I have 2 children who attend ABC123 and both love it, they have received support from key workers to settle in from day 1. Always have a positive atmosphere, staff are incredible. Keep up the good work!

They are always friendly, very patient with children, have an approach to each child, will always find the right and kind word without raising their voice, and know how to calm down even the most disobedient ones. In kindergarten children are well-trained: speech development lessons, mathematics, drawing.

My kids have settled in very well. The support from key workers is amazing and always deliver outstanding service to the children.

I am very happy with the nursery. When my son started, it was very hard but the staff helped both me (parent) and my child to settle really well. My child is happy and he has settled. He is always happy to come to the nursery. I am happy with the care the staff give my child.

My 3.5 year old and I have had a positive experience with ABC123, the staff are friendly and caring. Lots of toys to play with. I love that there are cameras in each room so I can see what my daughter is up to throughout the day. I like that I can pick my own hours which is very convenient. We have
had no issues. I would recommend this nursery to other parents.

I am happy with the nursery approach for both parents and kids. The teachers and key workers are so polite and help to engage kids in lots of activities. Updating activities is also helpful.

My grandson is 17 months old. He was quite nervous initially but the staff soon settled him. Now he looks forward to going. They do loads of activities especially outdoors which he loves. The staff are so kind and caring and keep us up to date throughout the day. The setting itself is clean and has

My son has been at ABC123 since a baby, he really enjoys nursery and comes home talking about all the activities he has done throughout the day. He has built great relationships with all staff members and speaks of them and his friends outside of nursery.
The nursery are always so flexible with any
requests and always offer the most support when needed. Any concerns are dealt with straight away and reassurance is always given.

Nice and warm handovers, I always know what my child is doing (e.g. I get a list of activities). Large variety of activities for children. Lots of support. Child is looked after well while he's in nursery. Happy.
