.
The garden at Beechwood is fantastic, each room has its own space and there is so much for the children to explore, mud kitchens, obstacle courses and easels! Inside there are lots of open-ended resources which he loves investigating!
He is just about to move into Bombos 2 and the room leader has been great in supporting him during this transition and also supporting me as a parent. We couldn't be happier.

After my eldest child attended this nursery a few years ago we were so impressed, that when my youngest came along this was the nursery we wanted a place for. All staff members that we’ve met along the way have been so welcoming, friendly and always work so hard to ensure a brilliant running of the
nursery. Both of my children have thrived coming here and over the last year, I feel the staff have gone above and beyond especially with the current pandemic. My youngest is always happy at drop-off and pick up and the way the staff interact is superb! We’re always updated throughout the day on what’s been happening which puts your mind at ease when your little one is there. The staff are always very helpful and are always available to answer any questions/queries. I personally would highly recommend this nursery, due to the caring and warm nature of all staff members.

My son has attended nursery since he was 10 months old and loves it here.
The staff are friendly, attentive and nurturing. He has come on leaps and bounds since being here and is so excited when we pull up in the car park.
We are kept up to date on the app with what he is eating, nappy changes,
naps etc and I'm often amazed at what he eats there! It is lovely to see photos of him enjoying his day with his friends.
I highly recommend this nursery, it has been a relief to see him settle in from day one with the lovely staff.
