General Day Nursery

Never felt more at ease knowing my niece is looked after by these absolute amazing women. They treat your child just like their own, can not fault them in any way. Since my niece joined this nursery she has come on so much, knowing her ABC, numbers, shapes...so much at 2 years old, she comes home and we are in awe listening to her. She absolutely loves going to nursery and that's all we ever wanted we're so happy she's happy due to the nursery. We can't thank them enough!

Our daughter has been going to General Day Nursery for around 12 months now. She absolutely loves going, and we feel she wouldn't be as advanced as she is now without the support of her favourite key workers, Emma and Libby, and all the team! Thank you for being so amazing to our little girl :)

I couldn't recommend this nursery enough they are brilliant in all that they do, and all the staff are lovely. My daughter is SEN and I couldn't thank them enough for the support they have given us and the nursery meeting my daughter's needs. She absolutely loves her nursery days her face lights up when we pull up outside. Highly recommend it for anyone's children to attend.

Amazing caring friendly staff, always very polite, my daughter loves it at the nursery. Facilities at the nursery are really good, the food my child has is home-cooked and lovely. The manager and deputy are very friendly.

My daughter is always super happy going in and coming out. She has learned so much. They are always happy to help encourage help with any issues you may be having at home with your child whilst in nursery.

Our child has loved coming to nursery since day 1 and has made a great connection with all staff. They are all so friendly and welcoming whenever you see them. We are very assured that our child is safe when we do drop off, and I know during the day I don't have to worry about them. Great nursery and fabulous staff.

The best nursery for a homely feeling and the constant reassurance that your child is safe and well looked after. I'm a very anxious parent and I have no worries regarding my child's nursery. The staff are amazing and I couldn't wish for my child to be around any better people.

Absolutely Amazing nursery, 3 of my children have attended General Day Nursery I honestly couldn't have picked a better Nursery for my children. My son has SEN and the staff was absolutely amazing with him, I 100% recommend this nursery to other parents in the area. All of the staff at General Day are amazing they go above and beyond for the children and also parents.

My three children have just started General Day Nursery and it is fantastic they are always doing something fun when there. My youngest was very unsettled when first starting but thanks to the lovely staff he is getting better and better each time.

I could not recommend this nursery to anyone enough. My son just loves going and he has come on so much since he has been attending general day nursery. The staff can't do enough for my son and all the children.

Amazing nursery. Staff are very polite and lovely people! It was the only nursery I wanted my girl to go to. I have a lot of trust in them; they keep all the children safe and happy! Very clean and secure nursery! My daughter loves being here and gets really excited when she sees the building 10/10.

Amazing nursery. My child loves it. She wasn't speaking a word when she first started, and now she's saying a lot, made up with the progress and the amount of support I am getting for her. Food is amazing and she eats most of it aswell. Best nursery by far.

I am so made up with General Day! They have been so accommodating and understanding with my little boy starting. They’re patient, caring, friendly and trustworthy! It feels like a really homely close-knit nursery, and I’m so glad I chose here for my son!

My niece goes to the nursery. She has come on so much since being there. The staff are brilliant and very friendly. My niece is very clingy with my sister but has grown a nice bond with her worker and smiles when going to nursery. When I pick her up, she has always been very well looked after - she is so happy there, and would highly recommend this nursery.

Looked after both my boys, and they loved the nursery so much and the staff too. Really enjoyed going on their days in. Also, enjoyed the food, as the nursery has a cook. Couldn’t recommend the nursery enough.

I can’t recommend General Day Nursery enough. I was so nervous to send my little girl to nursery to start with, especially with her having DS. I was put at ease instantly, and she has come on so much since starting. The staff can’t do enough for the children, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

This nursery is amazing. My daughter has been in reception for seven months and still, she talks about how much she misses the staff at General Day Nursery. She goes back to the Holiday club and is always telling me how great her day was. The staff are always professional but still manage to be personable and reassure me if ever I have any queries or concerns. Choosing a nursery is so difficult as you obviously want your child to be well cared for, and given security, comfort and confidence. I am so happy we chose this nursery as this is exactly what they deliver. They are so sensitive, very well trained and experienced in dealing with babies and children with all ranges of abilities and medical issues.

Nothing but praise for the staff at this amazing nursery. They do so much for all the kids they look after. My little girl has come on so much since starting in this nursery. My little girl speaks about the nursery staff like they are family.
