Partou Cherubs Day Nursery & Pre-school

Our son has been at Cherubs for 4 years and we couldn't have asked for a better nursery for him. The staff are all caring and his key worker has been fantastic. The new manager is brilliant, and very approachable and everything feels very well run. You can tell the staff put a lot of effort into organising the activities like the weekly sports lessons. The recent sports day was a great addition to the calendar, the garden area is fantastic and it's great to have a separate area for the older children. The graduation ceremony was lovely and the individual presentations for each child were a really nice touch. We did consider moving our son to a school nursery for his last year before starting school, but we're glad we didn't as he was happy and they've done a great job getting him ready for school. We're so pleased with how our son has developed and grown in confidence over the last 4 years and is now ready to take the next step to reception. We can't thank Cherubs enough.

Virtually no issues from either of my children who have attended since December 2020. We always heard great feedback on amazing times and great food. I appreciate that the nursery has incorporated new equipment/iPads for checking in and checking out. All helped to streamline!

Our son has attended Cherubs since he was 1, and he's now in preschool. We've always had a positive experience, and since the new manager became manager last autumn things have gone from strength to strength. The staff who look after our son in preschool are wonderful and he is always such a happy boy when we come to pick him up at the end of the day. We love how much time is spent outdoors in the lovely garden. Our daughter will start in the baby room in a few months time and we're sure she will love it there too.

He is so happy at Cherubs!

My granddaughter has been coming to this nursery for over a year now; she has developed so much in that year with her speech, and the staff are so kind, caring and very friendly. She started in Tweenies and is now in Toddler. She has formed friendships with the other children. The food is nutritious and has different varieties every day. They also have a big garden, which my granddaughter absolutely loves. Very happy and love how my granddaughter has settled and loves coming to the nursery.

In addition, I would like to commend the nursery manager who has been accommodating, helpful and friendly with the various day amendments I’ve had to make due to work schedules shifting.

My daughter has been in Cherubs since she was 12 months old and is now in preschool and she loves it. Staff are fantastic and have always been attentive and caring towards her. She comes home tired out from a full active day and she especially loves the garden which has a large space for them to play in. Really recommend this nursery and communication has improved a great deal over the past couple of months.

Unfortunately, our experience of Cherubs didn’t reflect the other positive reviews. My daughter was 10 months old when she started with them. There was no flexibility in the provision for her age including number of naps (she had two, but the routine only accommodated 1), or stage of weaning. She was frequently presented with meals inappropriate for her stage of weaning (e.g. a chicken wrap when she was still having mashed food at home). At pick up there were often 8 plus children in the baby room with only one or two adults present. The baby room and its furnishing appeared unclean. Staff turnover was high. They were between apps for providing parent information, so for the two months our daughter attended we had no pictures or information. This included an incident where our daughter was injured, and we were asked to sign an incident report but not provided a copy and what we were told of the incident did not match her injuries.

My little boy has attended Cherubs Private Day Nursery and Pre-school since he was 8 months old, he's now in the pre school room. We have been really happy with the care received over the last few years and he goes in each morning with a smile on his face. The food is nutritious and the children have a large outdoor area to play in. The staff all seem to know him very well. Thank you Cherubs xx

Spacious back garden for your little ones to play, different facilities for all different age groups. Overall, a great nursery!

Staff are very nurturing with my granddaughter, the building is clean bright and spacious with a lovely homely feel. The garden is amazing, each age group has their own space, so all the children can access the outdoors at the same time. Food is freshly cooked on site with healthy meals that are included in the price!

Cherubs Private Day Nursery is a brilliant nursery and we have been so pleased with everything they have done for our little girl since she joined at 7 months old. The room leader for the baby room has looked after our daughter like she is her own child. Every single person you meet at the nursery is friendly and has a smile on their face - it is such a welcoming environment and I have had no worries about my daughter being there every day. Our friend has just started taking her daughter (11 months old) to Cherubs and I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants their child to be looked after in a caring, supportive and fun way. It's also worth mentioning my daughter is vegan and they ensure she has a different meal every single day that is nutritious, just like they do for the other children. They give her oat milk instead of cows milk too. They are very accommodating and I've never been made to feel like a nuisance.

I would highly recommend Cherubs for your little one; it is a fabulous nursery! I have two daughters who have both attended over the past four years until the time has come for them to go to school. All of the staff are great and take good care of the children, showing them real love and kindness. Both my girls have always run in with big smiles on their faces ready for a day of adventure. The garden is one of the best bits and the children spend lots of time enjoying and exploring the outdoors. The activities and experiences are always planned, exciting and fun for the children. It can be a difficult decision where to send your child whilst you go to work but I have always felt happy and comfortable leaving my daughters at Cherubs knowing they are in safe hands and having lots of fun!

A child-orientated nursery where each child is an individual. All staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Safety and care of the children is paramount. The facilities are wonderful and spacious especially the outdoor provision.

My daughter has attended Cherubs Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Sale for the past 3 years. It’s been wonderful to watch her grow and develop over the course of the 3 years. The staff have always been supportive and caring. The team has helped support her development and learning and she has progressed so much especially in the past year. I can’t thank the staff enough for the work they have put into her academic learning but also for looking after her as if she is one of their own children. I and my little girl will be sad when she leaves for reception this year!

Cherubs Private Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery. They have looked after both my kids extremely well. All the girls are really friendly and it's obvious they really care about the kids. They do such a lot with them, fun activities learning about counting, letters, how to spell they're own name and being independent. The nursery itself is also well looked after, clean and well maintained. The garden at the back is fantastic and my son always talks about playing outside.

Amazing staff with so much heart and a caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our son get excited about going to nursery here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to Sarah and the whole team at Cherubs Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Sale. My son is now 3 years old in pre-school and has attended the nursery since he was 10 months old. Since starting Cherubs Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Sale he has come on so much in his development and I can’t thank the staff enough. He goes into nursery with a huge smile on his face and can’t wait to see his friends. I will be so sad when he has to leave in order to start school nursery. Cherubs Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Sale has been amazing over the last 4 years, looking after my daughters. The staff are absolutely lovely and I know that my girls will be really well looked after. There are always lots of creative activities for them to do and a wonderful garden that they love to play in. It's never hard to drop them off as I know they will have a great day and be really happy. I could not recommend it enough!
