Monton Village Nursery and Forest School

Since starting at Monton Village Nursery in the baby room my son has settled in extremely well and has transitioned right the way through the nursery into the Pre School room. At around 2 years of age it became apparent that my son had additional needs. Throughout this process which has been very difficult to take in parents, the staff at Monton Village Nursery have supported us in heading in the right direction to get the help he needs. We honestly can not thank them all enough for providing outstanding care and being with us every step of the way.

All staff are amazing, we couldn’t wish for better love and care for our boy, our next child will definitely be going to Monton Village Nursery! We love you and thank you so much!

My daughter is now in preschool and has attended the nursery since she was 13 months old. She absolutely loves coming to nursery and I’m sure she would go on Saturday and Sunday too if she could! My son has just started in younger squirrels a few months ago and has settled really well which is great considering the new rules with covid meaning we can only drop the children at the door and not to their rooms like we used to. Keep up the good work!

My daughter has been at Monton Village since she was 8 months old. She now is in the preschool getting ready to her move to primary school. The staff have always shown great care and attention for all her needs from when she was a baby to the little person she has now become. They have been fundamental in her development and encouraging her to the best of her ability. All staff members are approachable and will support with all concerns how big or small. They show genuine care and consideration to her as if she was their own. From the first visit, I knew that this is where I wanted my little girl to be. I have not been disappointed and it fills me with absolute joy as she recounts her day and shares the amazing experiences with me. I would highly recommend Monton Village to anyone looking at a safe, inspiring and caring space for their child.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Our son started here 12 months ago, six years after our daughter left, and both of them have absolutely loved it. Monton Village just has something special. When we visited after such a long time, to check it out, we were bowled over to see the same staff still working there, who remembered our daughter, and the same warm, welcoming, and very well-equipped environment that our daughter had enjoyed all those years before. The staff here really are brilliant. Our son started when he was 4 months old and he has loved every minute. Every day brings new activities and the staff here go above and beyond to really get to know your child and do whatever is needed for the children to grow, learn and develop. I am amazed at the imagination and skill they have with babies - taught me a few things! During the lockdown, this nursery, thanks to its wonderful staff, were a real lifeline to our family and could not have done more.

My grandson loves it at this nursery. He has been there for nearly 3 years. The staff are lovely and cater for his every need. I can watch his progress on the Tapestry App. This shows me what he is being taught, how he plays and learns with his friends and how the staff interact with him. It has been a godsend during these times when I can't see him in person, I feel like I have not missed out on a thing. Keep up the good work.

Both my boys go to this nursery, they have such a fantastic time whilst in the care of the staff, they go above and beyond every day. Always a hug and a friendly smile to welcome you. Would highly recommend to anybody.

My daughter started at Monton Village around 9 months ago and I am so happy with how well she has settled and how much she has developed. The staff have been so patient with us, with our daughter starting part-time and moving to full days, and have made us as parents feel at ease. The range of activities keeps our daughter well entertained each day and we love to see the regular updates on the nursery's secure app. She is smiling when we drop her off on a morning and smiling when we collect her which is all we can ask for.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 10 months old. We visited the nursery whilst I was still pregnant and were met by such lovely, warm, friendly and professional staff who showed us around and carefully explained everything we would need to know about the nursery, they answered our many questions and made us feel like we were making the right choice in choosing this nursery. My daughter loves going to nursery, most days she pulls us there, walks straight in and doesn't even wave goodbye. The staff are very caring, and provide great updates when we pick her up as well as keeping us updated with what she is doing throughout the day via the nursery app, Tapestry. I love to see all the activities my daughter gets involved with day to day this ranges from painting to role playing, exploring in the garden, and singing and dancing during circle time. I can't recommend Monton Village Nursery enough, thank you for everything so far!

My daughter started at nursery at 8 months old and as soon as she started she came on leaps and bounds. Her speech comes on daily and she is always saying new word which comes from the staff talking to the children constantly and encouraging them to talk. She has always been happy going to nursery and gets excited when I tell her its time to go to nursery. She is now 16 months old and is very sociable which wouldn't have happened without the nursery as she wouldn't have had the opportunity to interact with other children otherwise due to the current pandemic! I would highly recommend this nursery, their care is second to none.

My child has learnt so much and there is such a difference in her every day. She amazes me with her knowledge and how quickly she has learnt things. The daily updates we receive from the nursery are very useful and interesting to know. Absolutely love the Forest School and how the kids are able to learn from outside too. The space of the classrooms are a decent size and the facilities they have are good too. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for one. You will not be disappointed.

This is my second child in the nursery school and I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough. I remember going in on the first day and having a look round and the feel I got was just right. All the children there just looked so happy and you could see straight away the bond the teachers have with the children. It's really satisfying and relieving to know your child is comfortable and so happy. If you are thinking of a nursery - Monton Village Nursery and Forest School is the one you want!

My daughter has been here since she was 1, she started in older babies and is now nearly 4 and in the preschool class! She absolutely adores nursery and her teachers. I definitely agree with her and can say all the staff and management are amazing and do such an amazing job! I have been taking my children to Monton Village Nursery for 7 years now. The moment I walked into the nursery it felt warm and welcoming and the staff were all lovely and this has continued to be the case ever since. My children have come on so much since attending this school and my youngest absolutely loves going to nursery. I couldn’t thank the staff there enough for all their hard work and dedication to helping all my children thrive and grow into little happy people.

My grandson has been coming to the nursery for over a year now and seems to really love it. I collect him at least 3 times per week and I am always greeted in a lovely manner. The staff are all fantastic and I am really happy with the care they provide for my grandson. Feedback is always great and they make sure I am told all about his day. Throughout the pandemic the quality of care has been outstanding and as a very protective grandmother, I am very very happy.

Very nice nursery, I can highly recommend it. Staff are really friendly and they all take care of your little one. My baby comes back home with a full belly, changed nappy and clothes (after a lot of quality time and games). From day one I saw a difference in my baby's behaviour for the better and that's all thanks to the staff!
