I highly recommend Explorers Lydiate for everything they have done for my little boy over the last 18 months. He settled immediately and warmed to the staff and in particular built up such a great bond with his key worker. We have never had any issues at all. Since he started at Explorers shortly after turning one he came on rapidly with his development, particularly his speech. They have also played a massive part in his potty training journey and I owe how quickly he’s done this to the nursery for their encouragement after he saw his friends learning the same. The environment is really friendly, calming and safe and all members of staff are happy to spend time on drop off and pick up discussing how their day has been and their development.

My daughter has attended here for seven months now, and she loves it. The staff are so friendly, the owners are very approachable and professional, and it has recently had a refurb, which is looking wonderful. Would highly recommend!

My little boy attends for two days and within the time he has been there he has developed so much. My son is always so happy going in and when I pick him up he has a beaming smile and is in a great mood, which solidifies that he is having the best time during the day. We love it so much, and know we made the right decision putting him into little explorers!

We moved our little boy to Parklands after a house move and he fitted right in, the staff are so welcoming and he has so much fun when he goes. We especially love the photo uploads from the day's activity.

Both my children have attended Parklands nursery - my daughter still being there, she did take a little longer to settle in than my son but now she absolutely loves it and asks every day “is it nursery today” which for me speaks volumes that she wants to go every day. All the staff are fantastic...

All the staff are fantastic and really friendly, and I especially love all the effort and ideas that they come up with to support her development and teaching her different topics just a few recently mini beasts, healthy eating and looking after ourselves. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Now my daughter attends school I always receive comments on how confident and clever she is and it’s because she had a great start by attending Parklands Kirkby and it is definitely money well spent. Cannot thank all the staff enough.

Brilliant nursery. My little girl loves it and especially loves when they go out playing in the garden. She loves her aunties and will miss them terribly when she leaves, but won't be long until my son is with them. Great nursery.
