Both my daughter and son attend Busy Bees Daybrook and absolutely love it! The staff are all so friendly and have a caring nature. As a parent, I'm well informed of what they have done in the day and the activities they have been up to. They update the app regularly so I can see how they are getting on during the day regarding eating sleeping any nappy changes etc and photos are also uploaded regularly. They also have a fantastic library section to encourage children to read at home and also a breakfast bar for parents in the morning which is a big hit!

Would recommend this nursery to anyone I can honestly say I trust them with my children 100%.

The staff are friendly and approachable. They make time to let you know how your child's day has been and accommodate your child's needs. The nursery app is very good. It's great to see how your child is getting on throughout the day. I asked for the details of meals to be included on the notifications which they did. My son is always happy to go in to nursery. He started at 10 months and is now 20 months and very settled.

My daughter started nursery in 2022 and she absolutely loves it. It has really helped with her development she has always been stuck to myself and her mother as she was born in lockdown so wasn't around many people but now she integrates with more children and adults and we believe that has come from her experience at nursery. Staff have been really good with her and she has formed some good relationships with them. The app the nursery has is excellent as it allows me to check how her day is going whilst at work and they have just added what foods she is actually eating which is a massive help as it helps us to be more creative at home. We were recommended this nursery by a few family members and we would be happy to recommend it to others ourselves

Friendly, caring staff. My son is autistic and nonverbal, he is very happy when we pull up at the nursery and goes storming off with a smile on his face. The staff have put some great sensory and development measures in place to help my son and he seems to have a wonderful time.

My eldest daughter started at Busy Bees at eleven months old in 2018 and she settled in great and stayed there until she started school! My youngest daughter started last year at the same age and I can't fault the staff with the care and love they have provided for both my two girls. They both have thrived there and go into nursery happy and enjoy all the activities they do and it's lovely to get the updates and photos throughout the day on the app. Nothing Is too much trouble for the staff as my youngest has a dairy allergy and has always been catered for. I feel relaxed knowing my girls have been well looked after and love hearing about their day on pick up.

My son loves visiting this nursery and is always excited to go in and see the staff in reception and in his room. The activities he does whilst at nursery keep him stimulated and are challenging enough for his age. After hearing about his day it is always varied either playing outside, singing, puzzles, painting etc! The staff are always friendly, they give detailed handovers in the evening at pick up times and have good policies in place for accidents and illness etc. I couldn't wish for a better childcare setting, I am confident in their care for my son and feel comfortable leaving him there to play.

My son first started attending Busy Bees in September 2018. He absolutely loved his time there. He was very settled, happy and absolutely thriving in the environment. He left to go to school in 2021 just after my daughter started. She has settled in well. As a child born in lockdown she has always been nervous of new people and situations, but Busy Bees has consistently been a place she's happy and content to be. The staff are caring, kind and ensure there are suitable activities for all interests of the children. Children thrive under their care and feel safe and supported. As a parent, I have been so happy with the updates, photos and handovers. The staff are approachable and informative. We are very grateful to them for their care.

Our son moved to this nursery from a much smaller one. The staff were fantastic over the early weeks helping him to settle into the new environment and he really has come on leaps and bounds especially with his language skills.

The staff are knowledgeable about the children and show a real interest in their development and happiness.

When other family members have collected him they have commented on how impressed they’ve been with the security, staff and building.

The management/Administration team are always welcoming and happy to help with queries.

We are so pleased with the nursery that we’ve already enrolled our daughter!

My daughter started this nursery in July when she was 9 months old, the Busy Bees staff have helped her settle in. She is happy and cared for, they comfort her and she is always busy with different activities. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional and I feel at ease leaving my daughter there each week. The nursery is well presented with plenty of activities to occupy and challenge the children daily. They also have a range of fresh food on offer. Busy Bees keep you up to date via the parent zone app so I can see what my daughter has been doing and how she is progressing, the staff are also more than happy to chat before and after, for any information or concerns. I sometimes work away and this nursery is always accommodating at offering extra sessions for me to book when needed. I am more than happy with this nursery and I would recommend it.

The only thing I do not like about Busy Bees is that we seem to have issues with invoices being paid quite a lot. We always pay but get told we haven’t. It isn’t the staff's fault at Daybrook albeit it's quite frustrating. Everything else we absolutely love. Staff are great.

Since starting the nursery, my nephew always talks about his time at nursery and on several occasions I have picked him up and the nursery is well presented and always has lots for him to do. The staff are welcoming and lovely when I come in.

The safeguarding procedures are very thorough and if I’m not recognised someone will always check to ensure I am who I say I am.

My son has attended the nursery since November 2015 and he has loved it since day one. His development has come on leaps and bounds. The resources and activities planned to meet his individual needs and stage of development which in turn enables him to thrive!

The staff are caring; knowledgeable and dedicated to the children. I can’t find one fault with the nursery. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the nursery to anyone and have already recommended several friends with children. Thank you Busy Bees at Daybrook!

Always warm and welcoming. My daughter has now been going to this nursery for just over a year and the difference in her confidence is outstanding. I only have the staff at the nursery to thank for this. Always available to speak to and my daughter loves nursery. Best decision myself and my partner made. Thank you Busy Bees in Daybrook you truly are amazing.

The nursery is very clean, staff are welcoming and friendly and are always happy to help. The staff always put the needs of my Daughter first and feel they are happy to see her on arrival at the nursery. I also, think it is a lovely touch that the chef makes a birthday cake for each child's birthday. The staff are genuine superstars!
