My daughter is very happy at her nursery. When I drop her off she is all smiles and loves the girls in her room. They make her very welcome. The nursery is of an excellent standard. Everyone is very polite and helpful. They are a great team and I would be very happy to recommend this nursery to anyone.

My experience with this nursery has been fabulous. My son settled in after several weeks of lots of tears due to him being really clingy to me and only used to being with family. The staff were very patient with him and shared ideas and feedback on how to help him adjust to nursery life. I felt reassured
and comfortable leaving him there and they worked wonders as he now arrives at the nursery and is smiling and happy to stay there and sometimes doesn't want to be picked up early.

Very good and caring staff. This was our first experience with any nursery and our little one was welcomed with lots of love. She now likes to come to the nursery. Good cleanliness and they have a wide range of activities for children.

Holyrood Hope Nursery is a very welcoming and friendly nursery. My children are very well taken care of and have lots of fun activities to take part in. The nursery is always clean, and the room has a very modern feel. All the staff are lovely and are always happy to answer any questions that arise.
Staff always phone promptly if there has been a mishap or my children are unwell. I am extremely happy with the care my children receive, and have peace of mind knowing they are kept safe and happy whilst I'm at work.

Lovely friendly staff made it very easy for my son to settle in quickly and they are supporting him fully while toilet training. Excellent management always goes the extra mile for us.

This is an excellent nursery. My one-year-old is smiling and happy every day when I pick him up which makes leaving him so much easier. The baby room is lovely and calm with lots for him to do and the staff have been fantastic with him (and me!) my little boy adores his key worker.

All the staff have been very friendly and worked really hard to make my child feel safe and happy here. They've taken on board all her needs like her comfort toy and snacking habits. Holyrood Day Nursery Hope has settled really quickly here.

As it was the first time using a nursery, I was really nervous and anxious about the whole process. The Manager talked me through it and showed us the nursery twice with a big smile and answered all our questions. In regards to days my daughter is in the nursery I was pleased they could make necessary
arrangements. I would highly recommend it.

Our daughter started at the nursery at the beginning of the year. She has really settled and enjoys it here. She walks in confidently and goes straight to her carers and the activities she sees. The staff are lovely and very helpful, answering any questions you have. She is really happy here!

My 2 and a half-year-old daughter loves going to nursery here, she has a blast every day.
I assume the food is fantastic because she eats everything, every day and often has seconds!
The children spend lots of time outside in the garden which contains lots of toys/activities for them (a bike,
a sandpit, water stuff, a tunnel, a bridge, a balance beam).
The fact she runs to the door every morning because she is looking forward to another day I think shows how great they are with the children.
The only thing I would like to see is her bringing home more paintings/crafts she has done during the day -- she often comes home covered in felt tip pen or glue but very little in the way of her creations gets handed over at pickup time.
The newish manager is very approachable and they initiate change based on feedback which is great to see.

My son clearly has fun every day at nursery and has excelled in confidence in recent months and I believe that this is due to his nursery days. He has become explorative and clearly learns a lot when he is away from us as parents. The nursery gives him a safe environment where he is free to roam and
explore (and make a mess of course). The fact he knows the name of every child and staff member says a lot too.

My daughter started at Holyrood Hope at the beginning of June and has settled in really well, the staff were very helpful during this period. The manager answered all of my many questions and was very good at making me feel at ease about leaving my child. All of the staff are very friendly, smiley and
approachable and my daughter gets very excited when we enter the nursery building. She also looks like she has had the best day when she leaves, she always has a fresh nappy and dry clothes. The nursery provides a slip with information regarding nap times, nappy changes and food/milk consumed during the day, which is useful however I think maybe if this was recorded in a book or file it would be better to keep all the information together. There are lovely displays in the baby room with photos of all the babies and the activities set out each day are varied, the room is welcoming and safe. I would highly recommend this nursery.
