Fantastic staff. My boy's key worker is amazing. The kitchen staff is brill at finding food for my boy due to his allergies.

Our son has really come on leaps and bounds since moving up rooms. He has really taken a shine to his key worker and she is really good with him.

The staff really make a fuss of our son and this makes him at ease and gives us peace of mind that he is in the right place, they are a credit to this

nursery.

I'm so glad I decided to send my daughter to Cherubs Nursery. I will be sending her to the preschool here too, as she feels so comfortable here with her friends.

Excellent - no concerns or worries. My child is always very happy and very well looked after.

Dietary requirements are well met and the staff have shown excellent knowledge and my daughter still has a wide range of food available.

My daughter is very happy at the nursery and will ask on her days off to go. When I collect her she is happy playing. The staff always speak in a morning and are friendly. I would always recommend the nursery.

Nursery always looks bright, always nice activities set up. Menus are good and always something nice to eat. Staff give good feedback when I collect and make sure I have everything. Children seem to love outdoors and are always allowed access to it during the day.

All the girls at Cherubs are so welcoming and friendly. They take a genuine interest in the children and go out of their what to make us feel at ease and up to date on our child's progress.
My daughter has improved and learnt so much from her time at nursery. I'm sad she has to leave and will miss
the staff and nursery. I would recommend Cherubs to anyone and cannot wait for my second to start her journey with Cherubs later in the year.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery since she was a baby and is now in pre-school! She has grown into a lovely well mannered, bright little girl and part of this is down to the staff at Cherubs. They genuinely care for her and make her feel safe and loved - which is the main thing while I'm
at work! The fact that she has developed so much is a bonus! Thank you to all the staff for everything you do.

The nursery is great for his development. He enjoys the activities/playtime and staff. The menu could include more vegetables and more could be said regarding development. Could we also have a later tea-time? 3 pm is too early!

I am very pleased with the nursery and how my daughter is developing and learning new skills. The girls and brilliant and my daughter's key worker has helped her develop, learn skills and manners. I do think that the children are kept in the Daisy room for a long period of time and should move up
sooner than the age of 2. I do also get a little bit frustrated with trying to get an invoice from month to month. I have only had one since my daughter started there.
However I think the girls who look after the children are brilliant and work really hard.

My daughter has been at the nursery for a month, but all the staff have been very supportive of my daughter and us as parents in regards to starting childcare.

My daughter has settled well, feels safe with staff and always looks like she's had a busy day painting/drawing. She is always content when

picking her up at the end of the day. She enjoys all the meals and snacks given to her. I highly recommend this nursery.

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.916)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.916) out of 10 for Cherubs Executive House is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 26 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 26 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.916 for Cherubs Executive House is calculated as follows: ( (285 Excellents x 5) + (24 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 310 Ratings = 4.916
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Cherubs Executive House is based on 26 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 80 number of registered child places is 16, which has been reached with 26 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

"Hello, I'm Kayley - Area Manager for Cherubs Executive House. A career in childcare is something I have always wanted to pursue. In 2014, I took the plunge and started my journey with Cherubs Nurseries - I’ve never looked back!

I started as a student and worked my way up to Assistant Manager at Cherubs Executive House before being promoted to Nursery Manager at Cherubs Ruddington in 2021. I have had the pleasure of both supporting and being based at other nurseries within Cherubs Nurseries, which has given me invaluable experience. I also support our Apprentices through their Training Academy journey, which gives me great pride in seeing them succeed and flourish into wonderful, knowledgeable Early Years Educators."

"Hello, I'm Kirsty - Duty Nursery Manager at Cherubs Executive House. I joined Cherubs Nurseries as an Apprentice Early Years Educator, completing both my Level 2 and Level 3. Since then, I have continued to work my way up, being promoted to the role I am now in.

From a young age, I have always been passionate about babies and children. Before I knew it, with the love and care I have given and continued to have and grow, I am now working in this role to provide excellent support to children through learning, laughing and ensuring a safe place for them to be whilst they reach their milestones. I have been so fortunate to continue to learn and develop throughout my career at Cherubs Nurseries, something that is actively encouraged. With this in mind, I have completed my Level 3 in Management and Level 2 in Managing Behaviour. At present, I am also the nursery's designated Safeguarding Lead."
