ABC123 - Home from Home Parkside

The most important thing for me is the happiness of my child. And that is exactly what they have experienced in this nursery. If I were to choose a nursery again, I would choose exactly the same nursery. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I am very happy with the nursery. When my son started, it was very hard but the staff helped both me (parent) and my child to settle really well. My child is happy and he has settled. He is always happy to come to the nursery. I am happy with the care the staff give my child.

My 3.5 year old and I have had a positive experience with ABC123, the staff are friendly and caring. Lots of toys to play with. I love that there are cameras in each room so I can see what my daughter is up to throughout the day. I like that I can pick my own hours which is very convenient. We have had no issues. I would recommend this nursery to other parents.

I am happy with the nursery approach for both parents and kids. The teachers and key workers are so polite and help to engage kids in lots of activities. Updating activities is also helpful.

My grandson is 17 months old. He was quite nervous initially but the staff soon settled him. Now he looks forward to going. They do loads of activities especially outdoors which he loves. The staff are so kind and caring and keep us up to date throughout the day. The setting itself is clean and has loads of toys and craft equipment. I'm so happy we found ABC123.

I love that I'm updated every day with my child's day. The staff truly seem to care and enjoy being with him, which makes me really happy.

The nursery are always so flexible with any requests and always offer the most support when needed. Any concerns are dealt with straight away and reassurance is always given.

Nice and warm handovers, I always know what my child is doing (e.g. I get a list of activities). Large variety of activities for children. Lots of support. Child is looked after well while he's in nursery. Happy.

All staff are friendly and always welcoming. My child comes back with a smiley face and willingly attends nursery. Updates after each session about what my child has done during the day and what they've eaten. Balance between playing inside and outside. Developing new skills, potty training, which is brilliant.
