I fully recommend this nursery. I am in constant contact with them regarding my son's needs. They respond immediately to any comments and possible problems. Overall experience for my kid, I feel, is excellent. She used to be fussy while going to school/nursery in the initial days but the nursery staff have taken very good care of her and over a period of time, now she is happily attending her nursery.

I had my own personal issues going on at the time and the nursery, the owner especially, was completely and utterly unsupportive, and gave dangerous/unsafe entry into the building. Mealtimes didn’t appear to be sufficiently monitored as on numerous occasions they came home with a full lunchbox or someone
else’s things in the bag which isn’t good practice with food allergies. My child also came home with stickers on their back with their name, even after attending for 18 months, the staff responsible for each group was constantly changing. I fully understand the reasons behind the latest Ofsted report and would agree with the points they have raised, you especially can’t let small people climb an outside fire escape as an entry point.

I think in this nursery my children have had excellent care. The staff are the best and so are the managers. My oldest child finished this year and he learned a lot and is ready for school. He likes to come back when we pick up his sister. Very good nursery, I can happily recommend this nursery to my
