Management and finance team are excellent, I got lots of help from them. Key workers sometimes not showing interest of understanding children behaviour and teach them new skills.
Since my daughter has joined Busy Bees she has improved so much. Teachers are amazing and my daughter is excited to go to school every day.
Great nursery, never had any problems and my son loves it. Staff is very helpful and tries to help him with activities.
My son has been with the nursery just over a year now when I returned to work when he was just 7 months old. The team in the baby room, especially one person, have just been fabulous with him. Following all routines I set and ensuring he’s always happy and comfortable. I’m so happy with his attendance there and the staff. He loves the garden space, variety in activities and they provide a good varied diet. My only recent disappointment is the second increase in fees. As I feel these do not sit with inflation and if they continue to increase, when my wages don’t, sadly we may have to look elsewhere.
The nursery have been fantastic and the level of care my child receives is great. I go to work safe in the knowledge that he is happy, fed and enjoying himself and that’s so important.
Lovely and friendly staff. Good clean facilities. Easy to find. Very helpful with queries and concerns. I have no complaints. Love the fact that meals are included in the fees too, rather than an add on. Very happy with how my child is looked after.
Very good nursery and my daughter received a lovely Xmas present which was her own Busy Bees Rucksack.
My son has only been in Busy Bees for a couple of weeks now but he seems to be loving it. He goes in happy and comes home happy, I’m always told about his day and how he has got on which helps me feel relaxed about leaving him. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they always seem happy to see him.
Wonderful staff, all very helpful. Great atmosphere in the nursery. My little one really likes going there.
Our son enjoys being at nursery and in the evenings he sings songs (rhymes) from nursery.
The food is very good and tasty because my child always eats everything.
Everyone is very helpful at nursery.
Children spend a lot of time in the garden which is very big and has artificial grass.
Busy Bees in Northampton Wootton is a lovely nursery. Very friendly staff and help my daughter settle well at nursery. They take very good care and keep parents updated all the time with all day to day activities and development/progress made.
I have always had extremely positive experiences with the nursery. The staff have clearly taken the time to get to know my child, his likes and his personality. I have been particularly impressed lately with the way in which the staff have supported me during my child's ill-health. He has been quite poorly and they have made suggestions to future-proof further relapses and gone out of their way to help get him back to full health. Always cheery and always acknowledge and say hello to parents and children which I think is very important.
A very happy environment for my little boy. He is learning and improving a lot. The staff are very welcoming. The management helps us change the days our child was attending, at short notice.
He's learnt so much, he's singing and dancing a lot more at home since being at nursery. The staff are great with him, they understand his needs and moods and they keep me up to date with everything he does had done and his next steps.
My child has been going to this nursery for the last few months and has settled in well. He enjoys playing with this new friends and has already done lots with playdoh and clay and games.
Her key worker is her carer and her best friend.
We couldn't ask for a better team to look after our princess.
Feels like dropping my child off with friends!
My son has come on leaps and bounds since joining in October. Staff are always willing to support from child development to personal support. Nothing is ever a bother!
It took my son around 5 months to really settle in and seem comfortable but in that time, the staff really went out of their way to help him feel comfortable.
There were days that I would come to collect him and the ladies would be cuddling him and really seemed to care about him. Staff around the nursery, not just his room, will always acknowledge him and they all seem to know every child's name.
I have been very pleased with my son's progress at Busy Bees Nursery in Wootton Fields. He always enjoys his time at nursery and he has made many good friends here. The staff at all levels have been excellent in supporting my son's needs and ensuring that he remains a happy, well balanced and confident child. My son has made excellent progress from an educational and social skill development viewpoint during his time at Busy Bees Nursery.
My son is so happy at this nursery. He is always eager to come and talks about nursery at home. Staff are friendly and there is a really good environment for both children and parents.
