The staff in the daisy room ae lovely and are super kind and caring to my little girl.
She has come along way since starting in July 2024, her literacy and vocabulary is very clear.
She is always happy when I collect her and likes seeing the staff.

Both my children have attended Cherubs Executive House from babies to going to school. It is a fantastic nursery with excellent leadership and caring staff. The care they have taken of my children has been brilliant. The chef is always fantastic, cooking nutritious hearty food every day.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Executive House. The staff are great. Communication is always good. Meals provided are excellent and the range of activities keep my child engaged. My only criticisms are; I wish the app was used for all aspects, such as accidents, illness and
invoicing. The doorbell to the babies room can be unreliable and sometimes you have to press multiple times and there is nowhere to shelter in adverse weather whilst you wait for your child. However, these are only minor and I am overall very happy.

We really like Cherubs Nursery. My little one started his journey with them in the beginning of April. Such big improvements every single week. We are bilingual, so this is not easy for him, but after four months he started speaking both languages. The activities are so helpful for him. We see everyone
when he has learnt something new.

Cherubs Executive House Day Nursery is an amazing nursery, my daughter was diagnosed with autism during her time there and they have helped her development and speech improve so much, all the staff are wonderful, understanding and caring. I haven’t got one bad thing to say about this nursery as they
have been amazing all-round, I recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare - many thanks for everything Cherubs have done for me and my daughter.

I think the nursery has been a great experience so far, the staff are all lovely and even with any issues I found were dealt with. The staff work well as a team and my daughter really loves going to nursery. The nursery is really informative. I am confident that my daughter is safe and well-taken care
of.

My overall experience is good of this nursery. The only negative observation I have is that a change of shoes s not compulsory for children when they go from outside to inside. There is carpet throughout each room, and children play on the carpet - I know cleaning takes place daily, but it is not good
practice to use the same shes inside and outside. I believe changing shoes should be compulsory for both children and staff. For this reason, only I gave a "poor" mark for cleanliness.

We have nothing but praise for the nursery and the staff here. We are so pleased that we chose Cherubs Executive House Day Nursery and we cannot imagine anyone caring and nurturing our child as much as the staff have done.
The activities, planning, trips and daily experiences all make Cherubs incredible.
Our child has come on leaps and bounds and we cannot wait to continue learning and growing together.

A nursery that I would highly recommend! All the staff at Cherubs have been so caring, kind, polite, thoughtful, compassionate and approachable. Initially, my child was clingy and didn't want to go to nursery but this soon changed. The activities and sessions he took part in were engaging, fun and educational,
aiding my son with his vocabulary, counting, recognising shapes and colours to name a few. When we discussed toilet training; Cherubs supported our son whilst at nursery, there have been lots of accidents along the way but he is almost there. The staff have kept us updated with the closed Facebook group and the Blossom app. My son has made lots of friends and talks highly of the staff - saying how he loves them and they are his best friend. We cannot say a big enough thank you to all the staff at Cherubs. I know this is the next chapter of my son's life but he had a great adventure with you guys. Thank you!

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.916)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.916) out of 10 for Cherubs Executive House is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 26 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 26 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.916 for Cherubs Executive House is calculated as follows: ( (285 Excellents x 5) + (24 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 310 Ratings = 4.916
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Cherubs Executive House is based on 26 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 80 number of registered child places is 16, which has been reached with 26 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

"Hello, I'm Kayley - Area Manager for Cherubs Executive House. A career in childcare is something I have always wanted to pursue. In 2014, I took the plunge and started my journey with Cherubs Nurseries - I’ve never looked back!

I started as a student and worked my way up to Assistant Manager at Cherubs Executive House before being promoted to Nursery Manager at Cherubs Ruddington in 2021. I have had the pleasure of both supporting and being based at other nurseries within Cherubs Nurseries, which has given me invaluable experience. I also support our Apprentices through their Training Academy journey, which gives me great pride in seeing them succeed and flourish into wonderful, knowledgeable Early Years Educators."

"Hello, I'm Kirsty - Duty Nursery Manager at Cherubs Executive House. I joined Cherubs Nurseries as an Apprentice Early Years Educator, completing both my Level 2 and Level 3. Since then, I have continued to work my way up, being promoted to the role I am now in.

From a young age, I have always been passionate about babies and children. Before I knew it, with the love and care I have given and continued to have and grow, I am now working in this role to provide excellent support to children through learning, laughing and ensuring a safe place for them to be whilst they reach their milestones. I have been so fortunate to continue to learn and develop throughout my career at Cherubs Nurseries, something that is actively encouraged. With this in mind, I have completed my Level 3 in Management and Level 2 in Managing Behaviour. At present, I am also the nursery's designated Safeguarding Lead."
