Lani has worked in childcare for almost 14 Years. She has worked her way up through the company from a Pre-School Room head, to Deputy Manager in Training and after completing the in-house Managers Training Programme, is now Manager. Lani has an excellent passion for working with children, always smiling and enthusiastic while always remaining professional, and will always be on hand to help parents with any questions or queries. We are here to support parents as much as we are supporting the children.

Katie has worked with children for 16 years. Katie is passionate about nurturing the children's emotional well-being and balancing their emotions. She shows her enthusiasm and knowledge within the team, bringing some excellent ideas and smiles within the team.

Theresa has worked with the childcare sector for over 15 years, with experience mostly within early years. She holds the position of SENCO (special educational needs co-ordinator) within the nursery, supporting children and families who need that little extra help.

Nicky has worked in childcare for 20 Years. Nicky is passionate about her work in this industry and will say that their development, progress and outcomes are the most important to her when it comes to the children. She loves watching them grow and develop, seeing who they become. Nicky enjoys working alongside parents and supporting them in their needs too.

Mary has been in childcare for 17 years. She is always very enthusiastic with the children, always getting involved and throwing herself into every project. She is passionate about physical activities such as wake and shake, music and movement and yoga, always modelling to the children in a positive way.

Lauren has been in childcare for just over 10 years. Lauren always brings calm into the rooms. She enjoys getting the children to take part in yoga, wake and shake and having calm and understanding conversations with the children about their feelings. Lauren shows her passion daily while working, and the children respond to her with joy and happiness when they see her.

Caroline has worked with children for 9 years. She has a passion for travelling with her husband and enjoys going shopping with her mum in her spare time. Caroline loves seeing the children learning and growing every day.

Danielle has worked with children for 14 years, and loves watching the wow moments and progression of the children during the nursery day. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys sunny walks with her dog and snuggling down with Bridgerton.
