Monton Village Nursery and Forest School

My son has been going to Monton village since he was 9 months old. We had a rocky start with allergies and bad reflux but the staff from day one were exceptional. Fast forward two years and he loves it. The staff are utterly amazing, it's one big massive family I couldn't wish for my son to be in a better Nursey. Lots of outdoor space, eats like a king and leaves with a massive smile on his face.

Both my boys attend(ed) here from the age of 12 weeks (oldest was 2) and they made me feel super relaxed about leaving him! They love(d) the outdoor areas and staff and have moved to older classes (and schools) with ease x

The play is always education centred and our 2 were more than ready for big school, has especially loved the forest school. I'm so glad we chose Monton Village, we will all miss you all lots xx

Monton Village has been a wonderful start for my little one. He started at 11 months and has thrived in every class so far! What makes the nursery are the staff in the rooms, from the 'pick up' updates to the posts on the app for parents to checkin and see what they've been up to - you can really tell they love what they do! I love the forest school element of the nursery and look forward to my little one reaching pre school for this. The nursery itself; the building and outdoor space are something I didn't see at any other nursery close by! There is so much outdoor space and the rooms themselves are spacious, bright and clean! Would highly recommend, only thing I would like the nursery to offer is half day sessions.

Both my children have been attending Monton Village since they were 12-months old and I don't have enough positive things to say about it. Every member of staff is so lovely and they make genuine, caring connections with each child. The amount of outdoor space is brilliant and the kids are outside come rain or shine. My 4-year old is about to leave to start school and is a curious, intelligent and most importantly happy little girl with lots of great friends and a great head-start.

The most amazing nursery with the most amazing staff. My little girl leaves this year to go to reception and she could not have been more prepared by staff. Thank God my boy is still there because I don't know how I'll say bye. It is so nice dropping off your kids knowing that they are loved and cared for. My children have turned into confident, kind and intelligent people and I know a lot of that is due to the time they have spent at Monton Village. I feel so lucky that this was the nursery I chose!

My Granddaughter started here at 8 months old and will be leaving for big school at the end of August, so over 4 years,during which time she has loved every minute of her time at Monton Village Nursery. After 4 years she is a bright confident little girl with with a good grasp of numbers and reading skills and can carry out very adult conversations. She has made many friends during her time here and is looking forward to seeing many of them when she moves to her new school in September. I cannot praise the staff highly enough for the care they have given her,they keep the children fully occupied with creative and educational activities. We initially sent her here on the recommendation of a friend and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision.

Monton Village nursery is a fantastic nursery. My little boy has been going since 9 months old and he loves his time there. What makes this nursery stand out is the staff, there is not a high turnover of staff, which is great as it means my little boy can really make bonds with the staff and feel at home and happy. The staff are great with the educational activities but are also very kind and nurturing. They also do other activities such as gymnastics, Spanish lessons and Jo Jingle which really enrich his time there. Couldn't recommend more.

My children have loved attending Monton Village nursery, the staff are so kind & caring. They have worked with me at each stage to ensure my children are thriving and that they have the support that they need.

Monton Village nursery is an excellent nursery and preschool. Both my children love the days they go to nursery and learn so much whilst they are there. The staff are caring, supportive and great both with children and parents. I would highly recommend the nursery and will be sad when my children leave.

Our daughter started here at 9 months and leaves at nearly 5 years old! They provide a great range of activities and messy play. Good outdoor space that gets well used - rain and shine! They're a nursery who isn't afraid to get a bit dirty and stuck into fun activities. It's a really good nursery - very real staff members who are honest, easy to talk to and supportive!

My little girl has been here since she was 9 months old and she'll be leaving to start reception in September. We've been so lucky to have chosen Monton Village Nursery and Forest School, every single person that has looked after her feels like they've become a member of the family and I'm already really sad at the thought of leaving. The care, love and attention they've given her has been incredible and she's thrived educationally as well. She teaches me something new every day! I can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend to others.

Such a fantastic nursery. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for their baby's nursery. So happy we made such a good choice. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, the meals are nutritional, the play activities set up are highly educational and my little boy always has so much fun learning and playing. We are very happy with all the care and attention he receives on a daily basis and nothing has been to much to ask since he started, medication is always given correct times when needed, extra days added on it needed, etc.

I’m already excited to send my future children there.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery, which makes us feel so happy about sending her there. Every time we pull up she has the biggest smile on her face, and most times runs in without barely saying goodbye. We keep up to date of what she is up to via the app and CCTV. As well as a chat with her teachers upon pickup. She has come on so much since starting in April 2022 and all the staff we have come across so far have been amazing. I would highly recommend.

Amazing nursery. My daughter joined when she was 10 months and settled in very well, she is now 2.5 years and loves going to the nursery. Staff are very positive, friendly and approachable. The nursery is very spacious and has lots of creative activities to help young brains grow

Monton have been an exceptional home for home for both of my babies from a very young age. They have adapted to my growing needs with ease and have been there to support my children and I every step of the way - from supporting my breastfeeding/expressing nursery journey to teaching my children to recognise their name and count to 10 and beyond. It is hard leaving your children somewhere whilst you go to work - but I have never once doubted or regretted my decision. The staff genuinely adore children and relish in their company. They know my children almost better than myself and have been there to celebrate every success with me through the years. The staff are fun and lively and invested - they make the best playmates for the children whilst still providing the nurture and support that they need to grow both socially and academically. I have loved my experience as a Monton parent - and more importantly I know that my children have loved their time as a child at Monton - thank you!

Our son had a rocky start to life in the nursery as he was born in the pandemic and was not used to socialising with anyone other than his parents. The staff were very attentive to his needs and gave us regular updates about his progress. Now he absolutely loves going in, especially Mondays when music and movement are there. He is very attached to the staff in his room and is very settled, which is a huge relief for us. He is about to go up to the next age group, and we are very comfortable with that.

My son attended since he turned 1. It has been an amazing 3 years despite the covid period. The staff were very helpful and caring all the way through. Thanks a lot for everything you have done for my son.
