Kids Planet Newbank House

My child has been at the nursery for 12 months and has always really enjoyed nursery. The activities always look fun and engaging, the staff are really kind within all the rooms he's been in and you can tell a lot of effort goes into the care and healthy meals. Since Kids Planet have taken over I can tell further improvements have been made and that is really nice to see!

Daughter attends the nursery and have seen a lot of positive changes since becoming part of Kids Planet. Leanne and Becky put a lot of time and effort into the setting and are very approachable. Daughter is really happy here an my son also attended for over 2 years no issues.

Since starting in September, my experience with this nursery has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, the team has gone above and beyond to provide not only outstanding care for my little one, but also genuine support and reassurance for me as a parent.

The staff are truly incredible. Warm, attentive, and deeply committed, they create an environment where children feel safe, nurtured, and happy. What has meant the most to me is how understanding and supportive they've been in easing my anxiety. Their regular updates and open communication provide real peace of mind, and it's clear they genuinely care about every child in their care.

My little one absolutely adores her key person, and they've formed such a lovely bond. Knowing she has that special connection makes me feel so happy and reassured when I'm at work, confident that she is truly cared for and comforted throughout the day.

I couldn't ask for a more supportive, professional, and caring environment for my child.

My daughter has recently started in the baby room at Newbank and we are really impressed how fast she has settled in, she has always been very wary of new people but after a few weeks is going in with her arms out for the girls and a big smile on her face. The settling in sessions really helped with this and getting to know the girls in her room. The app is great shows us daily updates of things she has been doing, tells us all about what she has eaten, toileting and anything else we may need to know. Thank you to the girls and management for all there help and support we are really happy.

My son has been at Newbank now for nearly 12 month, we have seen such a huge improvement in his confidence and interactions, he loves going each morning, big smiles when dropping him off, we cannot speak highly enough for all the staff who go above and beyond, I am really happy we decided on Newbank after viewing many nurseries, thank you ladies!!!

While the nursery previously received an Ofsted rating that I believe was unfortunate, it has since been rightly improved.

Sending your baby to nursery is a worry for any parent, but finding a nursery that has been as accommodating as newbank has helped the process go much smoother!

My son Zakariya absolutely loves coming to Newbank. From the very beginning he settled in so well and looks forward to his days here. The staff are amazing! They are caring, patient and always make him feel comfortable and happy. It's reassuring as a parent to know he is in such a safe and supportive environment. We're really grateful for everything the team do.

We can't wait to watch her grow and develop more through her time at Newbank Nursery.

Excellent nursery with lovely staff who always make time to feedback on daughters day. My daughter really enjoys going and appears to have lovely positive relationships with children and adults. I think it would be better if funded hours were spread over the year to allow for ease of knowing how much fees are each month. However, management have communicated break down of fees well. Highly recommend this nursery.

Newbank House is an excellent nursery. They encourage the learning and they are proactive with the children. My son really enjoys his days in nursery.

The app is an added bonus.

Newbank has been absolutely fantastic for us. The staff are super attentive, the facilities are great and we've really seen so much development with our little one! A really lovely nursery and pre-school.

The daily communications from my child's key worker are clear and detailed in the app, as is the daily update at pick up. The setting is clean, bright and airy and appears to be an extremely organized and well run nursery.

Our Daughter started at Newbank day nursery (in the dinkies room) in March and we are absolutely thrilled at how much Progress she has made both socially and developmentally. The staff are helpful, approachable and work tirelessly to ensure not only our daughter is cared for but other babies in their care. We are extremely happy we chose Newbank Day Nursery.

This nursery has just been fantastic with my daughter, the staff members in Dinkies are just so good at what they do. My daughter has really come on with their help and I can't thank them enough. Being a mum is so hard especially when it comes to sending them to nursery, however I have full confidence in Newbank House with how they deliver their care and look after my child. Highly recommend!

Our little boy had been at newbank for a few months now and he absolutely loves it he has come on so much since being there, the ladies in the dinkies room are amazing with him and they have formed a lovely connection with our little one, we cannot recommend them enough. My daughter had been going to Newbank since she was 4 months old. She had now transitioned to the Tweenies room and loves it! I am at peace leaving her knowing she is safe and well looked after! She loves all of the staff and it's clear to see how much they care for her! The nursery is well ran, clean and friendly! Thankyou all for making my daughter's days fun!

My daughter started in November 24 and we've had such a positive experience. The staff in the Dinkies room have been great with her, she always has a good day and does so many different activities. They want to know what you do at weekend so they can incorporate it into their nursery day. It's just such a lovely nursery.

My little boy started at Newbank House in January and he's settled in so well. We had a few tears initially as it was a new surrounding and new faces. The staff have however gone above and beyond to ensure my little boy feels comfortable, happy, and safe. I'm a first-time parent and the thought of leaving him when returning to work was making me feel anxious. After the first couple of weeks, my little boy started to settle without issue and he now loves going to nursery. He's already come on so much in his development after 3 weeks there. I am so pleased I chose this nursery and now feel super comfortable returning to work, knowing my little boy is in safe hands and he's really content there. The ladies in the Dinkies room are amazing!
