Holyrood Nursery Swinton

My son has been at Holyrood Nursery in Swinton for a year or so now and we have seen him progress so well. His interaction with other children is amazing and his interaction with staff is so nice to see. He helps around the Nursery and regularly has his good behaviour recognised with certificates and stickers that he is so proud of. Safety is the highest priority and he is very well looked after. Education-wise, we couldn't ask for better progress, he has come on leaps and bounds and is so intelligent for a 3-year-old. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the few concerns or issues we have had have always been dealt with professionally and promptly. Having had 3 other children in other nurseries I could hand on heart say Holyrood in Swinton has been by far the best I've used. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. Thanks to all the staff!

Amazing nursery. All the staff are so loving and kind. My children love coming here and makes leaving them so much easier knowing they are being so well looked after. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for looking after my girls.

My daughter loves it here and settled really well and the staff are brilliant with her they go above and beyond for their children in the nursery. I can honestly say it’s the best nursery in Swinton. I feel so comfortable leaving my little girl here knowing she will be looked after amazingly, she’s so happy and always looks like she’s having so much fun with all the brilliant activities they do daily for the children.

Such an amazing nursery. Everyone was great with settling my daughter in when she started last year and now she loves it! Every single staff member is so helpful and kind. So happy that I decided to send my daughter here. The moment I stepped into the building I knew this was the place I wanted her to go!

Holyrood at Swinton is unbelievable. Every other parent I speak to is jealous of my experience. They provide everything my little boy needs for the day, which helps me in the morning as all I have to do is drop him off, no extra supplies required. They cater for my erratic shifts by allowing us to book different days each month. They do lovely craft activities with my toddler. They take him outside every day whatever the weather, which he loves and is excellent for his wellbeing. I love their no-plastic policy, the toys available to him are wooden and not too prescriptive, which allows his imagination to flourish. I cannot praise this nursery enough, the food, the cleanliness and the staff are all exemplary.

All the staff have been friendly and courteous to my daughters. They have shown real support and genuine interest in the girl's needs. The girls have taken a real shine to the entire team. This has shown in the girl's attitude and open-mindedness at home. We are truly grateful for all the support we have received.

All of the staff are welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble! My child is absolutely thriving and enjoys going to nursery. She has made plenty of friends and I know I'm leaving her in safe, happy hands! I love a chin wag and giggle with staff. They are very approachable, understanding and caring! All of our family children have attended Holyrood and long may that continue. Management is superb... in a nutshell, you have a fantastic nursery with excellent staff!

Fab nursery. My boy loves coming here, great staff with such a warm and comforting home-from-home environment. The meals are always really nutritional and again warm and comforting! The managing team are 10/10. And have great activities out each week for the children.

The most amazing nursery with even better staff! My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and has come on leaps and bounds since starting with them in September, the staff are amazing and my daughter loves them all! I would recommend this nursery to anyone who asks and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to send her here!

After a not-so-great experience with a previous nursery, we have moved our son to Holyrood and we couldn't be happier with the choice we made. Everyone at the nursery is very lovely and caring, they are doing a great job. Our son loves going to nursery and participating in different activities, especially football. We would highly recommend the nursery as it's a very nurturing environment and the staff are going above and beyond for the little humans.

The overall experience has been brilliant. The staff have been amazing with both me and my son, and have been nothing but accommodating. I was always anxious about leaving him as he gets overwhelmed in busy environments and with people he doesn’t know, so can get quite upset; however, we have now found the best sessions for him, and he loves attending each day, walking in and out with a smile on his face. The staff have been excellent with referrals to specialists, getting the ball rolling ahead of time for my boy. They are always trying all different tactics for my son to thrive on play-plans, etc. He plays with different things now, tries new foods, and even takes part in activities even though he enjoys his own company. It is a comforting feeling to know your child is well looked after by caring, genuine staff and that he is in a safe, fun environment. It is also lovely to see the bond he has formed with the girls, as it shows his trust in them. Keep up the great work.

Holyrood Nursery Swinton is a wonderfully vibrant and welcoming place to send my child to, with staff that are always smiling and happy to help. As parents, we want our child to be looked after with the same care as we do at home! This is the impression we've had from day one at Holyrood Nursery Swinton, which reassures us as parents that our little ones' health and happiness are in safe hands whilst we are at work.

My son loves his time here and does not want to leave at the end of each day, not before a round of hugs from the staff.

My son has been in this nursery for 1 and 1/2 years and I can see the development progress in him. English isn't our first language and my son has picked up the language immensely. He is able to communicate with his friends and grow. From a very shy boy and becoming a bright boy and talking to other people. He is able to express himself more clearly to others now. I am so grateful for the nursery and will be continuing to work alongside them to help develop my son. The staff are really supportive and kind. They help my son with every need that he has on a daily basis. Thank you for all the work they do to run a lovely nursery.

My daughter always seems to have a wonderful day with plenty of activities and playing outside. I receive updates throughout the day via the app which is really lovely, especially when they post moments, this really put my mind at ease when she was first settling in. I couldn’t recommend Holyrood enough and am so glad I chose to send my daughter there.

Amazing nursery. The staff are brilliant and so friendly. My son only recently started coming from a childminding one-to-one background. The girls were great and he’s settled in so well, fully reassured each time I visit.
