Partou Radcliffe Road Day Nursery & Pre-school has a well-earned reputation as the leading provider of childcare in West Bridgford, offering outstanding care to children aged 3 months to 5 years and are open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday - Friday, for 51 weeks of the year (closed during Christmas week).

Located on Radcliffe Road close to West Bridgford town centre and 2 miles from Nottingham Railway Station, the nursery enjoys the benefits of a large character property with airy rooms and an outdoor play area, which the children love and thrive in.

There are separate rooms for babies, toddlers, 2-3 year olds and Pre-School children, furnished with 'age appropriate' toys and resources, ensuring they provide the best standard of care, development and education.

My little one started at Radcliffe Road in January 2022 and has settled in brilliantly. All the staff have been really friendly and she loves her key worker.
The updates we get are really reassuring and we can see her making the most of the facilities and she clearly really enjoys the food!

Best choice we have made for our little girl. The nursery is so lovely - very well facilitated, clean and educational. The staff there are super friendly, highly professional and extremely loving towards our daughter. There are so many fun and educational activities arranged throughout the day. Our
baby girl loves coming here so much. Furthermore, the food there is absolutely amazing she always finishes all her meals when she is at the nursery. We love the nursery so much. It's like a second loving home for our little girl, thanks to all the lovely staff there.

Staff are always cheerful in the mornings and take the children in one at a time giving each child quality time at the door. They spend the time to talk about what the children have done throughout the day when picking them up at the end of the day. My granddaughter is always happy to attend nursery
and talks about her friends and carers with joy and pleasure. She is learning well and able to account for her day and the things that she has done. She is always looking forward to returning the next day.

My son has been at Radcliffe Road Day Nursery for nearly a year and has always received attentive, gentle and compassionate care from all members of staff. The nursery was recommended to me by another mum and I have also recommended Radcliffe Road Day Nursery. I love the emphasis on open-ended explorative
play and learning how much outdoor time the children have and the home-cooked food given daily. I feel like the staff genuinely care about his well being and development.

I had heard about Radcliffe Road prior to having my daughter so knew about its reputation for being a lovely nursery, I was not disappointed they have been amazing. My daughter has an amazing bond with the ladies there, especially her key person. I was worried about leaving her when I returned to work
but it went without a hitch and she loves it. I love getting the pictures and write up of what she's been up to. Not a single negative to this nursery.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 1997

I am N.N.E.B. qualified and I have worked at Radcliffe Road and Scotts Wood Day Nursery (our sister nursery) for 17 years. Initially, I helped set up and open Scotts Wood Day Nursery in 1997 followed in 2000 by the opening of the Radcliffe Road site.


With the help of an excellent staff and management team, we have created nurseries with an excellent reputation that are well known throughout the local area. Being a parent of four children myself, I aspire to provide the very best care and Early Years education available. I love my job and the opportunity to be surrounded daily by children, their parents and our wonderful staff.
