About this price
How funding is applied, how the monthly figure is calculated.More info
- Working parents of children aged 9 months to 2 years can usually claim up to 30 funded hours a week. The working-parent hours depend on each parent meeting the minimum earnings rules and earning under £100,000 a year. This nursery stretches funded hours across 51 weeks of the year. You've selected 30 funded hours.
- This nursery applies up to 10 funded hours per day, stretched across 51 weeks of the year. With your selected funding, 22.4 hours are covered each week. Hours beyond this, including the early and late parts of the day, are charged at the standard rate.
- We work out the total cost across the year and divide by 12, so the figure shown is a smoothed monthly average. In practice, nurseries bill in different ways. Some bill monthly at this average. Others bill weekly, or charge for what happened that week or month, which can vary across the year. Confirm billing details with the nursery when you enquire.

My daughter has absolutely LOVED going to this nursery, non-stop talking/singing about the day shes had and the people she has been with. The staff are very welcoming and attentive to the children, I couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend this nursery to everyone.

My stepson, son and my daughter have all attended this nursery and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are caring, knowledgeable, friendly and they really work with the parents to ensure that your child is getting everything they can from the nursery. The outside space is fantastic and is utilised in all seasons. My daughter's knowledge about gardens and nature is unbelievable for a preschooler! None of my children have had any unhappy experiences there as the attention paid to each child is second to none.

They adore their key workers, they loved the “unicorn” they were allowed to ride, they love the outdoor activities and the fun things they learn, and story time.
There isn’t a member of staff who isn’t lovely. They eat well and are excited for days at holyrood. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
My daughter has been going to Holyrood Astley for over eight months and really enjoys her time there. She will be sad leaving to go to preschool soon!

They have lots of outdoor space for the children to safely explore and ‘be at one with nature’. It allows them the freedom to get dirty and explore - what child doesn’t want to do that.

The team of staff and management make sure each child is safe and secure and they keep the children stimulated throughout the day with new ideas and activities.
The children seem to be happy to be there and it’s a credit to the management.
Brill place for a child to develop.
Well done.

I was really nervous and didn't know what to expect as my son is my first child and I wasn't sure how we would both find it. He has taken to nursery life really well and I definitely think it's been beneficial for his development.
I love the fact that he does different activities and even though he is only there for 2 days a week. It's nice to think of him socialising with the other babies.
He seems to love the food served at nursery as it's always on his feedback sheet that he's eaten everything so that makes me very happy.
I would definitely recommend the nursery to anyone looking and I can't wait to see him play with the fabulous outdoor area when he is a little older and more mobile.
My son has recently started at the holiday club and over the Easter holidays they have been doing forest schools activities which involved toasting marshmallows over the fire pit, he even brought home a bow and arrow that he had made from twigs. It's great to know that my son isn't cooped up inside during the holidays, he loves being outdoors. He can't wait to come back to Holyrood in the summer.

My 2 children have been attending Holyrood for the past 12 months. They both settled really well and the staff and management couldn't do enough to reassure and help ease myself and my children into nursery life. They have both come on so much and often talk about their friends and what they have been up to, knowing that my children are well cared for and enjoy going to nursery makes leaving them that much easier. I would definitely recommend Holyrood to all of my friends and family.
Before my daughter started Holyrood in 2016, I looked around 8 nurseries and none were comparable to both the nursery itself and also the staff at Holyrood. Of all of the nurseries I viewed, the staff at Holyrood were the only ones who actually spoke to my daughter and actively involved her in what...
From my daughter's first day at Holyrood, I have consistently been happy with the care which she has received. Her initial start was somewhat difficult as she did not settle to nursery life easily, however, the staff did everything they could to reassure both her and me that everything would be fine and it was! My daughter now loves going to nursery and her development since starting there has been amazing. She is a much more confident child than when she started at Holyrood and her personal learning development is immeasurable. I would not hesitate to recommend Holyrood as I cannot think of anything they could do to improve upon what they already do.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to friends and family.

My daughter had her nursery graduation with a little sing song and presentation of an award. It was a lovely set up and the children did really well and listened and rehearsed so well for the day. Staff put together a lovely event with a compilation of nursery slides with past and present memories of play and learning and friendships formed. Lovely words spoken for each child as they proudly collected their certificates in the cap and gowns, a lovely memorable day for both children and parents. It also has to be said that the garden areas are spectacular.
My girls love this nursery, especially the outdoor spaces so lots of room to play! The visit to Windmill Farm with the pre school was fab and the graduation ceremony for the children moving on was great. Lots of time and effort put in by the staff to orchestrate these events. Well done!
