We are overall happy with our son's experience. However not with the drop off and pick up. Changes should be made.
My son started nursery when I returned to work, nursery being so approachable, flexible, understanding, helpful has meant the transition for us both has been really easy. I feel confident that everyone looking after him always has his best interests at heart and they are encouraging his development to be the best he can be. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to keep me informed. I would highly recommend the nursery to friends and family and look forward to seeing him continue to develop.

My daughter started at the setting in November and the staff have been so welcoming and supported her to settle in. It is already clear to see how the staff are supporting and promoting her development. Cherubs Kimberley Day Nursery have a fantastic range of rooms accommodating to every individual child's needs. The staff are very friendly and informative. My child's speech has come on leaps and bounds since joining. The variety of food offered is amazing and we have even tried some of the recipes at home. Overall, an amazing nursery all around.

Hello, I'm Laura - Area Manager for Cherubs Kimberley. I have been part of Cherubs Nurseries since 2007 and incredibly fortunate to work across multiple Cherubs Nurseries during my career so far. Doing this has allowed me to really understand the expectations and the need to ensure we provide high-quality childcare every day. We take our role in the early years seriously and are always keen to go above and beyond where we can.
I am incredibly passionate about giving all children the very best start. In addition to my Area Manager role, I am the Group Safeguarding and SEND Lead. This means I work with all the nurseries to ensure we provide tailored care to those with additional needs.
