Humberstone Day Nursery

This is an excellent nursery that both of my children have attended over the past 6 years. The staff are well-trained and caring and have rapport with the children. There is a good range of activities available including plenty of outdoor play. Communication and involvement of parents is a particular strong point. I would recommend to anybody.

The moment we first stepped into the nursery, we knew it was the one for our son. The warm and welcoming staff, the unlimited activities and opportunities and the connection with parents are only a few characteristics of Humberstone Day Nursery. They have given our son the best possible start in life and we couldn't thank the team enough for all their tireless efforts.

The staff at Humberstone Day Nursery, make lovely bonds with all the children at nursery, they are always happy to see the children at nursery and they are very comforting when dropping off the children. The management at the nursery are always around and happy to talk. I love sending my daughter to Humberstone Day Nursery and would never go to another nursery as the relationship and atmosphere at Humberstone Day Nursery is brilliant.

Absolutely amazing nursery. My daughter has now been here for just over 10 months and she has learnt so much in such a small amount of time. She comes home every day learning something new. The staff are fantastic and helpful. The nursery feels like a home rather than a commercial business, making you feel at home. They go through targets for the children and try and help them reach their goals. It takes me 20 minutes just to get my daughter to leave the nursery, as she loves it so much. It also helps us, mothers and fathers, as we know our children are in safe hands.

Humberstone Day Nursery has been amazing for my daughter. She settled within a couple of weeks and they have been so accommodating with our dietary requirements and when I needed to increase our daughter's days. The nursery has really nurtured my daughter at such an important stage and has become so confident, chatty and loves going to nursery and seeing her friends and teachers.

I consider the staff to be my children's family and trust them implicitly.

My experience so far has been positive and promising. I heard of the nursery from family and friends and it has lived up to my expectations. My daughter is settled and happy. I feel as a parent that she is in the best care at Humberstone Day Nursery and I look forward to the upcoming years she will be in their care.

Choosing this nursery was one of the best decisions I have made for my child. The staff seem to truly value the children and nurture them. In addition, the place provides abundant opportunities for learning and development and the staff tend to go the extra mile to help aid the meeting of the milestone.

I am extremely impressed with Humberstone Day Nursery after looking at quite a lot of other nurseries. This one stood out for all the right reasons. The staff are consistent (you always see the same faces), they are friendly and very open. I collect my son from the classroom and it always seems buzzing! my 9-month-old daughter has also recently started in the baby room and she has settled in and was happy after two days. Enough said!!

A fantastic day nursery, staff are very professional, always welcoming and warm. My children have been very happy there and settled well. The meals are well varied and always fresh. I am extremely happy.

My child has enjoyed herself every time she comes to Humberstone Day Nursery. As soon as I tell my child where we are going, they are excitedly waiting with their coat on at the door. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and very understanding of my 'new mom' questions. They are always happy and eager to help and support where they can. It's a 'home from home' atmosphere for my child where I know they are being well looked after, stimulated and cared for with the love I would give if I wasn't at work- Our extended family! A fantastic, outstanding nursery!

Both of my children have attended nursery 8 years ago, and currently. This nursery is a home from home, which makes settling in and transitions a lot easier for the children. The staff are so friendly, they are now family to my babies! The nursery never fails to meet our needs, whether it be for allergies or health issues. This nursery goes above and beyond. You can't put a price on the childcare, the Humberstone Day Nursery provides, it really is the best!

I cannot recommend Humberstone Day Nursery enough. The attitude and level of experience the staff have made me confident with the care my children will receive. I have used them for both of my children and always recommend them to friends and family. Staff are warm and approachable and the building and facilities are well kept and welcoming.

My daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old and I am so pleased with everything. All staff are fantastic, the nursery is outstanding and I've never had any problems at all in any areas. The children are so happy. It feels like a home from home and they get a great balanced diet. My daughter's development is far advanced and I strongly believe this is down to the nursery!! I feel at ease when leaving my daughter and would never change nursery.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Our child settled in very quickly and loves going there. The team have supported us with our child's medical condition taking on the restrictions we have to impose on a few activities and any additional medication that has to be administered. We would 110% recommend Humberstone Day Nursery to anyone looking for a nursery.

My experience of Humberstone Day Nursery is fantastic. From just going through the door, every member of staff is welcoming and so friendly. My daughter is doing great, she has made great relationships and is always saying how she loves the girls in her room. Always receive feedback on how she is coming on and can't praise them enough for how well my daughter is coming on with her language and development. Fantastic.
