Fire Station Day Nursery

Such a fantastic Nursery, every member of staff is fabulous with the children. I have had two children who have attended this nursery and both were happy every day. The staff really take such good care of the children, they are such positive influences.

The management are really good too and were very helpful any time I needed support from them.

Our daughter has loved going to nursery from day 1. They’ve been really supportive of her settling into the baby room and she’s developed great relationships with the staff. The app is well updated throughout the day so you have an idea of what they get up to, eat and naps etc. Covid has meant we aren’t able to go in the nursery which is a shame so drops off are done at the door. Now the weather is better, they are having some outdoor time as well which we really support as parents. They come home with lots of crafty bits, even in the baby room. I’d really recommend the nursery to any parents who are trying to choose.

Lovely team of staff in Baby and Waddler room. My daughter is always happy to be dropped off and I am confident that everyone at the nursery is looking after her well and keeping her safe whilst I’m at work. Great place.

An outstanding nursery in every respect, I am so glad we sent our daughter to the Fire Station Day Nursery. The staff are fantastic and the facilities and activities they do with the kids are brilliant. Our daughter loves her day at nursery and considers the staff her extended family which means I can leave her without a moment's worry. Her development right through from starting in the baby class at 9 months has been excellent and is a testament to the dedication of the staff. I cannot recommend Fire Station Day Nursery enough!

All my children have had an excellent time here and I would whole heartily recommend sending children to the Fire Station for a great experience and to well prepare your child for school. The app is a great communication tool and used very effectively.

So impressed with this nursery, both of my daughters attend with one due to leave next month for school. For the past 4 years, my daughter has loved going to this nursery and formed strong bonds with the staff that care for her. Have always felt assured that my children were happy and well cared for here, facilities are excellent and have helped them progress and develop skills. Even though moving further out of the area I decided to send my youngest child here instead of to a closer nursery due to how happy and confident I’ve been leaving my children in their care. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to the Fire Station Nursery since last October, and she loves it!! The staff are lovely, the facilities and cleanliness of the nursery are excellent. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents.

Both my children have attended Fire Station Day Nursery. My youngest is due to leave in August and she is going to really miss them. I have always felt comfortable at work knowing that the girls are safe and being well looked after. The facilities are fantastic, including a soft play area and sensory room, something I didn't see when looking round some other nurseries. The staff keep parents well informed and send regular photos and messages to let us know what the children have been up to.

Our child has been going here for over 12-months. We've never had any issues at all. It's very secure with fingerprint recognition pads on all main doors so you know your child is safe. Staff are all very approachable including the manager. It's clean and tidy, good parking and they're usually quite flexible with any changes re extra days you might need to put your child into a nursery...obviously, you need to give as much notice as possible!

My daughter loves going to this nursery and we can see the constant development she gets from being a part of this great environment. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and my daughter mentions them all the time.

The Fire Station Day Nursery has been a fantastic place for my little one to be whilst we're at work. He attended from the age of 12 months until he started school in September 2015 for 3 full days. I felt at ease with him being there as it is a safe secure environment. The children have fun playing and are also educated too in Spanish, numerous and phonics, preparing them for school. I would highly recommend this nursery if you're after childcare with peace of mind.
