Serendipitys Day Nursery Grantham

My little girl has been going to Serendipitys for nearly three and a half years, and they have been amazing, especially throughout lockdown. My little girl loves going and is always happy when I pick her up. I would highly recommend them!

Serendipitys Day Nursery Grantham is such a lovely nursery. My son has attended since 9 months old, starting during the first lockdown and he settled in brilliantly. The staff are all so friendly, caring and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend Serendipitys Nursery in Grantham to family and friends as a home from home setting for their little ones. We looked at a few other nurseries but none of them had the instant homely feel and support that we had from Serendipitys. Our son was a lockdown baby and so we were nervous for him to spend time who with other children and staff. We were instantly put at ease and able to have lots of settling in sessions to help us all to feel comfortable. The staff have been brilliant ever since and I have no concerns that our son is well looked after and loved. He has lots of fun while he is at nursery and has come along so much in the past few months.

Serendipitys Nursery has always been lovely and very accommodating; they work with you to ensure you are supported with everything. I couldn't ask for better staff, as my little boy is always happy to see them and has created good relationships with everyone there.

Excellently trained and willing to train to adapt to having additional needs children, superb staff, lovely connections with the children - treat them like their own. Helping work on personal goals with my son with severe additional needs and taking on every challenge he's given them. Looking forward to my son developing and learning new skills that I can't offer him at home. Manager helping me start the educational help process and attending meetings I have with his care team, and encouraging further help for my son, when and if he needs it.

I have used this nursery for a few years now with my son, that has moved onto school now and doing very well. It’s all down to the help he has had while attending the nursery. My daughter has attended Serendipity since she was 8-months-old and loves going. The staff are all amazing and treat your children as well as any parent. I wouldn’t use any other nursery and have recommended Serendipity on numerous occasions to my friends.

I 100% recommend this nursery. They have been so accommodating during this pandemic, with myself being a key worker. They are happy to adapt to any time changes I have needed for my little boy and are always so accommodating to our needs. They have been more than helpful, and the staff seem like friends. My son sees the nursery staff as family and tells me he loves them more than me! That’s how great the team are. I could trust this nursery with my life; they take such good care of my children, this is my second child to attend the nursery, and both of them loved it. It is clear that the children are their prime focus, and all the children I see entering the nursery are very happy to go in. I’m proud to say I and my son, love this nursery, and we wouldn’t change it for the world.

Brilliant staff, very caring, kind and engaging. Both sons settled in very quickly and always come home with pictures and drawings and full tummies full of delicious food. The home-cooked menu is fantastic. The facilities are great, the children’s imaginations are really captured with the learning and play activities. Couldn’t be happier with Serendipitys.

Amazing nursery, always so helpful and friendly. Very welcoming. My child loves going and has come on so much and that's thanks to the lovely staff. Always doing plenty of things with the children.

My daughter really enjoys the nursery and all of the staff. Leaving my daughter with such warm caring people gives me such ease when I’m at work and I know if there was ever a problem, with no hesitation, they would call. Myself and my daughter love all the staff and would recommend this nursery to everyone we know.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, they are brilliant with our son and he loves going to see them. Always kept informed of things going on and always very accommodating.

Serendipitys has been a huge part of our lives for over three years, from the baby room through to the preschool room. Our little boy loves going to nursery and has made some beautiful friendships with other children and connections with staff, they genuinely care! Would highly recommend. Thank you.

This is an amazing nursery who are very adaptive to whatever mood my child (or me) arrives in. Always welcoming. Always helpful and going that extra mile to provide support and connections if needed.

Amazing! From drop off to collection, we are met with a warm welcome and collection we are informed about all the wonderful things our daughter has done that day. I have to say on a personal note, I'm very jealous about the meals they supply, my little girl eats better than me.

I highly recommend this nursery, the staff are amazing, they take the children out to see nature and new scenery. The food options are varied and such great ingredients. I miss the description of the day but love to see what she's had to eat for the day. Waiting at the back door is a pain but manageable for the quality of care received.

The nursery could not be more accommodating. They are helpful and supportive and my daughter has come on leaps and bounds here.

The nursery has very high standards, really pleased with how courteous all the staff are and how well they interact with the children. Excellent teaching methods, great nutritious meals.

For me, I like the laid back environment and the staff are always helpful.
