This nursery is 1 of the best. Louise the manager does a fantastic job managing all events and raises loads of money for the nursery her displays for events are absolutely brilliant she is so talented. My grandson Theo attends the nursery from time to time and has a brilliant time there he is well looked after by the staff. The nursery is well organised by Louise and she runs it smoothly and works very hard behind the scene she is amazing with the staff and always happy to help parents staff and children. The facilities that are available are brilliant for the children Louise does an amazing job at working on a budget to source equipment and furnishing for the nursey. I highly recommend this nursery to new parents and caters.

We've had a really good experience with this nursery. The staff are friendly, caring, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, which makes a big difference. We always feel like our child is looked after properly and supported.
Communication has been good overall, and we're kept updated on how things are going day to day. The activities are varied and keep the children engaged, with a nice mix of learning and play.

Everything about the nursery is fantastic, lots of indoor and outdoor activities for the children to learn and also play independently. They teach the children to play with and alongside their peers learning to share and take turns getting them ready to start school. The children are always so happy to go to nursery and be greeted by the staff who remember all the childrens names, kept informed all day through the app of what child has ate, nappy changes and any bumps you are informed through the app aswell as a phonecall, during drop off and pick up they also let you know how your child has been all day. She absolutely loves going in every day and has built such lovely bonds with the team. It's so comforting as a parent to see how excited she is when we arrive and how happy she is when we pick her up. The staff are attentive, patient, and always take the time to keep us updated on how she's doing and what she's been learning.

From day one, the atmosphere felt warm, calm, and welcoming. I came in with plenty of worries and questions, but the staff met us with patience, kindness, and real expertise. The settling-in period was handled beautifully - never rushed, always supportive - and it helped both my baby and me build trust and confidence quickly.
Communication has been consistently excellent, with every question answered promptly and thoughtfully. Most importantly, my son is genuinely happy here. He is calm and settled both at drop-off and pick-up, which is incredibly reassuring as a parent.

Fantastic nursery with such lovely staff! My little girl loves going - and sometimes wants to stay even longer when we go to collect her! My son has been in the nursery since being 1 year old he started off in the baby room and is now in preschool room. From the day he started all the staff have been amazing and he has a close bond with alot of them even if he isnt in their room they will still always see him and be extra kind and supportive. They are efficent in what they do and the children are always a priority, my soon has learnt so much which amazes me everyday at how bright he is from the help of the staff in the nursery he enjoys going all the time. My son has has some issues with adhd.symtoms and the nursery have been so supportive i couldnt of asked for anymore he has this thimg where he walks past the fruit basket and he has to fill it up otherwise he will have a meltdown and the staff always take him and let him be the helper with this especially thr manager she is the best manager a nursery could have and the bonds she creates with all the children is so warming to see.

Meet the Team (5)
Hello, my name is Louise and I have worked within the early years sector for over ten years and joined the Brighter Beginnings team in 2023. Over my decade of experience, I have worked my way up from an apprentice to becoming a nursery manager. I have gained an array of knowledge during my time as an early-year practitioner, beginning with a level 2 apprenticeship and more recently graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University completing a degree in Early Years and Childhood studies.
My passion for early years has been something that has driven me to ensure all children and families have a sense of belonging during their time in our setting and feel that they are listened to and understood. As a parent myself, I aim to give support to all families and hope to build strong partnerships with parents and carers. At Brighter Beginnings Newton Heath we love to arrange lots of different special events across the year which we open up to the whole community, some of our most recent events have been a Halloween event in our outdoor provision ‘Brighter Blossoms’, summer and Christmas fairs and stay and play sessions.
It’s a wonderful way to reach out to families and the wider community.

Since then, I have been given the opportunity to be Newton Heath’s 16–24-month (Little Explorer’s) room leader.
As a room leader, I take pride in all of my work and I am determined to do whatever I put my mind to. I feel confident when leading my team and ensuring children’s and family’s needs are always met to a high standard. I ensure a high-quality provision is provided to the children in our care, and ensure the playroom is fun, inviting and welcoming to all!
