Busy Bees Wollaton, Nottingham

Our two children both attend Busy Bees Wollaton. One in the babies' room and one in the preschool room. Both our children love going to nursery and they have loads of fun and get involved in lots of activities. The staff have taken a genuine interest in their happiness and well-being. We would highly recommend this nursery.

The staff have taken excellent care of our son and created a special bond with both of our children and gone over and above what is expected in doing this.

From the start (15 months ago) we have been very happy with the staff and the care provided for our daughter in babies and toddlers. Staff know each child well, are accommodating, records of key events - sleep times, meals eaten etc - are made and published on the app and it is easy to phone and talk to staff to check on the child or make a request. She is happy to be dropped off for each session which is great. They also have a structured program of activities to help each child develop skills at the right time. Highly recommend.

I have been very happy with Busy Bees, Wollaton. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and my little boy has become very comfortable and happy going there every day. He now often walks into the room in the morning rather than having to be encouraged. We recently had a parents' evening (very exciting, our first one). Here's me thinking that the little chap just went there and played every day, but I quickly learned that there's a lot more planning that goes into his development than I thought. They look at his emotional, physical and mental needs and tailor his activities accordingly. This along with what we do at home seems to have him making good progress. The app is very good as well for monitoring his activities each day. It's always a joy to have a notification come up and see what he's been up to!

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees since she was one and is now due to go to school. She has thrived under the care of the lovely ladies who work there. Everyone is so friendly, from the cook to the nursery workers, through to management. Her current key worker has particularly helped with her speech development and has really nurtured her. I would recommend this nursery highly.

The nursery and staff are very welcoming, my daughter's speech has come a long way since she has started. She loves going and runs straight in as soon as she gets there. They are very informative and take their time every day to let you know what your child has been doing and what they have eaten etc. They are also very attentive which is great as I know she is in great hands while she's there.

Busy Bees have coped with Covid very well and we admire the team for what they have had to do during such a difficult time. We haven’t been able to go inside the nursery recently but they regularly add photos to their app which we really appreciate. An assessment of the children is written every few months and they have been helpful in developing new skills. It’s always possible to phone for a catch up in between reviews. We would recommend Busy Bees!

My daughter has settled so well into the baby room and has a brilliant bond with the ladies who care for her. The nursery have catered for her allergies. Love the communication we get from the nursery. Really reassured by the Covid-19 measures that have been implemented.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees Wollaton. My son started there in 2018 at 7 months old. As a first-time mum I was very nervous. But the whole nursery team put me at ease. All the rooms have supported my son's development and he has flourished into a wonderful boy who surprises me every day with new words and actions. My daughter recently started at the same nursery at 4 months due to work commitments and the nursery have been absolutely fantastic in catering for her needs and providing her with constant stimulation. I will be forever grateful to the nursery for providing family-like support to both my children.

Both my children have attended Busy Bees Wollaton. My daughter is now in school but joined Busy Bees in the baby room when she was one and progressed through to the toddler room and then preschool. My son is now in the baby room. They both love(d) the staff, the activities and the meals! The staff members are lovely and have time to talk you through your little one's day when you collect. Their parent zone phone app is great; they upload photos of your child playing and learning, along with their assessments. You can also upload your own observations/photos for them to use to engage your child in activities they enjoy.

Own outdoor area for each age group, was a big sway for my husband and I going with this nursery.

My daughter is now moving up to preschool and is so excited about the move she can't wait to use the fantastic outdoor area.

My child is always very happy to come to preschool and never wants to leave at the end of the day! The staff are friendly and welcoming and always greet us with a smile in the morning.

My son attends this nursery. It is a fantastic nursery, the staff are brilliant and know my child really well.

My grandson attends this nursery and has settled in really well and formed a bond with his key worker. All the staff are friendly and welcoming when we drop off and collect him. He enjoys his time at nursery and has made lots of new friends.

My son started nursery when he was two and went into the toddler room at Busy Bees, The nursery staff have been excellent and really took care of him and his needs. At first, he was really upset when I Ieft him, but the staff were always on hand to give reassuring cuddles. The food provided is excellent and there's always a different range of thing on offer. The toddler room staff helped me potty train him and again they have been invaluable with this. The encouragement was fantastic and made the process a lot easier. The outdoor facilities for toddlers are just the right amount of space for small people. My son has recently moved into the three to five room and the staff are lovely and professional, again the outdoor area is brilliant with a slide and lots of space to run around. Overall Busybees have been an excellent childcare provider and I'm glad I chose them. It is just sad we are moving out of the area and cannot continue with Busy Bees

My child loves attending the nursery, she is always happy to go and the staff are very warm and welcoming. She has developed socially and will play happily with others. My child’s learning has progressed strongly whilst attending the nursery.

Fantastic nursery. Both my children are very happy at Busy Bees. We are pleased with the level of care and teaching they receive. I would highly recommend.

We are really happy with Busy Bees Wollaton, our little boy has attended from a baby and he has grown and developed well within the baby unit, he has recently moved to the toddler room. He is really happy going to nursery. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and my son has formed good bonds with the staff in his room.
