Tiddlywinks Nursery Blackley

Tiddlywinks Hill Lane is the best nursery i have ever used. My youngest child went there for 3 years and now my granddaughter is attending. The members of staff are all great. They are very understanding and supportive and take great care of the children. Great communication as well. All educational, developmental and nutritional needs of the children are being met at high levels. I could not recommend them enough. Do not hesitate to take your little one there.

The nursery is overall an amazing nursery and I do believe all staff care for the children especially Greg the nursery manager, he takes a key role in each child's journey and this is what makes the nursery stand out a nursery manager who cares! My child's key worker Ellie is amazing with my child and is very approachable and has a kind and friendly nature and i can not thank her enough for her continuous support with my child. My child enjoys spending time with Ellie and she supports my child's development and takes interest in his home observations too, the nursery has had a renovation and is looking amazing, the outdoor area offers different opportunities to the children. I love seeing the different activities that go on in my child's room and the different opportunities they get to engage in new and exciting activities. I moved my child here from another nursery setting which I was nervous about but honestly the transition has been amazing, would 100% recommend to all parents!

I can't rate Tiddlywinks Blackley (Hill Lane) enough. What really makes it a truely special nursery are the staff: The nursery manager is super efficient, fast to respond to queries and most importantly engages with the children himself - I often see him helping out, creating new activities and you can tell he understands the needs of each child very well. Our son's key carer, who also leads the baby room, is absolutely outstanding. She has a naturally bubbly and joyful personality that instantly puts myself and my little boy at ease. Her high energy, consistent positivity, and nurturing approach helped our little boy settle in far quicker than we ever imagined. Beyond that, she knows him so well and recognises the subtle changes in his behaviour and development and responds in such a thoughtful and professional way. In summary, this nursery put the children's needs first and will bend over backwards to ensure they are happy, healthy and thriving there. They truly care. Thank you all!

I couldn't recommend Tiddlywinks nursery enough. The continued support and the progress and development of my son has been amazing. Great nursery and fantastic staff who are well trained. I would certainly recommend to any parent to send their child to Tiddlywinks.

outstanding stay & play sports day session organised by tiddlywinks. really lovely to enjoy the sports day experience before they start school. all the staff are friendly and attentive and have a great relationship with my child and expand on their interests. thank you!

I couldn't ask for a better nursery for my son to attend, always lovely and friendly staff, my son always comes home with a huge smile on his face, if I have an issue I can feel comfortable in speaking to any of the staff to resolve this

My little girl has loved being at Tiddlywinks since she was 1 and is coming up to age 4 now. Everyone is brilliant with her and you can tell a lot of time and effort goes into planning the curriculum.

Tiddlywinks is hands down the best nursery! My daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old, and the care she receives is amazing. The staff always keep me updated on what she's been doing, and they put so much effort into planning activities that are not only fun but also support her development.

Now that she's 2, I've really noticed the difference. I was initially worried about her speech, but since joining, her communication has improved so quickly - it's incredible to see how much progress she's made.

Today, I logged onto the app and saw the cutest pictures of her with her hair all plaited - she looked adorable! It's the little things like this that show just how much they genuinely care. The love and attention they give is second to none, and I always feel reassured knowing she's in such a warm and supportive environment. I couldn't recommend them more.

Tiddlywinks is a great nursery, all the staff are so friendly and polite, always so helpful. My little boy has come on so much since attending the nursery, I originally put my son in nursery has I am worried about his speech and my HV advised me to put him in nursery, and honestly it's the best thing iv done. He loves going nursery. I love how the staff keep me updated on his day - IE updates on what he has been up to, what he has had for his dinner etc. the staff have been so helpful for us both with his speech delay and helping me on to the right path to get my son the support he needs and I can't thank them enough.

Staff are always friendly and helpful they keep me informed of my son's day on the app i.e., what he's learning, observations, food, sleep and pictures of him playing.

My granddaughter has been at the setting now for 4 months and although only one year old she gets excited to go to nursery. She has a really good bond with her key person and all the staff give 100% to all the children to make sure they are having the best fun and also making they feel safe and secure. As a grandparent who lives miles away it is so nice to see photos and observations on how my granddaughter is getting on and even how she is eating and sleeping. She has come on so much already and that is down not only to wonderful parents but also to the dedication of all the staff team. I huge thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my granddaughter so happy and having lots of fun whilst learning.

I was very nervous sending my daughter to nursery due to her additional needs and a previous bad experience at a different nursery but so far everything has been perfect. My daughter absolutely loves her days in and it has been so lovely seeing her interact and play with her key worker who takes care of her so brilliantly. They have an amazing app which the nursery uploads pictures from and it is very reassuring. I am now sending my second toddler and I have no doubt she will settle in just as fast. All the staff here are amazing in general and are always on hand when you need anything. I don't think I could have picked a better nursery!

Today we visited the nursery for the bonfire-themed stay and play. It was so lovely to see our child in his nursery setting, playing with his favourite toys and interacting with his key worker, other members of staff and the other children. The activities that were set out were bonfire-themed, and our child was so excited to get involved in them. The session was really well thought out, it was lovely to see all staff including the kitchen staff getting involved. It was a lovely atmosphere and we really enjoyed the opportunity to participate.

My child started Tiddlywinks in early October 2024 at 11 months old. From the minute I rang to look around I instantly got a lovely feeling which only got better, the team are absolutely amazing and keeps me updated frequently. Couldn't recommend enough.
