Clarecroft staff are fully committed to providing a ‘home from home’ environment for children to enjoy. The setting welcomes children from 3 months to 11 years old and aims to provide all children with high-quality care in a warm, safe and friendly environment with a variety of stimulating resources.

The nursery has an enclosed garden with safety flooring and a variety of age-appropriate outdoor resources. The nursery also has a CCTV system installed throughout the premises.

At Clarecroft, staff follow the 'early years foundation' stage framework to support early learning experiences, and this is backed up with lots of practical hands-on activities for children in all age groups.

However, Clarecroft is about more than just covering the curriculum; it’s about teaching children to share experiences and building confidence.

Staff hold appropriate early years qualifications which give children the care and inspiration needed to thrive in a rich and fun learning environment.

The nursery cook prepares freshly cooked meals on the premises daily. Individual dietary needs are also catered for.

All staff are trained in paediatric first aid, food hygiene, safeguarding, manual handling as well as plenty of other ongoing training to support the delivery of the 'early years foundation stage'. This ensures that parents have peace of mind when leaving children in the nursery.

The nursery has strong partnerships with parents and staff keep parents updated about each child's day on a daily basis.

Funded places are available for 2, 3 and 4-year-olds.

Clarecroft will provide all children with the opportunity to make friends and gain the confidence to make the move up into the first year at school and beyond.

Our son started at Clarecroft in April and safe to say he absolutely loves his time there. Nervous about him going to a nursery for the first time, from looking around the nursery for the initial tour/look round we knew this was the nursery we/he would enjoy.
From the wide range of fresh meals prepared
onsite to the nice spacious outdoor space, Clarecroft has it all.
Staff are always so friendly when dropping off and picking up and always quick to respond to any queries we as parents may have. Overall so far we are happy with the experience

My daughter absolutely loves Clarecroft. The staff are all welcoming and nurturing. The setting always has wonderful activities set out for the children and my little girl talks excitedly about what she has been up to. The app gives a great insight into what she has done and what she has eaten each
day. She has grown in confidence since being there and her independent skills have come on no end! There are lots of opportunities for parents to get involved too.

Am writing for April but I have been using Clarecroft for years now, as my daughter currently attending is my 3rd child.
I cannot recommend the setting highly enough. My daughter springs out of bed when it's a preschool day, and she has grown in confidence and happiness as well as dexterity, knowledge,
and understanding since being there.
The staff are all really engaged and show genuine care and fondness for the children in the setting, all whilst establishing clear boundaries, which is so important for them at this young and impressionable age.
I love getting the updates on the parent portal, and I'm also really grateful for the face-to-face quick review of the day during pick-up, even if it's not from my keyworker. It shows how involved the whole team is.
I also really appreciate their wraparound care and support with holiday clubs and after-school pick-ups.
Being a full-time working parent is so difficult and sometimes I don't know what I'd do without this wonderful setting.

My son has a fantastic time daily telling me all the things he has done, it’s such a lovely setting the staff are always friendly and parochial if I have some questions, I am so pleased with Claircroft and the experiences my son gets learning new things and making sure he’s happy.

My daughter has attended Clarecroft since she was a year old. She has thrived whilst in their care and I cannot thank them enough for looking after her. Their daily activities and learning they undertake is excellent. My daughter now attends school and Clarecroft helped my daughter with her transition.

Our son has attended Clarecroft for over a year now, he started in the babies group and has moved up to toddlers. He really looks forward to going and we feel happy and confident about him attending.
The staff are very supportive and have helped our son to grow in confidence.
They have great outdoor
facilities, set up lots of activities, and messy play (far more than what I am able to at home!) and he really enjoys himself.
They also provide regular feedback and pictures of what he’s been doing in his sessions which is very much appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

Our daughter has attended Clarecroft since she was 1 year old and she has thrived being there! The constant care and support from all members of staff really do make so much difference. If we ever have a concern or worry about our daughter they will do anything and everything they can to help us! She
has always been so keen to learn and we do think this has been due to how they teach and look after the children there. We are so happy with the nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone!

My daughter has been in the nursery for some time, starting from the baby room now to being in the preschool room. It’s a lovely nursery and I feel at ease leaving her knowing she will get the best care. She has a great relationship with all staff and they keep us updated on the app throughout the day.
It’s a loving, caring and home from home environment. The staff do an amazing job of preparing the children for school and helping them to hit their milestones.

Both of our children have such a brilliant experience at Clarecroft. Every member of staff shows such genuine care towards our children and it is this that makes them feel valued. They are so enthusiastic about going to Clarecroft and all of the different activities that they get to do. We couldn’t

A brilliant nursery with staff that really care. Communication on what they’ve been up to that day in the nursery is great. Staff are always happy to talk about any concerns. Both my children have gone to this nursery and have loved it! They still talk to my oldest now like he’s part of their family
and he loves it! I would highly recommend it.

Our son has been attending ClareCroft for nearly 1 year and he has loved it from day 1. Most days at drop off he is so eager to get involved that he usually does not look back or even say goodbye, as he is more interested in getting onto the next adventure in the nursery. The staff are fantastic and
have really got to know and understand our son. They provide a wonderful play and learning environment for our son and I would highly recommend ClareCroft to any parent considering placing their child there. We are blessed to have such a fantastic nursery 2 minutes from home.

Both of our children attend Clarecroft with one in Moons and the other in Suns.
We've always been really impressed with Clarecroft as a nursery and it influenced our decision to stay in the village when we moved.
The staff are really caring and always comforting the children, they're always coming
up with creative ideas for the kids and my children both love going there which I think says it all!
We really enjoy the open days they host throughout the year. We also really appreciate the photos they send, it gets me through my working day! They provide detailed reports on how your child is progressing too and they seem to know the children really well and have great relationships with them.
My daughter mentions nursery and her friends constantly when she isn't there which gives me a lot of confidence that they are being well cared for. We would certainly recommend Clarecroft to other parents.

Clarecroft Day Nursery has been brilliant for my four-year-old son. He's been in there for very long days and I thought there would be whinging every morning about going. He bounces in and bounces out, absolutely loves it. They keep him engaged all day, you can tell the staff really care and pay attention
to the children and best of all he gets fed (no more Tupperware boxes!) We are so lucky to have this nursery in the village.
