Sandhills Day Nursery Boston

We can't speak highly enough of the preschool at Sandhills Boston. The staff are extremely caring, friendly and nurturing. My son has a speech delay, and they have been a wonderful help and support. They tailor activities to suit his needs and learning style. They always go over and above, and nothing is too much trouble. My son loves going and has a great relationship with the ladies in his room. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery setting for your child. He will be sad to leave in September as much as they have done a fantastic job in preparing him for primary school.

I would also like to say Sandhills is the most friendliest and supportive nursery and will be missed very much by my son and me when he goes off to *big school* in September.

Our little girl has been at Sandhills since she was ten months old. She is now four, and it’s only two months until she starts her new exciting adventure at Primary School. We owe all the ladies at Sandhills so much for all the time and support they have given our daughter. They have played such a big part in moulding her into the wonderful, bright little girl that she is! She loves going to nursery, and it’s always a struggle to get her to leave at the end of the day! We will all be sad to say our goodbyes very soon!

My little one absolutely loves coming to preschool, he used to be tearful at leaving me which was difficult for both of us but I feel we have a fantastic relationship with the staff they really go above and beyond to make both parents and children feel safe, happy and comfortable. I feel the communication is fantastic on drop off I am always asked how my little one is and on pick up we are always given a little run down of the day and what they have been up to which is lovely. The activities are fantastic and my little ones key worker will always do some activities based on what my little one is specifically interested in which I really love, lots of outdoor play and great values to help ready for big school. Cannot speak highly enough of Sandhills Day Nursery - really wonderful nursery!

My grandson started at Sandhill in the baby class, he is now 4 years old and has gone into his final big class before his big school. It's sad to say that my grandson has not progressed in anything. I know he is not an angel, but I feel the school has let him down in a big way. Many a time he's come home absolutely filthy dirty, his clothes are ruined, his feet are black, and more. My grandson hasn't learnt anything new at all since being in school. There was talk of ADHD, but no actual help or support! We took the case further but the school did a good cover-up and decided that he could come back to school two days a week for 2 hours, so what is he going to learn then? have a snack, storytime, tidy up time, that's really good teaching. I think the school needs more training with children that may have problems, not send them home. There are not enough nursery assistants to run a class.

Sandhills Day Nursery is absolutely amazing. I could not ask for a better group of people to support my child. They are so accommodating and truly wonderful. My daughter loves going to the nursery to see her friends and also her amazing teachers.

I’m very satisfied with the staff and attitude of my son, he is happy to go there, and I see that he has learned a lot through games; even if in the begging he didn’t speak and understand English, now he is much more confident thanks to the very kind staff.

My child started nursery in January 2023, and we were extremely anxious about his transition into nursery, but everyone at Sandhills ensured it would go smoothly. Every staff member in the Squirrels room has always made us feel welcome; it's such a friendly environment. One lady has also been such an incredible help to him. We are so grateful we chose Sandhills for his nursery; it suits his needs perfectly. It's lovely watching him walk into the nursery excited for the day to start! The building itself is always clean and tidy. I'd recommend Sandhills Day Nursery Boston to anyone looking for a nursery!

Amazing, home-from-home experience. Very friendly staff. Keep you well informed on your child’s day and anything you need to know regarding the nursery. My son loves it here. I know my son is in safe hands when at nursery.

I’m overall very happy with the learning and development my child receives. The staff are so caring and have a passion for what they do; they are all very welcoming and friendly. My son loves it; he even has become very attached to certain staff there and children and is always talking about what he has done throughout the day. Keep up the fabulous work.

I moved my son to this nursery after hearing great recommendations and also after speaking to the staff about my concerns and seeing how they would support my son. I can not recommend this nursery enough! My son loves it, and I love it too. The teachers are amazingly thoughtful and always hear everything you have to say. My eldest just graduated nursery and had his last night, and we both had tears in our eyes! My youngest will be joining in January without a doubt!

This has been a great place for my grandson. I have nothing but praise for the staff. Would recommend it to any one looking for a nursery place for there little human from nursery to pre-school.

Absolutely love Sandhills. My child is really settled and is happy to go to nursery. All the staff are happy and polite and show a real interest in what they do. There are loads to offer at this nursery with a big outdoor space and with the trains that go past, my child loves it. Couldn't ask for a better nursery; thank you to all of you.

The staff are very attentive to the children's needs, fantastic communication between staff and parents/carers. Always polite and cheerful. Couldn't wish for a better nursery. The children are very happy here.

My son loves this nursery. Learnt new words and numbers in no time. My son is very happy to go to this nursery. I am not worried if I leave my son in a nursery that he may be hurt. I am grateful to the caregivers for taking care of my son.

Amazing nursery, great settings, plenty for children to do, such happy and welcoming staff members, always very friendly, lovely building and outdoor areas, and so many activities for children to do and learn.

We have found the nursery and workers to be very supportive and helpful over the past few months especially. When well enough to attend nursery, she has had loads of fun with the activities and learning through them too, she especially loves the activities outside in the garden. She loves the food and has a good variety of meals.
