Twist Lane Day Nursery

I couldn’t have picked a better nursery for my son, he loves going and all the staff are brilliant. He comes home shattered every time he’s been, which shows he always had a fantastic day. They look after him very well.

My daughter attended the nursery from being a toddler and recently left to start school. I always felt that she was really scared, she had a separation issue and sometimes struggled to leave us, but the staff always made her feel comfortable and safe and made myself as a parent feel reassured. They always catered to all her needs and I feel that they really prepared her for school. They always had fun and exciting activities, they even did yoga sessions which I thought was brilliant, and my daughter had a really good relationship with all the staff. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

The girls here were amazing with my little boy. He struggled to speak at all before going they were all fantastic with him and really brought him out of his shell. Thanks a lot and I will be bringing my next little boy in April next year.

My eldest child attended Twist Lane Nursery 7 years ago, and I couldn't have recommended it more. So when I recently had my youngest son it was a no brainer as to which nursery he would attend. It was particularly harder to send my little one off to nursery when I returned to work this time around, especially during a pandemic. But, the staff have been wonderful in easing any concerns I had about my child settling, especially as he hasn't had the chance to be away from immediate family. He has soon become very fond of the ladies particularly his keyworker who he has formed a special bond with. When I collect my child I am given a detailed account of how he has been throughout the day and I am happy with how his development is progressing with the support of the nursery staff.

We visited eight different nurseries before deciding to send our son to Twist Lane. We have been so impressed with the place over the past 12 months. The staff are brilliant and that ranges from key workers to management and accounts. Everybody is so friendly and we feel like they really care about our son. Twist Lane is well equipped and the outside space especially is amazing. When you look at the building from the outside, you wouldn’t imagine how big the garden is. It has to be seen to be believed. The nursery is great value for money. Everything is included, even breakfast. I also love how it opens at 7 am, unlike others in the area. This is so handy for our work. We asked the nursery staff to give our son extra help with his language and they do different activities with him daily. He’s come on leaps and bounds. Our son kicks his legs with excitement when he arrives at nursery. He’s so happy there. I’m so glad we found this nursery and I couldn’t recommend it any higher.

Absolutely brilliant care. Highly recommended by a friend, the eldest child just finished and my second child is just starting. Not the newest building or biggest rooms but the staff are fantastic which makes up for the only drawbacks I can think of. Huge garden. My eldest loved going and they even catered for her when she had a full leg cast and couldn't walk.

I am very grateful to all the staff for taking care of my daughter.

Overall, we are happy with the standard of care offered. The staff and management are very approachable and very helpful to discuss any problems or concerns.

I would highly recommend any child to attend this nursery. My children love it here and I wouldn't have them anywhere else.

Twist Lane Nursery is a very friendly welcome day nursery as a parent point of view. My son looks forward to attending nursery and says "he has lots of fun". My son has developed loads for being at Twist Lane Nursery and I would recommend it to any parent for their children.

I am very pleased with all the staff from Twist Lane Day Nursery I have had to move my son from a nursery to this one and they have made us feel very welcome and been helpful.

I would recommend Twist Lane Nursery to anyone. Since my eldest son started when he was 15 months his development has come on brilliantly they really do give the children everything they need and more. When my youngest son started when he was 21 months the staff were all fantastic as he had needs due to his skin condition and allergies. They are fantastic with him due to putting creams on his skin twice a day and making sure his allergies stay under control. The staff have brought my sons development on fantastic and I couldn't thank them as much as I do. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and will answer any problems or queries that you have anyone's children would be lucky to go there.

Since my son joined the nursery at 18 months I have noticed a big improvement in his development. All the staff there are a delight and nothing that my son needs seems to be a problem. He has formed a great bond with all the staff and the children. I would highly recommend Twist Lane nursery to all parents. Our children are our most precious and knowing my little boy is being well looked after and safe whilst not in my care is all I can ask for.
