Exceptional staff who are educating our granddaughters ready for school. Good communication via the app on what the girls have done on the day, along with food consumed.
Management has been very good in accommodating the girls while their nanny is in hospital.

Honestly could not say a bad word about Explorers and their staff.
From the nursery teachers to the chefs, everything is done with so much care and attention to ensure the children are happy, healthy, learning, and thriving.
My little boy attends for two days and within the time he has been there
he has developed so much. My son is always so happy going in and when I pick him up he has a beaming smile and is in a great mood, which solidifies that he is having the best time during the day. We love it so much, and know we made the right decision putting him into little explorers!

I am so happy with the start my son has had to his nursery, Parklands. The manager and all the staff are so approachable and caring towards my son and we have noticed him come on so much since starting there. Can't recommend enough.

We moved our little boy to Parklands after a house move and he fitted right in, the staff are so welcoming and he has so much fun when he goes. We especially love the photo uploads from the day's activity.

Both my children have attended Parklands nursery - my daughter still being there, she did take a little longer to settle in than my son but now she absolutely loves it and asks every day “is it nursery today” which for me speaks volumes that she wants to go every day. All the staff are fantastic and
really friendly, and I especially love all the effort and ideas that they come up with to support her development and teaching her different topics just a few recently mini beasts, healthy eating and looking after ourselves. I would highly recommend this nursery.

This nursery is a great place for children to learn. My daughter attended the nursery and now my son does and they love it. Each member of staff are brilliant and really do go the extra mile. I viewed a large number of nurseries and this stood out and I couldn’t think of any other place I would trust
with my children. Now my daughter attends school I always receive comments on how confident and clever she is and it’s because she had a great start by attending Parklands Kirkby and it is definitely money well spent. Cannot thank all the staff enough.

I’ve used the services of Parklands nursery since 2015 for both of my daughters. Both have attended and received high-quality care and been very happy within the setting.


The staff are open, approachable and put the children’s welfare first.

Our children have been at Parklands for 3-years and have loved every minute. The staff are caring and attentive, and the boys have come on leaps and bounds in their care. The outdoor space is fantastic, and they encourage outdoor play whenever the weather permits.
They’ve also been fantastic since
being able to open after the first lockdown last year and make sure the kids are in a safe environment every day.
Highly recommend!

Brilliant nursery. My little girl loves it and especially loves when they go out playing in the garden. She loves her aunties and will miss them terribly when she leaves, but won't be long until my son is with them. Great nursery.
