Before my son went to this nursery I never put any of my children into playgroups, but my son seems to love it. Before my son started I was finding it hard to make him talk or even to potty train him, but since he's been going he speaks so and is now potty trained thanks to the fantastic teacher.
My
son loves all the teachers, they are so friendly and helpful, my daughter will be 2 very soon and I'll be putting her name down too. Thank you so much for all the work you have done with my son.

I am very happy that on collection I'm always given a lot of information about the day, for example, what has been eaten during the day and activities that have been done throughout the day.
Management are always friendly and approachable.

Our daughter has attended this nursery for approximately 1.5 years and she loves it. Both my husband and I are very happy with the nursery. Our daughter has fun and we know she is safe, she is always happy when we drop her off and pick her up.

My daughter has come on so much since attending Cherubs Nursery. She has developed various skills and made her into the character she is today. The staff are always there if I need to speak to them regarding anything and offer their support and advice. I could not be any happier with the service they
provide.

My son has been attending Cherubs Executive House since he was 9 months, he is now 4 1/2 years. They all know and support him. He absolutely loves going there. He talks about the staff at home. He treats it like his second home. Everyone is amazing and caring and reliable. He has had health issues in
his time there and all staff have been so supportive and caring. I can't praise them highly enough. Every staff member is dedicated

My little boy started in August and has improved and came along loads in his development and social skills. I'm extremely happy with the progress my child has made and the help he receives from all the girls in the daisy room especially one helping reach all his targets. A massive thank you to everyone
and I would more than happily recommend Cherubs Executive House to anyone :) x

My daughter has settled in really well into the Daisy room. The girls are lovely and welcoming to me and my daughter. As she only does one day a week, she has come a long way with her speech and is saying lots of new words. My daughter is now moved into the next room and seems really happy with her
new friends when I come to pick her up.

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.926)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.926) out of 10 for Cherubs Executive House is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 36 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 36 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.926 for Cherubs Executive House is calculated as follows: ( (399 Excellents x 5) + (30 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 430 Ratings = 4.926
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Cherubs Executive House is based on 36 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 80 number of registered child places is 16, which has been reached with 36 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

"Hello, I'm Kayley - Area Manager for Cherubs Executive House. A career in childcare is something I have always wanted to pursue. In 2014, I took the plunge and started my journey with Cherubs Nurseries - I’ve never looked back!

I started as a student and worked my way up to Assistant Manager at Cherubs Executive House before being promoted to Nursery Manager at Cherubs Ruddington in 2021. I have had the pleasure of both supporting and being based at other nurseries within Cherubs Nurseries, which has given me invaluable experience. I also support our Apprentices through their Training Academy journey, which gives me great pride in seeing them succeed and flourish into wonderful, knowledgeable Early Years Educators."

"Hello, I'm Kirsty - Duty Nursery Manager at Cherubs Executive House. I joined Cherubs Nurseries as an Apprentice Early Years Educator, completing both my Level 2 and Level 3. Since then, I have continued to work my way up, being promoted to the role I am now in.

From a young age, I have always been passionate about babies and children. Before I knew it, with the love and care I have given and continued to have and grow, I am now working in this role to provide excellent support to children through learning, laughing and ensuring a safe place for them to be whilst they reach their milestones. I have been so fortunate to continue to learn and develop throughout my career at Cherubs Nurseries, something that is actively encouraged. With this in mind, I have completed my Level 3 in Management and Level 2 in Managing Behaviour. At present, I am also the nursery's designated Safeguarding Lead."
