Great staff who get to know children individually, listening to my concerns and made changes where appropriate. My son looks forward to the nursery. I'm really happy with communication from the nursery, the daily communication including photos.

My granddaughter has attended the nursery since September 2017. The staff are all fantastic and are so welcoming and friendly. My granddaughter loves going and really looks forward to the days when she attends!
I can't praise the staff and management enough, they all do an excellent job and I'm just
so happy to know that when I either drop off or collect her, she's had a really lovely day at nursery.

I drop off and collect my niece at nursery and she is so excited, which means that we know that she enjoys it and it also makes us happy knowing that she is happy to go.
The nursery is so nice with me, the staff and the children all being really friendly. They take time out to greet you and make the
child feel welcome. When you pick up they tell you what she's been doing and what she's been doing and what she's eaten. All in all, it's a great nursery and they do a great job.

I have found Cherubs to be a great nursery. All Carers are happy and easy to talk to. Every time I come in I am greeted with a happy atmosphere. My son has also developed extremely well and also they have been very helpful with him having had mobility issues.

Brilliant nursery, with helpful key workers. A special mention to the managers, who have been great with helping us with times and paperwork. Overall a fantastic nursery, keeping you informed of the children's progress. They are really active with the children taking them on nature walks and to care
homes. The children loved it and are sad to be leaving. Thanks to everyone for helping the children learn and grow.

My daughter is now well settled into nursery at Cherubs thanks to the efforts of her key worker and other really lovely nursery staff. Very nice at the end of the day to get a summary report or her days activities and general progress. She's happy at nursery and always comes back home with lovely postcards
for daddy and mummy and brother.

Our son has really come on leaps and bounds since moving up rooms. He has really taken a shine to his key worker and she is really good with him.

The staff really make a fuss of our son and this makes him at ease and gives us peace of mind that he is in the right place, they are a credit to this

nursery.

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.926)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.926) out of 10 for Cherubs Executive House is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 36 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 36 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.926 for Cherubs Executive House is calculated as follows: ( (399 Excellents x 5) + (30 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 430 Ratings = 4.926
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Cherubs Executive House is based on 36 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 80 number of registered child places is 16, which has been reached with 36 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

"Hello, I'm Kayley - Area Manager for Cherubs Executive House. A career in childcare is something I have always wanted to pursue. In 2014, I took the plunge and started my journey with Cherubs Nurseries - I’ve never looked back!

I started as a student and worked my way up to Assistant Manager at Cherubs Executive House before being promoted to Nursery Manager at Cherubs Ruddington in 2021. I have had the pleasure of both supporting and being based at other nurseries within Cherubs Nurseries, which has given me invaluable experience. I also support our Apprentices through their Training Academy journey, which gives me great pride in seeing them succeed and flourish into wonderful, knowledgeable Early Years Educators."

"Hello, I'm Kirsty - Duty Nursery Manager at Cherubs Executive House. I joined Cherubs Nurseries as an Apprentice Early Years Educator, completing both my Level 2 and Level 3. Since then, I have continued to work my way up, being promoted to the role I am now in.

From a young age, I have always been passionate about babies and children. Before I knew it, with the love and care I have given and continued to have and grow, I am now working in this role to provide excellent support to children through learning, laughing and ensuring a safe place for them to be whilst they reach their milestones. I have been so fortunate to continue to learn and develop throughout my career at Cherubs Nurseries, something that is actively encouraged. With this in mind, I have completed my Level 3 in Management and Level 2 in Managing Behaviour. At present, I am also the nursery's designated Safeguarding Lead."
