Serendipitys Day Nursery is a home from home family nursery set in the heart of Grantham where children have fun as they grow and develop and family is at heart of everything they do.

Opened in 2012, the nursery creates a modern but cosy atmosphere with space and light for children to feel free to play and explore. The nursery offers various sessions and free child care for eligible 2, 3 and 4 year olds. With a highly qualified staff team they strive to provide quality nursery provision that meets the needs of the family.

Within the nursery there are 3 base rooms for babies (0-2), Toddlers (2-3) and Pre-school (3+). There is a separate sleep room upstairs for for babies. All activities are led by qualified early year’s practitioners in an environment that is designed to allow children to interact, play, learn and develop skills in a well-planned play environment.

I have used this nursery for a few years now with my son, that has moved onto school now and doing very well. It’s all down to the help he has had while attending the nursery. My daughter has attended Serendipity since she was 8-months-old and loves going. The staff are all amazing and treat your children
as well as any parent. I wouldn’t use any other nursery and have recommended Serendipity on numerous occasions to my friends.

I 100% recommend this nursery. They have been so accommodating during this pandemic, with myself being a key worker. They are happy to adapt to any time changes I have needed for my little boy and are always so accommodating to our needs. They have been more than helpful, and the staff seem like friends.
My son sees the nursery staff as family and tells me he loves them more than me! That’s how great the team are. I could trust this nursery with my life; they take such good care of my children, this is my second child to attend the nursery, and both of them loved it. It is clear that the children are their prime focus, and all the children I see entering the nursery are very happy to go in. I’m proud to say I and my son, love this nursery, and we wouldn’t change it for the world.

Brilliant staff, very caring, kind and engaging. Both sons settled in very quickly and always come home with pictures and drawings and full tummies full of delicious food. The home-cooked menu is fantastic. The facilities are great, the children’s imaginations are really captured with the learning and
play activities. Couldn’t be happier with Serendipitys.

This nursery goes above and beyond for the children. All the staff are friendly and approachable. My daughter has a great bond with all the staff and an extra special bond with the nursery manager. When I go and collect my daughter, I am always kept up to date on what activities she has been doing in
the day and what she has eaten.
My daughter really enjoys the nursery and all of the staff. Leaving my daughter with such warm caring people gives me such ease when I’m at work and I know if there was ever a problem, with no hesitation, they would call. Myself and my daughter love all the staff and would recommend this nursery to everyone we know.

Serendipitys has been a huge part of our lives for over three years, from the baby room through to the preschool room. Amazing! From drop off to collection, we are met with a warm welcome and collection we are informed about all the wonderful things our daughter has done that day. I have to say on a personal note, I'm very jealous about the meals they supply, my little girl eats better than me.

I highly recommend this nursery, the staff are amazing, they take the children out to see nature and new scenery. The food options are varied and such great ingredients. I miss the description of the day but love to see what she's had to eat for the day. Waiting at the back door is a pain but manageable
for the quality of care received.

My daughter loves going to nursery and loves all the staff. She feels happy and comfortable there, and I know she is being looked after and cuddled just like she would be at home. Friendships are nurtured and her social skills are coming along wonderfully. My daughter attends two days a week but often
asks to go to nursery, so I know she is happy at Serendipitys.
For me, I like the laid back environment and the staff are always helpful.

My son has attended this nursery since Baby Room and is now currently in the Pre-school room and I couldn't be happier with his time spent there!
They always have great activities set out for the children and are always busy. The staff are always really friendly! greeting us with a smile every day!

This is a really lovely nursery and my son loves coming here! He even asks to come in on his day off!
The staff are so friendly and professional at the same time!
I love seeing the activities that are out for the children they always look amazing! They are always keeping the children entertained and
I love hearing about what my son has been up to.
I love hearing about the outings they go on weekly such as trips to the park, the library, care home, kitchen and coffee for snack etc!

She has worked her way up through the company from a Pre-School Room head, to Deputy Manager in Training and after completing the in house Managers Training Programme, is now Manager. Lani has excellent passion for working with children, always smiling and enthusiastic while always remaining professional, will always be on hand to help parents with any questions or queries, we are here to support parents as much as we are supporting the children.
