Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery, Newton Heath

Always felt really comfortable leaving my little girl here. She has been here the past two and a half years and will be leaving this summer to go to school. I left her from six months old and it has brought her on so much and she has a really good relationship with the staff she will be sad to leave all staff and her little friends.

This nursery is truly amazing all round. Every single person involved in the nursery looks out for the children's best interests. Staff are very knowledgeable about each child's needs and preferences and are kept up to date with changes from management on a regular basis. From the first day of my child attending this nursery, I knew I had made the right decision. Children are always engaged in activities and have lots of choice on offer. My child has progressed throughout the rooms in the setting and has moved rooms when ready for her. The nursery are very good at supporting children with SEND. They regularly assess the children's progress through various strategies including IEP's. We feel that the nursery go above and beyond to support our child with any struggles she may face. They are also very informative when handing over to parents/carers at the end of the day.

When settling my little girl into the nursery, the staff were very patient and loving. I was very nervous of leaving my little girl with total strangers but they made me feel at ease and even gave me a cup of tea while I waited. My little girl settled fine and is still there a year later. She loved going to nursery and tells me lots of good things. The staff are really good and always feed me information when I collect her. I can't ask for a better nursery for my little girl. They offer so much, like trips to zoos and swimming once a week. Well done to the staff here.

Staff are lovely, seem very interested and involved in my daughter's care and development. Management are great and always on hand. The building is very modern and well equipt.

The food is lovely and caters well for our vegetarian diet. She gets plenty of sessions of physical activity, IT sessions, singing, art and craft and independent learning. I would recommend Brighter Begininings to all.

I would highly recommend this nursery to all my friends. It is nice and tidy, there are lots of activities for my baby. She is very happy, and from the front door of the nursery, she runs to her group. The staff is very friendly and is responsible.

The staff at this nursery are very helpful and make me feel comfortable leaving my son with them on a daily basis. My son moved from another nursery and they made the transition easy and worked hard to help my son settle in. I find the staff at the nursery polite and they're all approachable by both the parents and the children.

My child has been at this nursery since 9 months old. I cannot recommend it anymore. Not only had my child come on leaps and bounds but my child has learnt the utmost respect and politeness and I believe this is down to the nursery. The manager of the nursery has always gone above and beyond not only to meet my child's needs but my family's. I have never had any worries since my child is in their care, from the key worker in the baby room, to the key worker in the preschool room. I have no bad words to say about the nursery and all the staff. I would recommend this nursery to anybody I know as I believe they could not do better for the children they care for.

My son started at this nursery when he was 6 months old and is starting his transition into school this September. The settling in process was done at my son's speed and he formed a great attachment to his key worker. The nursery regularly goes on days out/trips to the park. So much exploring and learning through play. My son will come home and tell me how much he's enjoyed his day. I enjoy the open days/mornings they do, such as mother's day breakfast and stay and play. I feel my son is more than ready for school and has learnt a lot to give him a head start in big school! Thank you to the brilliant team!

My daughter started at Brighter Beginnings Newton Heath when she was 5 months old meaning she needed some one to one time for feeding etc, the staff were more than happy to accommodate this, meaning that my daughter now has secure attachments with staff. There is lots to do for the children including a range of activities, stay and play sessions and trips into the local community and beyond. The online learning journey is a great touch and helps me stay up to date on her learning and development. Thank you all for making my transition back in to work an easy one.

My son attends Brighter Beginnings Newton Heath, the manager and her staff team are amazing and I couldn't be happier with my son's progress. I feel that his transition to school will be a lot smoother because he has attended this setting.

He settled really well and has a great bond with all the staff in his room, especially his key worker. I can't thank the staff and the manager enough for making this transition a pleasure. I would also like to add how much I enjoy seeing his online learning journey. Just a quick click online and I have the pleasure of viewing what my little boy has been doing throughout the day, which helps me to relax and not feel guilty leaving him as I can see he's having lots of fun.
