My daughter started Clarecroft in January and both my partner and I were so nervous about the entire situation. However from the first minute where we handed her over and seeing how comfortable she felt we knew we made the right decision. The communication from staff is excellent, the parent portal
is constantly updated and the growth in our daughter's development has been phenomenal. We have highly recommended the nursery to many other people as a kind, safe and caring environment.

This is our first experience with a nursery and overall we have had a good experience. They were very welcoming with viewings, questions and guidance with the confusing funding. The stay and play sessions allowed me and my little boy to spend time in the nursery prior to him officially starting
which I believe has helped him to settle in very quickly by already being familiar with the environment and staff. The regular updates are fantastic and so reassuring. The nursery make an effort to make play seasonal, new and exciting. The staff are accommodating and attentive, my little boy actually asks to go to nursery in the mornings and sometimes cries when I say not today!
The settling in sessions were organised quite late for us with not much notice and I found that quite stressful on top of starting work. We were also left off the weekly newsletter for a while so we didnt get as many updates as I would have liked initially but thats all been sorted super quickly

Always up to date with all policies...
My son is always looking forward to come and spend a lovely time in the nursery.
The ladies are very good communicating with the parents/carers... Always updating our child's progression via the app.

Fantastic nursery with staff that really care for the children. Everyone goes above and beyond, providing lovely experiences and activities for the children. My little boy always looks forward to his sessions. Highly recommend!

We love the detailed updates from the nursery on our little one's day, development and overall how he's settled in. The different activities, learning and play have all been diverse, which has helped us with the weekly mailers on different ideas to do at home. Keeping us well informed, we genuinely
feel the team have the best intentions for our little one.
Great outside space, resources and care. The food menu is a winner with our little one too!

Clarecroft has been fantastic for our 1 year old. He loves his time there and the communication is excellent. He has come on such a lot in the 4 months he has been attending and the staff are so welcoming and professional.

Over the last 6 months, my son's confidence has grown massively. He's learning so much, has made lots of friends, and is genuinely thriving in their care.
A year ago, he was a little boy who cried every day at drop-off. Now he's happy, settled, and will be ready for school this September - the
transformation has been amazing to see.
The ladies are all so lovely, caring, and helpful. We're so grateful for the support and encouragement they've given him. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

A fantastic nursery with excellent communication, facilities and experiences for young children. My daughter is supported in all areas of her development, and is thriving under the care and support of Clarecroft. Recently transitioned to a new room, we have felt supported and that our daughter was
known and felt comfortable in her new room.

Amazing nursery.. my child is 4 and he has SEN needs, I couldn't ask for a better nursery for my child. Everything with this nursery is tip top and I cannot fault them. They have everything in place for my son regarding his special needs and I don't have to worry about certain things in place as
it's always been 100% with Clarecroft.

Really lovely nursery, staff are always so attentive and understanding. My child loves attending five days a week, there are always new activities planned for them and as much outdoor time as they want.

Clarecroft Nursery has been fantastic for our family, and I couldn't recommend it more. From the very first visit we felt such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and our child settled in quickly thanks to the caring staff. The team genuinely get to know each child and it shows in the way they support
their confidence and independence.
What I love most is how happy my child is to go in each day. The staff are kind, patient, and full of energy, and the activities are always fun and creative - from messy play to outdoor adventures. Communication is excellent too, with regular updates and photos that show just how much thought goes into each day.
We feel so lucky to have found Clarecroft. Knowing our child is safe, happy, and thriving there gives us real peace of mind.

Honestly I dont know where to start, the staff are absolutely amazing, my children always look forward to going to clarecroft and at the end of the day I have to pull them away from there. We are going to miss coming.

Clarecroft is a wonderful nursery and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a nursery for their child. The staff are all extremely kind and caring and put so much effort into planning the provision that the children access. They make the days fun and provide the children with
such lovely experiences in all of the 3 rooms. Both my daughter and son attended Clarecroft from just before 1 years old through to the end of preschool (which my son has just finished). Both my children were really well prepared for school and given such a great start in the Early years foundation stage. Clarecroft share photos regularly on their parent portal, which is really lovely and reassuring. They also cook fresh meals on site which are well balanced and my children thoroughly enjoyed. My son in particular loves being outside & all 3 rooms have great outdoor areas which can be accessed rain or shine. I can't recommend Clarecroft enough! It's a such a happy, caring & nurturing place.

I'm really happy with our experience so far at Clarecroft. Our daughter has been enrolled for six months now and has made incredible progress in this time.
The nursery team facilitate a vast array of engaging activities every day, which my daughter really enjoys.
They also have really mixed and
healthy meals, which is great because my daughter isn't so keen to try new foods at home.
The app is also great and the very friendly staff update it regularly.
All in all a fabulous nursery that I'm happy to recommend!

My son is slowly transitioning to pre school from moons. Both teams in the rooms are great and I receive good feedback as to how he is getting on.
I would like abit more communication about the transition to preschool.

I cannot praise Clarecroft and each staff member highly enough. They build brilliant relationships with the children, making them feel safe and happy, and the learning opportunities are fun and child led.
My children have attended since 2019 and I couldn't have hoped for a better start in life for
them.

Having sent my two other children to Clarecroft, I had no hesitations sending my daughter when the time came.
The nursery were great at communicating settling in sessions and start dates.
My daughter settled really quickly and loves the various play stations set up each day as well as full
access to a fantastic garden area with sand pit, reading den and slide.
We always have daily contact with staff as well as receiving updates on the app which detail meals, nappy changes and what your child has been up to throughout the day.
The management team are always happy to help with changes to hours, funding support questions and general enquiries.
We feel our daughter is well cared for, her early education is in great hands and when she comes home full of enthusiastic conversation about her day, we know Clarecroft was the right choice.

Clarecroft is a fantastic nursery that has provided my daughter with a safe and supportive environment to play and learn in, for the last 3.5yrs.
Updates on the parent portal are regular and informative, the meals provided are well balanced but most importantly, the care provided is unmatched.
Would always recommend Clarecroft to parents looking for a home from home environment for their child.

I have had a wonderful experience with Clarecroft . The staff are warm, professional, and truly dedicated to each child's growth. My son has some special needs, and I've been incredibly impressed by the care, understanding, and individualised support he's received.
The teachers have gone above
and beyond to create a positive, inclusive environment where he feels safe, confident, and excited to learn. Communication with me has been excellent, and it's clear the team is both skilled and professional.

I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent/carer. The ladies here are amazing, the set up is cosy and welcoming, it's small but homely. Both my children attend here, I receive DAILY updates, photos, including what they eat and dont eat during each day on the parental app which is fantastic,
I've heard not many other places do this, so I feel I never have to check in, as they also update you on your child's progress in learning. I couldn't fault it at all. All the team here are fantastic.
